Chapter fifty one

The word Charlotte heard made her raise her head up, she smiled.

Alexander squealed happily inside of him. Ever since the dispute between them, the only time Charlotte smiled was either on the television or her instagram post.

"Aren't you talking again? " she said, getting tired of him already. Alex came to his senses. "I will tell you about it tomorrow. I need some time to think it through and make sure it's concrete" He said and Charlotte noded . she was leaving when Alex called her again.

"You can sit here with me right, have a seat please" Alex said smiling and Charlotte sat down and continued operating her phone. Alexander continued staring at her face. Because of her, his mom, sister and his only best friend are against him. Charlotte looked up and saw him smiling at her.

"Mr Alexander, should I call a doctor that you're like a fool… ?" she said and tried not to laugh because of his face. It was so priceless.

"Is it wrong to smile again ?" he replied and scoffed.

"I have a lot to do, tell me this plan of yours" Charlotte said impatiently but tries no to show it.

"will tell you on a condition"

"which is?" she was staring at Alex now.

"Are you really in a relationship with Andrew Kendrick?" wow, just wow charlotte smiled inwardly. She stared at him and saw Jealousy in his... eyes.

"Don't you think that's too personal to tell you, I'm still in a relationship with him still but why all three questions?" Charlotte looked at him . "I've known you for years now and I can tell you're lying right now…This is the plan" Alex Chipped in before she could say anything.

Twenty minutes later,she smiled.

"If this can work out, then I owe you something," she smiled again. Alex smiled widely. That smile is contagious. He was more happy than ever , he put a smile on her face, she stood up and was about to go upstairs .

"Charlotte" he called again and she turned to look at him..

" Good night," he said. "sit with me for some more time" was what he badly wanted to say but just changed his mind.

"All you need to do for me is to pretend like we are a couple. You said it with your mouth Andy" Charlotte whined and Andrew tried his best not to groan. Charlotte had been disturbing him to pretend like they were a couple when Alex came over but he still refused.

" Andy", Charlotte groaned, jumping on the bed to distract him from his phone.

It is weekend Jasmine, Donald and Josh were in Andrew's house. Jasmine rolled her eyes at the position of Charlotte on the sofa with her head on Andrew's lap.

Ten minutes later , Alex rang the doorbell.

"Go get it Jaz '' Charlotte said lazily and Jasmine glared at her standing up. She opened the door and there was Alex Standing there in a short shirt.

Jazmine glared at him and he gulped down nothing.

"Just kidding, come in," Jasmine smiled and he sighed. He came in and froze on a spot. The posture of Charlotte alone made anger surge in him.

"Hey, you came", Andrew said, smiling. His eyes landed on Josh and he quickly looked away.

"Thanks for coming," Donald said and he smiled.

"Before we talk, if we really want our plans to work out, we need to be united. I'm done with the fight I had with you man" Josh said and Alex nodded.

"High five? " he said and he shook his hands and smiled.

"So this is the plan, Charlotte is the first person needed here, then we need Josh, Jasmine, Donald and Andrew and lastly me" Alex said after explaining and mapping out all the Plans.

"We can do this," Donald said and they nodded.

"But wait, Alex don't you think this can have something to do with Don, I mean... Why would he be kidnapped or something? `` Charlotte said.

"I also thought about it, my instinct kept on ringing that in my ears" Alex said.

"Let's start the work on monday and hopefully everything works out fine" they agreed and went their separate ways.

It was a cool day, everywhere was quiet in a warehouse. A guy was tied on a chair with his hands and legs chained.

"What did he say?" Charlotte asked.

"He has refused to talk," They said.

"beat him till he confesses" Alex chipped in.

"No, let's see him first," Andrew said.

"Aright boss" They disconnected the call.

"Good Job guys" Charlotte said happily bringing champagne out of the refrigerator. She left for the kitchen and brought glass cups. They toasted and celebrated their new victory.

After an hour's drive, they got to the old warehouse and after a call, a guy came out and they were allowed in.

"Boss" The guy called and Alex waved at him.

"Where is he?" Donald asked. He directed them to a room.

"Hi boss" Charlotte, Jasmine and Donald greeted him simultaneously. He looked at them stunned. He was trying to say something but his mouth was sealed.

"Remove that and get us chairs please,'' Jasmine said. One of them bowed and removed it while the others went to get chairs which they would sit on.

"You…! charlotte?" he said, not believing his eyes and they grinned. "what… surprise right? that the cool jasmine can have such a huge thing up her Sleeves? Charlotte joked and the rest chuckled. "Anyway, let me introduce these unfamiliar faces to you. This is Alexander Blake, he is the brain behind the plan, a very great planner isn't it… , this is Andrew, my best friend, this is Josh, Jasmine's boyfriend, I think that's all. We all worked as a team and guess what? we are such a good and smart team" Charlotte Squealed happily scoffed.

"Nice meeting you Mr…"" Andy said and trailed off.

"Williams" Jasmine said and he looked up again amazed.

"Don't be surprised. We know everything about you but the only thing we want to know is your boss"

"how did you know everything about me?" He asked, still surprised. "That a very long story Mr williams but not to worry, I will sumarse it"

Flash back

Charlotte P. O. V

"So that's it, Charlotte, all you have to do first is discuss the matter with her and see her reaction" Alex said and I nodded.

"Got it" I said and disconnected the call. of Has

``If you can do this, then we can sponsor you to any country of your choice" I said after minutes of trying to convince her.. Mr Williams' secretary kept on insisting if he discovered the plan. she looked up which means it works.

"Are you serious?" her face lightened up and I nodded.

"You just have to put this in his drink," I said and gave her purging pills.

"If he tells you to taste it, just taste very little because it will only have an effect when too much drink is consumed'' she nodded and spirited away.

Four hours later,you started having a running stomach and during the very little period you were in the toilet a hidden camera was put in your office. Charlotte completed.

He looked so surprised.

"So you were the one, I almost stool out my intestines that day" he roared and they burst into laughter. He tried breaking off but that ain't even an adult Joke.

"That's not the end Mr. Williams, Jasmine will take over now"

Jaz P.O.v

``Boss, I really don't know anything about their music .``you waited for some seconds again.

"well, I haven't told her about you yet, her stupid friend ruined the dinner" you said referring to the date andrew ruined.

"So Mr Williams,we thought about it and we couldn't drive at any point so we just decided to play further," Donald said.

"We ought to have a concert yesterday but because you were fake, you don't even know anything about it," Jasmine added.

"So about how you were caught, don't be too curious, the secretary helped us in doing that and I must say, you really enjoyed the sleep" Andrew chipped in while operating his phone.

'`what do you guys want?" he said with gritted teeth.

" questions they've been asking you… all we want to know is your highest boss, who do you work for?" Alex asked, bending to his level and he kept mute.

"Maybe you're not scared of all this but how about your siblings, how about your kids…your wife… think about them? " Josh said coldly. Then it dawned on him.

" You guys took them hostage?"

"well... reply to his question first," Charlotte said.

"I can't tell you who he is," he said arrogantly and they clapped.

"Mr. Williams…make use of the time while I'm being gentle because I'm running out of patience" Charlotte said.

He shook his head negatively and that means he wasn't ready to talk. Alex had suggested his family being abducted but Charlotte and jaz disagreed saying what if they were the one in their shoes.

"Anyways you will be having two important visitors'' Charlotte said and he looked scared and nervous.

"which visitors? " he asked.
