No Justice to be seen

-1514, Marineford, Paradise-

Galan was resting his chin on his interlocked gloved fingers, looking at Doll, who was saluting in his office in front of him. Galan looked at her and said "Vice-Admiral Doll, you will be stationed in G-14 as its Commanding officer. I will provide you with a troop of my own choosing and you will depart tomorrow morning."

Doll said "Yes, sir!" Galan looked at her, extremely beautiful, curves in all the right places, a gorgeous face… He sighed inwardly, as expected of his daughter. He was very proud on the inside. But his face was cold and sharp, "I expect nothing less than excellence from you."

He looked at her file, an extremely ruthless and unempathetic person. She cuts down every scumbag she sees. He let out a breath, the apple really doesn't fall far from the tree… She looked a bit like Tsuru, but her insides were all like him.

This wasn't what he wanted for her, but that's life.

He put the file down and nodded, "If there's nothing else, you're dismissed." Doll opened her mouth for a moment before closing it and saying "Nothing, sir. It's just-" Galan asked "Your daughter?" Doll nodded with a slightly worried look on her face.

Galan snorted gently and said "She will be well taken care of. If you would like her to be a civilian, I will arrange a safe place for her." Doll shook her head and replied "I want her to be a Marine, sir. Learn how to protect herself… Not end up like me, alone." Galan froze and closed his eyes, nodding "I see. I will train her myself, Vice-Admiral. She's a great talent."

Doll's eyes lit up and she smiled gratefully, "Thank you, Fleet Admiral!" Galan nodded and said "Prepare for your departure. Most likely it will be long periods of time before you return to visit." Doll nodded and left the office, not wearing a Vice-Admiral coat.

Galan watched her go and let out a breath from his nose before the snail started ringing. He picked it up and answered "Donquixote Doflamingo will be given Warlord Status." Galan frowned and asked "Okay? The same as Jinbe?"

The 5 Elders replied "Yes. However, he is reclaiming Dressrosa as his inherited property. Remove your barricade." Galan paused for a moment before saying "He's been attacking my blockade for months now, the people on the island haven't been evacuat-"

The 5 Elders said a little coldly, "Is there a problem, Fleet Admiral?" Galan closed his eyes and replied in an instant "Not a problem. However, I just thought it would be a hindrance for Mr. Donquixote if the civilians were resisting on the island, therefore I would like to evacuate the Royal Family and Civilian population before he arrives."

The 5 Elders were silent for a few moments before their tone returned to approval, "Not necessary, Galan. He means to return as a king, without a population, he cannot rule. Separate your barricade within the hour. That is all."

Galan listened to the dead air as the Elders hung up. He took in a deep breath before letting it go as he stayed expressionless, making a call of his own.

"Invade Dressrosa, kidnap the Royal family. All of them. Even the princess who faked her death along with her family. Then I want you to leave a criminal in the alleys, cover him in Amber Lead paint." His eyes were ruthless, "Cover a few more rats and get out of the country with the Marine barricade. You have precisely 3 hours to get it done."

The only thing heard on the other end of the line was a gruff "Yes." before Galan hung up and called Tsuru, "Release the barricade. Doflamingo is a Warlord, Dressrosa will fend for itself." Tsuru was stunned and said "But the people?!" Galan said "Will not be harmed for no reason. Not my call, talk to the 5 Elders. Tell Sengoku." before hanging up.

He closed his eyes and leaned back in his chair, did he leave any openings? As far as Doflamingo was aware, the royal family never left. He's most likely keeping tabs on the Marines unless they do something fishy… Even if he complains to the 5 Elders, what can Galan do about it? He'll just say that they were the first evacuated. He had been evacuating people for a few months now, ever since Doflamingo first attacked.

It was a reasonable thing. A pirate was attacking an island, evacuate the people.

It just so happens that in this instant, the Royal family was evacuated first and nobody knew about it.

Where to put them…

Galan touched his forehead with his leather gloved fingertips, thinking to himself. Somewhere they would be safe, but where was 'safe' exactly…

He sifted through information in his mind, King Riko Doldo III was sitting near Nefertari Cobra and Elizabello II, conversing with them and exchanging pleasantries with other Nobles during the Levely…

Galan frowned, The Prodence Kingdom is not far from Dressrosa, considered its direct neighbor although the journey is a couple weeks. He had been sending regular civilians to islands around Dressrosa and quite a few went to Prodence, however some went even farther to Alabasta.

Galan did this to confuse Doflamingo as well as discourage him from chasing after these people. He didn't know what Doflamingo was thinking, so he proceeded with caution.

After much deliberation, he decided to send them to Prodence. Originally he was going to split them up, sending King Riku and Princess Viola to Prodence while sending Princess Scarlet, her husband Kyros, and their daughter Rebecca to Alabasta…

But in the end he decided not to.

The Main reason being the World Government had been watching Alabasta for a bit now. Crocodile became a Warlord and was currently residing over the country as his own 'territory' but Galan never trusted a piece of shit so he was wary of what Crocodile would do.

You can never trust these evil pirates, they're capable of anything.

Which was why Galan was taking this matter very seriously… 3 of the 5 Royal family members were women. Women and pirates… the outcome isn't a happy one. Galan learned this lesson a long time ago.

He didn't want any of them going through this fate, even if he had to make some slightly aggressive movements.

If he could, he would sneak into Dressrosa and kill Doflamingo himself. Unfortunately, the political status of Doflamingo was not a joke. He was a Celestial Dragon and killing a Celestial Dragon was not a smart move.

Galan theorized that even if a Celestial Dragon became a pirate, the Marines would be unable to arrest or pursue them. Any pirate who wanted to be hunted down for the rest of his life, could be able to kill them of course, but they would have to get through the crew consisting of CP agents…

Galan frowned and let out a breath as he waited for a call back.

Fortunately, an hour passed and Galan received a call "Mission accomplished. Doflamingo hasn't appeared on the island yet and according to Doldo, he hasn't seen Doflamingo before."

Galan nodded and said "Good. Take them to Prodence and leave them with Elizabello. Make it look like the Revolutionary Army did it and tell him to not speak of Doldo being with him…" he paused for a moment before continuing "Disregard what I just said. Make sure you aren't seen by Doldo or his family and drop them off in Elizabello's palace on Prodence. Leave a message that Doflamingo has taken over the Kingdom of Dressrosa and that he owes you a favor."

The voice replied "Yes, boss." Galan nodded and said "Call me when you're done." The voice replied "Of course." before hanging up. Galan closed his notebook and left the office, returning home.

He passed through the door and ignored Olvia, Maria, Rosinante, and Sugar, walking straight upstairs. Olvia watched him go and tilted her head before sighing as she turned back, saying "It's okay, keep going."

Galan changed his clothes and put on shorts only.

He took off his leather gloves and left them on the table in the bedroom before walking back downstairs, leaving out the backdoor. Olvia said lightly, "Put up a barrier blocking the outside please, Rosy." Rosinante was startled and put one up as Olvia smiled slightly "Could you take over?"

Rosinante nodded and Olvia got up, walking outside.

Galan walked right to the Seastone block and clenched his fists, roaring grunts escaped his throat as he started punching the seastone.

Over and over again.

Without end.

Hours and hours.
