Carlos nodded. "I'm heading there to discuss a potential partnership with Doflamingo. This is crucial for my future actions, so please report it to the superiors."

Stussy rested her chin on her hand and blinked. "I can help you, but what's in it for me?"

Carlos thought for a moment. "Let me make it clear: I have the authority to allocate 30% of the seastone ore from Wano each year. The price will be fair, of course. As my commander, you'll naturally benefit from my achievements."

Stussy's expression turned serious. "Seastone? It's rare and hard to obtain, even with money. You can decide the distribution yourself? It sounds like you're doing well with the Beasts Pirates!"

"A 30% share is a significant offer. I'll report this to the Five Elders right away!"

Carlos put the Den Den Mushi back in his pocket and walked onto the deck.

Jack stood at the bow of the ship, exhilarated. Leading such a large fleet was truly impressive, even if it was only as an adjutant.

When he saw Carlos, his eyes lit up, and he approached him. "Brother Carlos!"

"Jack, give the order. Full speed ahead to Dressrosa."

"Why have they come here?"

He knew well the power dynamics in the New World. The BIG MOM Pirates, Beasts Pirates, and Whitebeard Pirates were all formidable and not to be trifled with.

"Is Kaido here in person?"

Torebol wiped the cold sweat from his brow. "Not exactly…"

Doflamingo breathed a sigh of relief and returned to his usual arrogant demeanor. "They're a bunch of fools for showing up unannounced. We don't need to be courteous; let them fend for themselves!"

"Master, isn't this risky? What if they rob us…"

"Dare they?"

"Don't forget, I'm now one of the Shichibukai! I'm allied with the World Government and the Marines!"

"Inform everyone to be ready. If they dare cause trouble here, they won't leave Dressrosa easily!"

As usual, several Donquixote family merchant ships docked quietly at the harbor. Porters worked tirelessly to unload cargo.

Several cadres paced back and forth, hands behind their backs, eager to see the wealth these ships brought.

Civilians gathered around, vendors selling snacks and fruits, creating a lively and bustling scene.

Suddenly, a three-masted pirate ship stormed into the inner bay at breakneck speed, followed by a sea of darkness as countless pirate ships occupied the harbor.

The massive warship continued its relentless approach, crashing through the harbor like an arrow.

Sailors unloading cargo stopped in their tracks, staring in shock.

"Run quickly!"

A shout broke the stunned silence, and chaos ensued. Sailors dropped their cargo, cursed, and fled in all directions.

Boom!

A deafening explosion erupted as the merchant ship was split in half, splintered wood flying everywhere. Sailors on deck were hurled into the air, their screams piercing the commotion.

When people saw the cause of the destruction, their expressions changed drastically.

"No! That's the flag of the Beasts Pirates!"

"Run!"

Panic spread as people abandoned their posts and scrambled to escape. The bustling pier turned into a chaotic mess, with people pushing and trampling each other in their desperate bid to flee.

On the deck of the enormous battleship, Jack stood at the bow, laughing.

Carlos emerged from the captain's cabin, shaking his head. "We're here to discuss business, not to fight…"

"Brother, it's good to show our strength first. It'll make negotiations smoother later," Jack replied.

"True enough."

The crew disembarked, leaving the port behind as they headed toward the city center.

The streets were filled with the aroma of flowers and delicious food. Beautiful women, vibrant music, and tantalizing dances caught everyone's attention.

Along the way, they noticed numerous dolls that resembled ordinary people, which surprised them.

Carlos sighed. "Don't be fooled by appearances. The darkness hidden in Dressrosa runs deeper than you can imagine."

"Brother Carlos, we've been here a while and haven't seen anyone from the Donquixote family yet."

"It seems they don't take us seriously!"
