Author's Note
Honorifics Notes: If you ever read and see that the character's name has been altered then most likely the use of one of these honorifics was used.
A + [Name] = Used for showing familiarity.
Xiao (it literally means small) + [Name] = Used often for women or kids.
Sometimes the last letter of the person's name may be repeated to show affection or closeness. So instead of saying for example: "Yu Hua", the other person may call her, "Hua Hua".
