When Victor Reynolds heard it, he pulled into the car midway abruptly. His hooded eyes glistened with some unknown emotions. Without answering her question, he pinched on her chin hard and replied in a slow determined voice,
" Janet! There wouldn't be a day that I won't want you. So, there's no reason to bring up the question."
Janet was momentarily lost by his answer. She didn't quite understand why he was so confident. She still shared her concern, scoffing as she slapped his hands off her chin,
" How can you be so sure? What if I did something horrible and decided to leave you?"
She blinked her eyes repeatedly to hear his response. However, the man once again shut her off with his savage response,
" Then..I will go back to you."
She was really speechless!
