The store remained silent throughout that hour as there wasn't even the presence of a fly other than Aakesh.

The silence permeating every corner of the store finally broke as the sound of footsteps echoed in the area.

Aakesh still didn't open his eyes as usual. But he didn't continue for long as he sensed the footsteps approaching him.

He opened his eyes and looked at the owner of the steps, only to find the person unfamiliar.

The person approaching Aakesh was in the disguise of a burly man, with a bow strapped to his jacket, but underneath the disguise, it was a girl who looked to be around eight years old. She had furry ears. There was also a fox-like tail coming out on her back, which seemed frozen at a casual glance.
