"The second place will win a territory with an area of 10,000 square miles in Panagea with Emperor level resources."

"The third place will also win a territory, but it will only be 4,000 square miles, and the highest level of resource will be King level."

"The fourth place will win a territory with an area of 1,000 square miles in Panagea with Higher level resources."

Panagea already had its own grade of items, but since many hadn't been to Panagea before due to different reasons, they had no idea about the ranks, so Aakesh talked about it in terms of the Sacred Dimension. 

Any item in the Sacred Dimension was between Level 251 and 500, which was considered Mythical. Emperor level resources were between levels 351 and 400; King level was between levels 301 and 350; and Higher level materials were between levels 280 and 300.
