Chapter- 21

We all reached Charlie's house and were a bit tired. As we entered her bedroom we all were quite surprised.

"Oh my God! Is this really my room?" asked Charlie surprisingly.

"I think so." A voice came from behind.

We all looked back. It was Mrs Snyde, Charlie's mom. She is one of the coolest people I've ever met. The bedroom was decorated so well with lot of balloons and ribbons and lights. If I had to say in Mathilde's words, she had literally given the bedroom a makeover.

"Did you like the surprise?" asked Mrs Snyde.

"Of course!" We all said together.

"Well, so there's one more surprise.." said Mrs Snyde smilingly.

We all got excited. She got a box of double cheese pizza and a box of waffles for us.

"Oh God! We forgot about the midnight feast." said Mathilde.

"I knew it. So I took care of it." said Mrs Snyde.

"So what about this surprise?" she asked.

"Loved it. Thank you so much!" We all said together.
