Final Exams

" How the heck did you get ranked tenth Yuu?!," Tadashi asked.

" Everyone loves a smart guy," Yuu said. " Though tenth isn't good enough. I have to go higher!"

" I did two times worse than you," Tadashi admitted. " But I'm really suprised in Daiki. He got fifth."

" It's not too hard if you just pay attention," I said.

The whole class was ranked like this from the midterm exams.

First rank - Yuki Todoroki

Second Rank - Sachi Todoroki

Third Ranked - Makato Watanabe

Fourth - Nori Uraraka

Fifth - Me

Sixth - Nanako Ito

Seventh - Akito Uraraka

Eighth - Amaya Nagano

Ninth - Akio Kaminari

Tenth - Yuu Hogo

Eleventh - Miyu Himekawa

Twelfth - Himari Suzuki

Thirteenth - Kenji Bakugo

Fourteenth - Riki Bakugo

Fifteenth - Kiyoe Kaminari

Sixteenth - Hijri Sato

Seventeenth - Kaito Aonuma

Eighteenth - Haru Sero

Ninteenth - Akari Shizaki

Twentieth - Tadashi Todoroki

Mr. Miyoga told us to put on our suits and head down to Ground Gamma.

" Today is the day you will be taking your final exams. I tried to make it something diffrent but the principal said no. You will have to go up against the staff members in groups of two," Mr. Miyoga said. " That's why you've been doing so much group training."

Mr. Miyoga said the names of the people who would be paired with eachother. Then he got to me.

" Daiki you will be paired with...Nori. And you'll both be going against Chargebolt."

I wasn't shocked about the Nori part but Chargebolt?! Chargebolt is a huge problem even if he's not one of the top ten heroes. I've seen him use his electricity and it's not something you wanna mess with.

Me and Nori headed down to where we would be taking the exams.

" So you got a plan?," I asked.

" I think it's time you try out that move you've been working on with me," Nori said.

" Wait what? But I have so little control over it," I said. " That's requires me to use an amount of my quirk I haven't completly mastered yet."

" Oh come on, I see you train every day. With every punch and kick you pull your getting stronger," She put her right hand out. " I know you can do it. No, I know we can do it. Let's do this Daiki!"

" Your right, Nori," I gripped her hand. " This'll be a breeze if we just stick together!"

We walked around for a few minutes. I noticed something about Nori. She looked really good in her hero suit.One for All was that I could sense anything nearby. Out of nowhere a bolt of electricity zoomed passed my ear leaving a sting. Infront of us was chargebolt with electricity covering his hands.

" I don't expect this to be easy for either of us," he said. " You can try your best to get pass me but it won't work. Trust me."

He shot a bolt at Nori. I had to tackle her.

" Thanks," she said.

" No need," I grinned.

" Ok you can get off now."

I stood and helped Nori up.

" I'll go right you go left. You know what to do Daiki," Nori signaled me.

I nodded.

I ran to the left barely avoiding his electric shots. I saw Nori trying to touch him to make his gravity become stronger but she couldn't do that without jumping out the way. I guess Chargebolt got tired of us moving around. Electricity covered his whole body and nearly spread everywhere but it reached us and sent a shock through my body. My legs and arms felt numb and sore. I decided to take this chance.

" One For All 20%," I thought. " Rapter Rush lightning speed!"

I ran to Nori at such fast speed that I saw in slow motion. I gave her a boost that sent her at Chargebolt.

I charged at him myself. I saw Nori manage to touch him before she went past. Chargebolt was struggling to stay on his feet!

" This is my chance," I thought.

There was now electricity everywhere. I felt it passing through me. I felt the heat rise in my body from the power. I felt myself getting faster and stronger by the seconds that passed. My hands tingled.

" Lightning Impact!," I yelled to the top of my lungs.

I landed my right fist on Chargebolts face as I felt the heat release from my body. I saw the suprised look on his face as he let his electricity loose the second my fist made contact with him. A minute later he was on his knees with drool coming from his mouth, a tear coming out his right eye, and his thumbs up while he was saying " Yay".

I nearly collapsed but Nori supported me.

" That was great, Daiki!," She said.

" You have passed the exam!," I heard the speakers say.

" You ok?," I heard Nori ask.

I didn't respond because I was already knocked out on her shoulder.

Fifty minutes later everyone had finished there exams.

" You all passed the exam. Only leaving, Tadashi, Nori, Daiki, Akiri, and Akito with minor injuries. I have to say i'm really impressed with all of you. I don't think i've ever seen a class with every student passing there finals. I'm proud," Mr. Miyoga said.

" C-Can we go take a nap now?," I heard Tadashi ask in a tired tone.

Everyone in the class was exhausted from the exams.

" Yeah, yeah, go ahead," Mr. Miyoga smiled.

The class tiredly cheered and headed to the dorms.

" Daiki stay back," Mr. Miyoga ordered. " I wanna speak to you."

" O-Ok," I said.

When the class left my teacher stepped up to me.

" I know you can control your power," he said. " I know what I saw back there and it was unlike anything I ever saw from my years of teaching." He put his fist on my chest. " I expect to see even greater things from you in the future, you trouble maker. I know Deku passed his power on to you. Most staff in U.A. know but you don't have to hide it from me. You're a hero Daiki a hero who can become even stronger than Deku so don't you stop now, got it?"

I was shocked at first but I nodded my head and headed to the dorms.
