Parasite and Scarlet Scholar

Friday, 6th July, Year 1349

Nothing much is happening today. I am bored and lazing around while thinking if I should use Sequence 4 Parasite Flora Jacob to advance to demigod level or not. I mean there are many pros and cons to it. Pros are that I won't waste a day through using Item Creation ability for this and some others. It will also help the Macht family, not that I care to be honest. Cons are that it will get me undesirable side effects and extra set of Beyonder characteristics other than the Sequence 4 part. Also I don't really need a ritual to become a demigod at this point so there is that.

What to do? I have already distracted Amon for the time being, Adam is also not coming here at this time. So I should probably do it.

In the afternoon, I close my door and conceal my room through Coat of Darkness. Eva is outside, not on the lookout this time. She is just waiting for my advancement.

After that I use the power of Author to make a prophecy: "After stealing Flora Jacob's Beyonder Characteristics, Maximilian Hendrix starts his advancement to Sequence 4. He is successful in his advancement without any problems."

After that I use my Omniscient Eye to find the rat demigod hiding in the basement of Macht Estate. I then immediately use Trojan Gloves to steal the Beyonder Characteristics and inject them directly inside my body while sitting down on my chair.

As soon as I do that, my vision changes. I feel pain inside my body as if it's changing on a basic level. I start seeing flaws in most of the things I see. I feel the time of the objects as well.

My body starts changing into Incomplete parts of a clock and maggots, I can somehow see all this like I am separate from it while being.

I then realize that I have to stabilize my body now for successful advancement. I then do just that and become a demigod. And I can feel something in my head wanting to change me but it can't affect me at all like there's a solid wall between it and me. Oh well that's good. But I know now that I have to digest all my characteristics in my body first before advancing any more.

Also advancing to demigod has given me a new upgrade in Item Creation, I can now create items at the level of Sequence 0 meaning at the level of True Gods. But I can't create Uniqueness for some reason. Maybe creating Uniqueness needs higher level? Anyway this is good.

I tell Eva about my advancement and she is quite happy about it. I am pretty sure a big part of it is that she will become a Beyonder tomorrow. Anyway its 4 pm now and we are having some tea. It's become a regular occurrence.

"So did you finish Stormwind Mountain Villa?" I ask her.

"I did, and I have to say that the author of this novel is very talented and dramatic. It's quite an entertaining novel." She answers.

"Can you give it to me?" I ask.

"Sure I will give it to you, a bit later. After we finish things here." She tells me and I nod.

I then conceal the room from the outside world and then use Item Creation to create a pill.

The functions of this pill are that it will keep Eva's identity intact and corruption free till the level of Sequence 0. It will also give her the Physical and Mental Strength of a Sequence 0. Of course this doesn't make her a god, she would just have the physique of one without a Mythical Form.

Eva then takes a seat and then ingests the pill. And then she leans back and starts screaming. I had made a prophecy before this that there will not be any problems with this.

All this went on for 15 minutes, the chair she was sitting on was destroyed from her movements. She is now on the floor writhing. I didn't expect her to be in so much pain, what's going on? I even made a prophecy about it. Shit.....how can a prophecy of a Sequence 1 level Item affect Sequence 0 level Item. At this moment, why does the meme "the risk I took was calculated but boy am I bad at math" comes to mind?

Anyway enough jokes, I use placate on her and have been using it for the last quarter of an hour.

After 15 more minutes she settles down and breathes.

"Eva I am sorry, it's my fault you were in such a pain just now." I apologize to her.

"There's no need for apologies dear brother, I asked for this myself. Also I feel really powerful now even without Beyonder abilities." She answers with sweat on her face.

"Alright you should rest for today now." I say that to her and tuck her into bed. "Go to sleep and have sweet dreams about me."

She just nods and falls asleep.

Saturday, 7th July, Year 1349

In the late afternoon, around 3.30 pm. We are in our room getting ready for Eva's advancement to become a Beyonder. She sits in a chair and I used Concealment on the room.

I then used Item Creation to create a potion exactly the same as mine except this one contains characteristics of the Moon Pathway from Sequence 5 to Sequence 9. I also made a prophecy: "Evangeline Hendrix will advance to Scarlet Scholar without any problems after drinking the potion."

I then tell her to get comfortable and drink the potion.

As soon as she drinks it, she looks like she entered a trance like state. Her skin becomes translucent allowing me to see blood vessels and muscles. Her skin becomes paler, her hair becomes darker even though it was black in colour and her eyes become red.

After 5 minutes she wakes up from that state.

"Congratulations Eva on becoming Scarlet Scholar or in Sanguine terms a Viscount." I congratulate her on her advancement. "Now you should focus on acting to digest these potions."

"Wow this feels so good." She says to me. "Also I want to drink your blood, I have this urge inside me as soon as I look at you."

I just nod to her and then take a cup and cut my wrist to fill it with my blood. As soon as it is half full, I regenerate my wound by using the power of Dark Angel. I then give the cup to her who is salivating after looking at my blood. Well at least that went well.
