Aakesh didn't move this time but waited for a moment as he wasn't confident about his divine senses and the creature's death.

The element of the darkness wasn't destructive like thunder or fire. But its confusing ability was only less than the superior element of the illusion in all the elements born from the Multiverse.

Aakesh couldn't be sure that the darkness hadn't fudged his divine senses to make him believe that the creature was dead.

Aakesh's wait didn't come to naught, as not long after, the fluctuations returned, even stronger than before.

"ROAR!"

This time Aakesh even heard a roar.

Aakesh also noticed that the restrictions on his divine senses had disappeared. Now he could make out the appearance of the creature in front of him.

It was a dark-skinned octopus-like creature with hundreds of tentacles. It had the same height as Aakesh.
