Chapter 167 : Telling truth to Elizabeth (1)

During this one-month stay, Alex just lazed around while Elizabeth took care of him.

He also made progress with his chaos power, becoming able to make objects with his mind and manipulate the environment around him using his newfound powers.

He slowly started to gain powers to alter reality, including the ability to create illusions and manipulate matter with his thoughts.

But he is far from mastering it, and still has much to learn about using chaos energy and controlling his powers. He still struggles with controlling his powers and fully understanding the implications of using chaos energy.

There was also a significant change in Elizabeth's behaviour. As she spent more time with Alex, she also felt her feelings towards Alex grow, and she found herself becoming more and more attracted to him.

She just needed one last push to finally admit her feelings to Alex.

Like that one month has passed

After one month.

In Alex's ship

Elizabeth was standing on the deck looking at the sea.

"Where are we going, Alex?" asked Elizabeth as he looked at Alex

"We are going to the skeletal island "

"Does such an island exist, even it's name is ominous?" asked Elizabeth

"It exists but not many people know about it. It is a mysterious island " said Alex, even he doesn't know much about that island.

With a confused expression on her face, Elizabeth asked, "Why are we going there?".

"To meet someone," said Alex

"Is it a woman?" asked Elizabeth with a sharp gaze, as her women's intuition tells that it was definitely a woman.

"No," Alex said while avoiding Elizabeth's gaze.

"Then why are you avoiding my gaze?" Elizabeth asked as she pulled Alex's face closer to her, forcing him to look her in the eyes.

"Well she is a woman, but she is not normal," said Alex with sweat on his face.

"Why would you look for another woman when you have me beside you," said Elizabeth as she let go of Alex's face.

"Oh, are you jealous?" asked Alex poking Elizabeth's waist.

"No, you can have as many women as you want. I don't care"

"Then why do you have that expression on that face?"

"Why do you care?" asked Elizabeth with a jealous expression.

"Don't be like this. The woman I'm going to meet is not my lover or anything."

"Then why are you trying to meet her? What is so special about her that you are going that far to meet her?" asked Elizabeth with a questioning gaze. Since she is not your lover why are we travelling that far to meet her?

"Well I will say don't be surprised," said Alex, as he decided to tell her since she is also coming to the island with him it is better to tell her.

"Say it is some sort of princess or what? "

"She is a goddess," said Alex.

"What? Say it again, I think I heard something wrong " said Elizabeth

"What? Say it again, I think I heard something wrong?" asked Elizabeth with a face of disbelief, as she thought she heard something absurd from Alex's mouth.

"You heard it right, she is a goddess who people worship," said Alex again

"What a goddess! And why are you searching for her?" asked Elizabeth with a confused face and a look of disbelief on her face.

"Well I sort of met her once so I'm curious about her "

"What you met her? , why would you meet a goddess " asked Elizabeth with a shocked face thinking why would Alex meet a goddess?

"Alex are you trying to fool me?" asked Elizabeth, believing Alex was trying to fool her, instead of telling her about the woman.

"I'm not a kid "

"Up to the point, what I said is true in regards to the goddess and the island," said Alex with a serious face.

Seeing Alex's serious face Elizabeth thought that everything was true.

"Wait a minute, let me think," said Elizabeth as she needed some time to process all the information.

"Let me get this straight. You met a goddess once and now you are trying to search for her." Asked Elizabeth

"Yes, pretty much."

"I have a question."

"What is that?"

"How are you able to meet a goddess? and why are you so calm talking about a goddess?" asked Elizabeth as she looked at Alex as she was when talking about the goddess. She didn't see a speck of respect or devotion on Alex's face.

"Hmmmm," thought Alex as he thought about whether to tell Elizabeth or not.

"What are you thinking?" asked Elizabeth as she saw Alex's face.

"I'm thinking about whether to tell you or not."

"Whatever you tell me, I'm curious," Elizabeth said, as she also wanted to know what Alex was hiding from her.

"Okay don't be shocked," said Alex, as he decided to tell her since Elizabeth is going to be his lover soon.

He can see Elizabeth's feelings for him.

"In truth, I'm also God. Just for fun, I'm travelling around the world." Said Alex with a smile.

"I met the goddess in my dreams so I'm curious about her, which is why I want to find her "

"What?" shouted Elizabeth loudly and her breathing became rapid.

Alex said, "Elizabeth calm down," as he saw her condition.

"How can I calm down when I hear some absurd things?" asked Elizabeth with a face of disbelief

"Those are not absurd things."

"Then do you expect me to believe?" asked Elizabeth as she looked at Alex like he was some sort of fool.

"Yes, because that is true."

"Prove it"

Though Elizabeth believed Alex to be a powerful man, saying he was a god was also pretty much unbelievable to her.

"Okay don't be startled by what I'm about to do, "said Alex.
