Known as the Toy Country, it's steeped in fairy tales and legends.

Upon reaching Dressrosa, Arthur didn't head straight to the Highland of Kings.

Partly, he wanted to explore this vibrant country. But he also sensed Jessica's presence as soon as he arrived.

Having been away for over four months, Arthur wasn't surprised that Jessica was already in Dressrosa.

Yet, he didn't rush to find her. Instead, he wandered through towns, relishing the unique cuisine and exotic vibes before heading to the most renowned spot.

The Colosseum.

There, gladiators in Spartan attire battled fiercely. Under Doflamingo's rule, the arena was less about sport and more about brutal combat, stirring primal instincts.

After observing a few matches, Arthur left. The raw violence no longer held his interest.

Despite limited real combat, his Devil Fruit abilities and intense training had sharpened his senses.

In the capital, in a bustling tavern, Jessica enjoyed drinks while a pirate boasted nearby.

Arthur, in a sleek black suit and cloak, entered with a dignified air. The patrons barely glanced at him; in the New World, strength mattered more than looks.

"Care for a drink?" Arthur signaled for brandy, pouring two glasses, and joined Jessica's conversation.

Jessica, intrigued, elegantly sipped her wine. Arthur, putting an arm around her, whisked her away.

The stunned pirate realized his tales had captivated a lady's attention.

The bar fell silent momentarily, the mood chilly compared to before.

Arthur updated Jessica on recent events, but she seemed interested only in wealth, prompting Arthur to delay talk of a ring.

With Ashiya and his daughter still absent, they stayed the night. Arthur then asked Jessica to wait on the boat for Ashiya and departed.

At the King's Heights, the Donquixote Family enjoyed leisure by the palace pool.

Doflamingo, in a pink feathered coat, grinned mischievously, savoring wine and contemplating.

"It's peaceful here. Your wine is good; care to share?"

Gion request stunned the Donquixote members, Baby 5 being the first to react.

Boom~

Baby5 transformed her arm into a cannon, blasting off half of Arthur's body.

At that moment, Zunesha frozen smile returned, now even more daring. Doflamingo stuck out his tongue, licking his lips, and chuckled, "Hmm ha ha ha ha ha, who are you?"

Despite missing half his body, Arthur also smiled. He paid no mind to Baby5 or the other family members staring at him aggressively.

Doflamingo glanced at Arthur sitting casually on the wall. "You're not here by chance."

Seeing Arthur, Doflamingo's eyes narrowed under his red sunglasses. "Raiden? Logia?"

Recognizing the Logia traits, Doflamingo recalled news from the Paradise three years ago.

"Hmm, interesting," Doflamingo chuckled deeply. "So it's you, the Goro Goro no Mi Fruit user. A valuable Devil Fruit, second only to the Ope Ope no Mi Fruit."

Arthur regenerated his body, approached Doflamingo, and effortlessly moved a sofa with his power.

"The strength of the user matters more than the Devil Fruit, right? Your String-String Fruit hasn't reached its full potential," Arthur remarked.

Doflamingo's expression darkened, exuding pressure as he leaned forward.

"What's your business with me?" Doflamingo asked, unfazed by Arthur's calm demeanor.

Arthur poured himself a glass of wine, shaking it calmly. "To make some deals, JOKER."

"Huh?" Doflamingo was surprised, his Conqueror's Haki pressing down on Arthur.

"I don't understand what you're talking about," Arthur responded coolly.
