Ch13: Late night Secret Meeting

Sengoku puts the Den Den Mushi and looks at the other Marines in the meeting room.

"Although we don't fully trust Jinbe, but his agreement and the video we saw from our own eyes indicates that Whitebeard is fully healed." Sengoku said after finally concluding all the information he has at the moment.

"We also got the news that Kaido and King are on the way and they will make contact next day early morning. Other Yonkos are also on the move." While reading recent report, Tsuru gave the latest information.

" We should raid them with all of our forces. We will able to take down wounded Whitebeard or Kaido." Akainu express his intention to fight them as soon as possible.

'still hot headed as ever~' Aokiji thought in his mind but didn't voice it out.

"What about Red hair and Big Mom? They should be there too to fight." Kizaru said as slowly as ever.

To Kizaru question, Garp replied while stuffing his mouth with crackers.

"That brat would try to stop Big Mom. We just need to worry about Kaido and Whitebeard."

"Garp, would you stop eating while we are having a serious meeting." Sengoku looked at Garp annoyingly and requested.

"Ah, dont worry. These are about to end. Continue your meeting." Garp replied while still munching on crackers.

Everyone just looked at Garp antics and let him do as he wants. No one was able to stop him from annoying Sengoku.

Having important matters to deal with, Sengoku decided to not waste his time on arguing with Garp.

" I also think that we just need to deal with Kaido and Whitebeard. We can't stretch our forces to deal with all of them. Whitebeard is healed or not, we might be able to atleast catch one of them." Sengoku also agreeing with Garp.

All the vice admirals in the meeting started discussing wheather they should go after Whitebeard whose status is not yet verified or Kaido who is strong as ever.

"Alright!! We will move as soon as all shichibukai reach here. Prepare for war!!" Sengoku gave his verdict as the meeting finally ended.

As everyone was leaving the room, one of the vice admiral named Vergo secretly made his way to a secluded place and gave the details of the meeting to Doflamingo. One of Shichibukai with a strength between Admiral and Vice Admiral.

It's currently 11pm and guests Ryugu Kingdom are in their room resting.

In one of the underground facility, Dev was together with Madara, Bulma and Elly.

"Did you get it?" Dev asked Madara if he got what he wanted.

"Yes" Madara simply replied and put the sealing scrolling on the table. Opening the scroll and putting his palm over the roll, he poured his chakra and soon a cloud burst open.

What came out of the cloud was the leg of Whitebeard which got blown away during his fight with Madara. Madara was able to secretly get his leg when Whitebeard life was hanging on a thin thread.

Elly, Bulma and Dev was quite surprised to see a leg bigger than their own body. Creatures of this world truly come in all shapes and sizes.

"Well good. Elly, would have some of his blood extracted and stored in secure place. Then Bulma will store it. You made that capsule yet Bulma?" Dev asked Bulma about the storage capsule.

"Yes. Here it is. This capsule has capacity to store upto three story building space. There is no flow of time inside the capsule so things stays fresh inside therefore convenient carry foods or supplies."

Bulma demonstrates the use of storage capsule by storing Whitebeard's leg and again taking out on the table.

"Bulma-san!! This thing is awesome!! Can you please make it for military, it can solve all of our military logistics and save us tons of supplies money and time." Elly requested while holding both of her hands in her own hands.

"It would be good idea to implement this in our military. Is it possible for you supply the capsules for our military." Dev also requested for the capsules.

"I can produce about 10000 capsules a month with current arrangements but i can increase it more."

"I got other projects for you to work on like our satellite and aircrafts and other few things. So is that alright with you Elly?" Bulma does have lots of work to do. For a normal researcher, it may take years but for Bulma it will may take a day or a week. But Bulma also has to work on multiple projects so she will stay busy for a while now.

"We can work with that number now. But i am worried this technology on falling in our adversary hands." Elly brought up her worries as this can potentially turn the tide of battle. Especially World Government who will try to get their hands on Oneiro Kingdom technologies.

"Some rivals in my old world had already tried to steal these capsules technology so i have already developed a way to stop being reverse engineered. They won't be able to study C of these Capsules.

I can also add remote control and tracker as well. I can add a feature to remotely destroy these capsules. Everything stored inside capsules will be destroyed along with capsules, whether you remote destroy it or crush it with your legs."

Bulma explained all the ways to safeguard the capsules from our adversary getting hands on it.

"Can you add authentication feature in it. So we can control who can use it." Elly asked Bulma for this feature because if someone else got their hands on it, they still won't be able to get whatever thing is stored inside.

"I can combine biometric authentication module in it but it will cost more to produce it." Bulma said after thinking for a bit.

"How much will it be?" Dev directly inquired about the cost, he does have shit ton of money in reserves.

"It will cost each capsule about 5000 dollars. Also about 100 million dollars to set up facilities and have it running as soon as possible. Over time the efficiency will increase so rate of production can increase and 25% cost reduction" Bulma replied after quickly calculating cost of production and set up cost.

"That's still a lot cheaper than 2 billion dollars we spend on logistics. We can also increase weapons capacity and the lifetime of our vehicle, weapons and facilities." Elly replied enthusiastically with the proposal.

"I agree with your arrangement Bulma. Get it done as soon as possible. Whatever you need, just give us the list and you'll have it by tomorrow morning." Dev replied as this invention of Bulma can put them more ahead of World Government.

"I am thinking about summoning some more individuals for us. Elly, you have been running around doing lots of duties which aren't yours. You have to take care of yourself." Dev said in soft voice while looking at Elly.

"It's nothing to worry about, Dev. I am completely fine and can do any task given." Elly said with determined voice as she wants to be in have perfect image in Dev's eyes. She wants the to be the capable person able to do any task with high accuracy and fast. Also it gives her more chance to spend time with Dev.

"Elly. Your makeup and eyes can not always hide your exhaustion." Dev said while softly looking at her.

Thats true, people can tell Elly is exhausted and rumor has already spread that it had reached Dev's eyes when he once taking a walk for refreshment.

"I guess you are right. But you are also exhausted Dev. I know you have been neglecting doctors advice." Elly agreed with Dev statement. But she also worried about his health too. Every week, Dev gets medical checkup and his report isn't good. Dev already tried to hide it but somehow Elly got her hands on the real report.

"Oh my~ look at two love birds caring for other." Bulma laughs as she watches both of their ears turning red due to embarrassment.

While Madara with arms crossed smirks at the couple.

"Ahem- I'll summon prime minister for our Kingdom. He is going to be the smartest guy in our nation and also politically gifted. He was already a prime minister in his own world. He is capable and would serve our people much better and make their life more easier and happier and Kingdom stronger and prosperous as well." Dev already had desire to summon him first but defense is needed first if they were to get attacked. Madara was the perfect choice as the first summon as he is strong, with solid will and good head on his shoulders. Also the cost of Madara was one of the highest so it made sense to summon him first.

"I'll also summon secretary for me so Elly can have her responsibilities lighten from our shoulder and can focus on her work. It will be a strong person to protect us as well as experience in being secretary before." Dev also thought about having his secretary to make his duty and life easier. There was also an another reason deep within in consciousness that he didn't wanted to admit or others to find out yet.

"That reminds me. Who about the person you are going to summon to act as a ambassador to Ryugu Kingdom?"  Madara said as he was curious how is the person like to be politically capable and strong as well to literally be under their enemies nose.

"Well... He is a guy whose strength is truly comparable to Admirals, maybe little bit stronger than them. Since Ryugu Kingdom is underwater kingdom so he is also has power related water. He is also good at spying and espionage. And you know him well too Madara."

With all the information given about him and also the fact that he knowns him, the realisation soon hit Madara and he immediately said.
