Smoker

"You have a nice subordinate there," Toshiro said with a smirk, attempting to make a pervy face but failing miserably. The effort was so awkward it bordered on comical, yet his eyes remained cold and calculating.

Veins bulged on Smoker's forehead as he momentarily stopped smoking, his fury palpable. "You'll pay for this, you scum pirate," he growled, his voice dripping with rage.

Toshiro looked at Smoker and lifted a finger, sending a Dismantle slash aimed to cut Smoker in half. The attack passed through Smoker harmlessly, his body reforming from the smoke. Toshiro's eyes narrowed in interest. "So this is a Logia? Interesting," he remarked, observing the reformation of Smoker's smoke body.

Smoker's expression turned even grimmer. "You think your tricks will work on me? You're sorely mistaken."

Toshiro, unfazed, moved swiftly. He used Dismantle again, this time targeting the environment around Smoker. Slashes cut through walls, crates, and debris, filling the air with a chaotic flurry of destruction. Smoker, seeing the incoming debris, transformed into smoke to avoid being hit.

"Trying to buy time?" Smoker sneered as he reformed, unaffected by the damage around him.

Toshiro's eyes flicked around the area, noting potential leverage points. "Just gathering information, to cook you" he replied coolly.

"Does Domain Amplification nullify Logia effects and abilities in this world?" Toshiro wondered to himself. "Well, I can't even try it either way. I must have my Domain Expansion first, and I think Haki is better for dealing with Devil Fruits anyway."

As Toshiro pondered this, he placed his hand on a nearby wall. With a swift motion, he used Cleave, instantly cutting the wall into cubes and launching them at Smoker. The air filled with the sound of shattering debris as the projectiles hurtled toward their target, each piece charged with Toshiro's destructive energy.

Smoker simply floated over the attack, his body transforming into smoke to avoid the flying debris. He reformed a short distance away, his eyes fixed on Toshiro with a mixture of anger and determination. Without a moment's hesitation, Smoker charged forward, his jutte raised, ready to strike.

Toshiro anticipated this, moving quickly to the side and using Cleave on a nearby stack of heavy barrels. The barrels toppled, forcing Smoker to dodge. For a brief moment, Smoker reformed to maintain his balance, and Toshiro seized the opportunity.

With a swift motion, Toshiro closed the distance and grabbed the jutte, yanking it from Smoker's grasp. Smoker's eyes widened in surprise as Toshiro swung the sea-stone-tipped weapon at him. The tip grazed Smoker's arm, sapping his strength and causing him to stagger back.

Toshiro didn't relent. Using Dismantle, he aimed a series of slashes at Smoker, forcing him to keep dodging. Each time Smoker tried to reform, Toshiro was there, swinging the jutte to keep him off balance. The sea-stone tip cut through Smoker's smoke form, making it increasingly difficult for him to maintain his composure.

Smoker, realizing the dire situation, tried to create a smoke screen to obscure Toshiro's vision and gain some distance. But Toshiro was relentless, using his speed to cut through the smoke, clearing a path straight to Smoker. He lunged forward, delivering a decisive strike with the jutte that knocked Smoker to the ground, pinning him with the sea-stone tip.

"You're done," Toshiro said coldly, his eyes reflecting his emotionless nature. "Stay down."

Smoker, panting and weakened, glared up at Toshiro. "This... isn't over."

Toshiro shrugged indifferently. "Maybe not. But for now, your ass got beaten." He stood up, turning his back on Smoker and brushed off imaginary dust from his clothes. "Next time, bring more than just smoke."

Smoker attempted to transform into smoke again, but the sea-stone's contact slowed him down. "You...!"

Toshiro smirked, maintaining his icy demeanor. "Looks like you're going to start moaning." He delivered another blow to Smoker's chest, sending him crashing to the ground.

"You have no idea what you're dealing with," Smoker spat defiantly, struggling to rise.

Toshiro leaned over, his smirk widening. "Oh, I think I do." He turned and began walking away, the jutte now in his possession. "And for the record, your subordinate isn't half bad without her glasses," he added over his shoulder, his tone mocking.

Smoker's face flushed red with a mix of anger and embarrassment. "What does Tashigi have to do with this?!"

Toshiro paused, pretending to ponder. "Oh, nothing really. Just thought I'd give credit where it's due. Keep up the good work, though. Maybe one day you'll catch me... in your dreams." He twirled the jutte like a magician's wand. "Poof! You're a failure, DISAAPOINTING."

Smoker attempted to rise again, but the sea-stone contact drained his strength. He muttered something about paperwork being less humiliating than this.

Toshiro strolled away, whistling a cheerful tune. "Man, the Marines need better recruiting standards. I've seen more intimidating clouds at a kid's birthday party." He glanced back one last time. "Smoker, I advise you to quit the Marines. It's not a good career for you—it'll turn your life into Jujutsu Kaisen."

Smoker, still on the ground and feeling the effects of the seastone, watched Toshiro walk away. His mind raced as he replayed the fight in his head. He realized just how dangerous Toshiro was, and a few conclusions solidified in his mind.

Firstly, Toshiro had not been surprised by his Devil Fruit abilities. Smoker recalled the calm way Toshiro had observed his smoke form, as if it were something expected. Toshiro had anticipated their encounter and knew about his powers beforehand.

Secondly, Toshiro had clearly planned to use Smoker's own weapon against him. The way he had immediately targeted the seastone jutte showed a deep understanding of its significance. Toshiro had gone straight for the tool that could neutralize Smoker's abilities, indicating he had come prepared with a strategy.

Lastly, Toshiro's sheer strength and combat skills were far beyond what Smoker expected from someone from the East Blue. Toshiro's power, precision, and cold calculation marked him as a significant threat, not just to Smoker, but potentially to anyone who crossed his path.

As he struggled to his feet, Smoker's expression hardened with resolve. "This pirate... he's more than just a rogue from the East Blue," he muttered to himself. "He's dangerous. I underestimated him once. I won't make that mistake again."

Determined to report his findings and reassess his strategy, Smoker turned and headed back towards the marine base. The fight with Toshiro had been a wake-up call, and he knew that the next time they faced each other, he would be better prepared. Smoker's sense of justice burned brighter than ever, fueled by the realization that Toshiro was a cunning and formidable opponent who needed to be stopped.

As he left Smoker weakened and fuming on the ground, Toshiro's mind was already strategizing for the future. The encounter had been enlightening, and he knew he would need to be even more prepared for their next clash with the Marines. Plus, he had to brainstorm more creative insults for their inevitable showdown.

As Toshiro continued exploring the island, he spotted Nami among the bustling crowd, busy shopping. Their eyes met briefly, but they chose to ignore each other, maintaining their respective facades.

Suddenly, Toshiro's demeanor shifted. He swiftly grabbed Nami and pulled her into a secluded alley. Before she could react, he groped her breast, kneading it with a calculating look in his eyes. Nami gasped, a mix of shock and anger flashing across her face.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?!" she demanded, her voice a mixture of rage and disbelief.

Toshiro's expression remained emotionless, his cold gaze meeting hers. "Testing something," he said flatly. He released her and stepped back, as if nothing had happened.

Nami's face contorted with fury. "You... You're disgusting!" she spat, her hands clenched into fists.

Toshiro turned away, indifferent to her outburst. "Don't take it personally," he said over his shoulder, already walking away. "It's just business."

Nami stood there, seething, as she watched him disappear into the crowd. She vowed silently that she would make him pay for his violation.

Toshiro mused to himself, "The feeling is different from each other. Interesting." He had initially thought that every female character in the One Piece world would have the same touch and feel since they were almost drawn with the same body types but different face features.

"This opens up a new world for me to test different curse techni—outplays," he muttered, a faint smirk playing on his lips as he walked away, his mind already racing with new calculations and possibilities.*
