The Voltaic Chronicles Arc Vol.1

Set in the 1800s, we dive into a place full of magic and divine places but we shall focus on a journey of a fellow being named Axel. Axel had the dream of becoming a magic knight with his brother, Rai, so they kept training and training with their new cool looking swords! One day two portals were opened forming a hologram of a person who said "Axel and Rai, these portals shall lead to a survival show named I-land that is run by the Clover Kingdom, this show is the journey to become a magic knight! If you enter, you shall be risking your life to have 50% chance becoming a magic knight. If you don't enter then you won't be able to become a magic knight this year. Axel had entered noticing he was separated from Rai, Axel saw a big sign on the wall saying "POOL 2" and Axel walked foward seeing 3 people sitting on the stairs and they introduced themselves. "I'm Ray, I uh... use Weapon Magic" Ray says. "The name is Bobby and i use Wax Magic, want me to make a dildo?" Bobby Said. "Yo! My name is Otter and i use Bronze Magic! Otter said. Axel then introduced himself saying "My name is Axel and i use ummmm... use Lightning Magic!" A few hours later, Axel received a grimorie and he tried it! It had 5 spells. Spell #1: Lightning Balls, basically balls. Spell #2: Thunder Gloves, gloves with claws. Spell #3: Thunder Arrow, an arrow that goes incredibly fast! Spell #4: Thunder Fiend, boots and gloves that makes you supwr fast! Spell #5: Static Sphere, a big sphere that slows everything down inside! A day later, a portal opened for Axel and he entered, seeing a sign saying "UNIT 2" Axel had saw 2 people waiting for me and one of them looked so familiar, they introduced themselves aswell. "Hey! My name is Antione and i use Steel Magic!" Said Antione. "YOOOOO! Axel! I use lightning magic too man." Says Rai. Axel introduced himself to Antione and began talking to Rai! Antione and Rai explained the show to him.

After a few days of training, Unit 2 were sent into their first battle against Unit 4! Unit 4 had the members, Takumi, Kaito, and Martin. Takumi is a now magic user who is very hated around in I-land. Kaito is a fire magic user and he's known to ask a lot of questions. Martin aka the Poison Guy uses poison magic and he's also hated by not enough as Takumi! It's a 3v3 crystal battle, the first crystal to be destroyed will be won. As the battle starts, Antione Vermillion stood next to his unit's crystal as the countdown for the main to begin started. He looked over to Axel and Rai with a confident smile and unhooked his spear from its holster. Pointing it towards the other end of the field.

"No Fear, No surrender, No failure. This is the final time us three are grouped together specifically. Let's make it a memorable one boys. You know your roles, stick to the plan and we'll get through this just fine."

His grimoire flicked open beside him and Antione placed a hand on the ground.

"Steel Creation Magic!: Steel Castle Armoured Wall!"

The ground beneath Antione shifted and a Large iron wall sprung up from the ground, Blocking his teams crystal from plain view. He stood behind the wall and starting doing his nefarious actions. Axel looked at his teammates and looked at unit 4 and then started focusing on his mana so his body could have lightning all over him! (not a spell shut) Axel also started activating his Thunder Fiend spell and focused on his feet to become faster. Rai nodded to Antione's words and a small grin grew across his face, he spent 25 mana to surround his boots in lightning and glanced towards Axel giving him a slight nod.  The two of them dash towards the center of the arena in a burst of explosive speed, leaving Antione behind with the crystal. Martin cast Dwelling of the poison cloud (Paralysis attribute + 100 mana) over a large radius around the crystal, covering the crystal from sight and protecting it from any of the other team who would want to get close to it to try and break it.

Trix opening his grimoire, casts Wolfire. summoning 5 fire wolves. Trix then put 4 of them in an arrow formation in front of Him, sending those 4 forward to attack the two people (Rai and Axel). and riding the other one around them, going for the wall. Antione climbed on top of his wall and made a circle with his thumb and index finger. Spying on  Trix advancing past Rai and Axel and heading towards the wall. He grinned and stood up fully. This was going to plan so far. As long as the enemy moved in their predictable fashion then there would be no issues. Usagi waited, tapping their foot against the ground as their grimoire remained activated. Flipping through the pages of their snowy grimoire, they selected a singular page that held an environmental spell that could effect the terrain itself.

Spell, SnowFall

A hefty amount of snow fell from the skies, swarming the area around the others including DJ, Rai and Axel. The ground began to fill up with snow by the second, naturally making the enemy time sleepy by the second. Not only that, but so much snow lowered the temperature more and more with every passing second.

Axel sees Kaito and his wolves and he starts running and  with the boost of his speed, hes able to jump above the wolves in order to focus on Martin and activates the Thunder Arrow spell (still running), Axel aims for Martin's cloud and he throws, the cloud gets destroyed (Thunder Arrow is B tier) and it explodes, he stops running because the cloud exploded. "You little rascles... Snow and fire? Just what I needed right now... Speaking of fire, look who we have here."

Antione continued to keep his eye on Trix as they advanced. On his wall. He was already warey or the fire magic, and as such had to deviate from his original plan. However... He smiled as he saw the explosion in the distance roar. Sending sound waves over to even where he was standing. At least that was going well. Antione cut the fleshy part of his hand with the tip of his spear and squeezed on it as he waited for Trix to finally get to his position. Rai followed suit, almost in sync with axel dodging and weaving the wolves while running directly behind him.  He watched as Axel let go of his Thunder Arrow spell and marveled at its huge impact.  He looked away from the fiery explosion that ensued and waited several seconds before making a move.  He dashed up to the crystal into the billowing smoke of the explosion, the lightning around his boots sparking with energy.  While running, he casts a spell that is hidden from view within the smoke, this spell does no damage.  Nearing his destination, Rai bolts towards the target and readies his sword-hybrid, leveling it in his hand and aiming the blade to cut the crystal ahead of him cleanly in half. Martin took damage from the explosion but quickly gained his ground, he created a small orb of poison (Adrenaline attribute +50 mana) he ate at, to work off the sleepy effect of Usagi's snow, he then cast violet schrimm (nausea attribute + Fatigue/sluggishness attribute = +100 mana mana), creating a large curtain of violet poison in front of the crystal to block it from Rai, he then drew his blade and dashed towards Rai, intending to cut him down. Trix looking back at the crystal yells "I HOPE YOU GOT THIS GUYS!". Trix continued on his way to the wall, when he got somewhat close enough. Trix looked up at the wall, seeing Antione. with only a few second thoughts. Trix Yells "Exploding fireball!" as a gigantic fireball forms in front of him. Trix fires it at the wall and Antione. when it hits anything it'll explode into multiple mini fireballs dealing more damage. While Trix was doing that. He told his wolves to turn around all at once, jump at Axel and explode. Suddenly Axel got hurt and he laid on the floor with pain, it was hurting really badly. So we just woke up and decided we were gonna be a pest today didn't we? joy. Seeing the fireball. Antione scowled and his skin started to turn a dullish grey. As he coated himself in metal, Antione placed his palm on the top of the wall. Casting a spell to make a second wall in front of the first. The fireball would hit said wall, sail through it. And hit the wall he was standing on. Sending Antione flying into the air but falling rather quickly. He landed in a crouch, grimacing at a sense of pain underneath the . Not the best example of how durable his walls are... I won't lie.

However. There was a silver lining. The dampness in the air from the wolf melting the snow would have caused the folves flamed to diminish quite a bit. By this point if I'm not wrong almost put out. I'll check with Takumi. Regardless, this would mean that Trix would start to feel the effects of his own teammates spells any time now.

Now that the crystal was exposed, Antione wasn't in the best of positions to defend so as his skin returned back to normal, he gripped his spear tighter and just prayed to god that he could hold out longer than Trix could. Axel gets up and starts activating the Thunder Arrow spell again, he focused his lightning mana and formed an arrow and then he made it longer! He threw the arrow at Martin's spell and caused it to explode, purple gas went everywhere! Rai turnt to face Martin as he charged towards him and moved toward in return. Putting up a hand and activating his spell, 'Javelin thrust', directed at Martin as he ran. Point blank with a lightning spell would be night impossible to dodge. when if hit with the spell, Martin would be paralysed for a single turn. However, that single turn wouldn't matter. As Axels spell whizzed passed them and hit the spell protecting Unit 4's crystal. With them both being B Tier, once more Martin would find his poison barrier destroyed by an arrow. Hearing the explosion behind him, Raijin would cover himself with electricity and jump backwards, flipping in the air to face the crystal falling down, and slice through it with one fell swoop.

"Combo attack, Thunder Before the Lightning" Martin, with his speed increased due to the orb of adrenaline increasing his blood pressure, became as fast as a user of lightning, he hit Rai's blade away from the crystal with his own, then, while Rai is defenseless, he used increased speed in his arms, aiming to stab Rai in thee gut before summoning a poison orb (paralysis attribute +50 mana) and forced it into the wound just for good measure as he swiftly attempted slash across Rai's neck, aiming to decapitate him. It would be extremely difficult, near impossible for Rai to dodge due to the combination of the speed from the increased blood pressure and the paralyzing poison in his body.

Rai's eyes widened with genuine fear, he hadn't felt this type of fear for a very long time.  The eye's of martin took on a piercing black color for just a split second, reminiscent of  someone close to him.  A family member perhaps?  He blinked, shaking the thought and memories that came with it off.  His eyes flickered to the blade that was closing in on his gut, and the poison orb that was following it.  The muscles all over his body tightened and his lightning grew excited, moving furiously, every part of his body was poised to dodge the incoming blade even though his brain knew it was impossible. 

Then he remembered something, a very important something.  He thought back to his initial attack on the crystal when he dived into the smoke after the explosion.   A spell was casted under cover of smoke, however the identity of the spell was never revealed.  Rai had thought ahead.  Very far ahead.  Some may even say that he was destined to win the moment he cast that spell.

The grimace of pain that Rai wore plainly on his face eventually curled at the edges creating a faint and sly smirk.  He opened his mouth as his eyes seemed to brighten with a brave intensity.  He uttered nothing but one word.

There was a blinding flash as Rai was encompassed by electricity which engulfed him instantly.  Rai was no longer within the path of Martin's blade.  He was somewhere else entirely.  He was above the crystal.  With one large swing of his blade.  Rai cut through the top of the crystal.  The target was split directly in half, both pieces falling to the floor with a sound resembling that of a tolling bell.

So Antione gets to regen mana. Martin quickly realized where Rai was with the increase reaction time from the increased blood pressure, he gaining his footing and very quickly jumped up to Rai again, practically instantaneously, with the orb of poison still near him, he once again, parried Rai's sword with his own, he made the already existing orb of poison shape into a dagger, to attempt to stab into Rai and effect him at the same time. while the poison dagger was going to hit its mark, and his heart pounding in his ears, Martin aimed to cut Rai's head off with his own blade. black_kanji   —  ❝ Blizzards are so beautiful, even though they bring misfortune to anything that gets caught in it. Usagi's grimoire began to shift from page to page at rapid speeds, only stopping once it showed the spell that was required for this current situation. Out of the clouds, the temperature plummeted like last time, bringing forth a dangerous blizzard that rampaged the environment. This time, it was colder as this spell expanded upon the already cold snowstorm with a blizzard. By now, people will be experiencing near-frostbite effects unless they have a way to keep their body temperature up.

Suddenly, the snow that the blizzard released shaped into sharpened daggers, spanning over to hundreds of them. This proved it to be dangerous as it has both range and overwhelming numbers in attack. Perfect. All of the daggers hailed onto Trix and DJ without any shred of mercy, piercing through bodies and cutting specific parts of them.

About a couple of meters back, specifically somewhat 6 meters away from the crystal stood Usagi who watched the entire thing. Their mind formulates each possible outcome that could come from this attack, will they survive it and counter it? If so, Usagi will have another attack readied for them and this time will surely vanquish them.

Those were the only words that escaped their mouth before they went dead silent again, focusing on the other team and passively sensing any mana in case a sneak attack were to occur.

⤷ Sliced tendons and nerves around the shoulder region and a possible fractured Collarbone.  Severed blood vessels and arteries of the body, causing internal and external bleeding.

⤷ Impalement of the foot and slowing down the healing process with freezing temperatures on the wound. Also causing minor frostbite.

⤷ Agonizing pain.

Axel starts activating his major spell, STATIC SPHERE , he focuses his lightning mana into making a 3 meter sphere turning everything inside, slow, the ice shards that was entering the sphere also ended up getting slow, Axel grabs his physical sword and runs towards the crystal and Martin and Rai ended up getting inside the sphere! Axel tried to hit the crystal with his sword. Trix, after tumbling off of his faded steed, got up like a logical person. As Trix felt the cold temp he made some fire to warm himself up, looking back at Usagi to see what the fuck he was doing to make shit so cold. then Trix fucking shocked pikachu faced as he saw like a full ass storm of knives falling down on him. like what was Trix supposed to do he kinda just sat down like well guess this is it. but then he looked up and not really any of the snow was hitting him so Trix, shocked just sat there. Rai looked around and thought once more that it might be impossible to escape.  Once again it seemed hopeless for him, just like that time....

Rai despaired for a large while thinking this was the end for him.  His brain was going a mile a minute trying to find a way to escape and failing no matter how hard he tried.  He looked Martin up and down and gazed at the face of the person who would fall victim to.  Then he realized something once again.

Martin had overloaded his system with his mana and with his poison, causing him to experience superhuman physical ability.  If Martin could do that, couldn't he do that too?  He gathered the mana he had remaining in his chest, letting it fester and clash for a split second.  Then in one fluid motion, he let it all go, the electricity cycling through his veins.  The power surging through his limbs and creeping into his brain.  His thoughts moved faster than usual and it seemed almost as if everything was in slow motion.

He planted both his feet on the crystal and jumped, to the side, escaping the static sphere and jumping to the ground again.  He rolled and brushed himself off.

Through a torrent of Snow and Ash, Antione felt his blood run cold as he looked to the sky and noticed the blizzard shifting from a soft snowfall to a sharp rain of icicles. He almost laughed at the sheer hopeless Ness of the scenario. Nobody was going to be safe from this attack. Not even his teammates. It was no onger a battle to destroy a crystal.... Its was a death game. In the same moment that Antione has resigned his fate however, his mind snapped back to a memory not so distant. One of a more optimistic time..

Antione's eyes shine with a new lit passion... Nay, desire. He was almost about to give up. Him? Never. He was Antione Demitri Julius mfing VERMILLION! He was the Ranker of his unit. The role symbolising a leader and one to inspire. Giving up in this situation would be akin to suicide. Even if he couldn't win. Even if all hope was lost. Giving UK just wasn't in his grimoire. An absolutely laughable thought. So laughable in fact that a grin flashed on Antione's face. His eyes, usually hued on a dark blue. Could now almost be seen as red. A symbolism for the fire of Vermillions past he was representing. Usagi wanted to fight with ice then huh? Well she better be prepared to be put on it too.

Antione's Grimoire started to glow. Brighter and brighter. Until it was a beacon in the raging blizzard. His skin turnt grey like steel. But darkened until it was practically quite dark.[No Fear]. He would not feel any sense of dread. Especially towards this weak little ice spell. When the first couple of ice shards started to rain down. Antione face the storm head on with a grin and span his spear in his hand and high speeds. Shredding the icicles as they rained down at him. Of course he couldn't block all. Of them, but the few that did hit didn't even make him Flinch. He was invisible. The unbreakable will of his unit.

His defense was good. But very quickly Antione realised that he wouldn't be able to defend both himself and the crystal for long. Soon it would be hit and if it was hit by one of these icicles? He shuddered to think of the embarrassment that would bring. He couldn't just ignore the crystal for his own sake. Both Axel and Rai were out there fighting for all of their sakes. He coukdnt just lay down and give up in light of that. [No Surrender]He would not give up. Not in a million years. But to not give up he needed a surefire way to survive the oncoming attack with both the crystal and himself intact. And he had just the solution. With a final swing of his spear, Antione stabbed it into the ground and a sound, almost like a chime rang out. In front of him. A Round grey disc, about the size of a dinner plate, appeared in front of him. Then another. Than another. Soon they started to pop up like wildfire. And in no time at all Antione and the immidiate proximity to him was protected by a dome of tightly packed, sturdy steel disks. The ice shards rained down on top of him but he stood his ground. Not stopping creating his lifelines until he had two domes surrounding him. One  on top of the other. With the sound of the icicles just a clinking of rain. Antione moved to the crystal and rolled. It on its side. Minimising the surface area it could be attacked from. And once that happened. He finally began to plan a counterattack.

Standing in his protective dome, Antione came to the sudden realisation that not only was he fighting a fire AND ice user. But he wasn't immidiately losing. Not only that. But the crystal was still relatively in tact. All the while Axel and Rai worked on the final obstacle that is their own defender. They were over there... But he was here. Regardless of what they were doing. The sudden realisation that a singular wrong move on his end would end thiee chances of ever getting into the i-land right there and then. He couldn't allow that to happen. There wasn't room for error. Too much was at stake. [No Failure.]He knew that the attacks were coming from far away. But as it currentky stands, one other person should be taking the brunt of these attacks. Indeed. Someone who was probably just trying to survive at this point. If Antione wanted to survive. Heck, if he wanted to win. He could afford to fail. And in that thinking. Its a lot easier to win a 2v3 than a 3v3. The North and west facing parts of his dics remained flat, but the east and South dusts suddenly tunt from vertical to horizontal. Suddenly becoming a platoon of highly dangerous flying saucers. He sent said saucers whizzing towards Trix. Hundreds of dinner plate sized steel frizbees hurtled towards Trix. Who was doing Trix things. Antione would not Feel fear. He would not Ever surrender. And he wouldn't never dream of failing. He was Antione Vermillion. And he was winning this i-land test and claiming his rightful place among the clover kingdom. Into the battlefield. He let out a war cry of rage. Martin died of fucking heart failure! Axel noticed that there was snow and ice falling, since they were falling into the sphere, they would become slow! The sphere makes it slow enough so that the snow won't hit Axel in enough time to stop him, and at his speed, he could go to the crystal before there would be enough snow falling on him to make the sleep effect! Axel saw Martin dieing and said "What a loser!" Axel moves his arms while holding a physical sword and slices the crystal in half. Rai watched as his brother in arms cut the crystal in half.  A smile grew on his face as the lightning that surrounded him began to fade slowly.  His eyes started to close as he looked to martins dead body lying by the crystal.  He fought well and his defense was immaculate.  But if Rai were to die, he is dying on his own terms.  The energy inside of him died down and his eyes shut as he experienced the backlash of his previous move and the snow of takumi.  He was done and he knew it, but he was glad that his brother was able to finish what he had started. (These deaths were undone later so they can resume the show.) UNIT 2 HAS WON!

As Otter and his colleagues would enter the combat zone, Otter was completely certain. He was not going to allow his companions to fall, he was not going to allow them to suffocate in distress, and kick the bucket. Like what occurred in the past battle, when unit 2 and 4 battled. He was the cerebrum of the gathering, he was the commander, he was not allowing anyone to fall, he is answerable for his group, he WILL ensure that they pass. He was not going to surrender regardless, as his strategies will lead them to triumph! Otter would rapidly get to work, a protective methodology. As he would make a bronze ball around the precious stone, removing 100 mana. Never enough protection, isn't that so? Otter would then pass on the rest to his colleagues, as he was certain that they wouldn't dissapoint. Alan,would get on the battlefield along with his teammates, scared but at the same time more excited then ever.

Before the fight started, he would have looked one more time at his team, saying "We've got this,no pressure guys, just like we've practiced!"

Then he would open his grimoire, and wait for Otter, the team's "leader", to use his bronze ball to cover, the precious crystal , after he did it he would prooced to use his

infamous ""Sand armored heavy guard spell"",wich spawns a big knight like entity made out of sand, but enchance it, with a shield and sword, he decided to spawn it around Otter's defense.

Then after seeing how the opponents would line up, he decided to quickly call out for a change of positon, leading haruki upfront, otter to the left and himself to the right. Haruki unsheathed his sword and jumped over the crystal before pointing the sword towards the enemy's and smiling! "For I-ILAND AND UNIT 3!" He would shout with confidence knowing that he was fighting side by side with his teammates and closest friends... After all that he made his grimoire float to his hand then snap his fingers making the ball inside the sand guard to fill up with water,

Now the crystal is inside of a bronze ball filled up with water which is also inside of a big sand guard holding a sword and a shield. Ray looked around at the terrain... this was perfect for the plan, but first we needed some defense... Creation Magic: Army! steel soldiers began constructing themselves from the ground up, looming like giants, all around the portal, kite shields locking, great swords at the ready for a counterattack if need being, only 8 being needed to close in around the crystal, one being inside to defend the top and one being outside to defend the one being outside to provide extra defense to the soldiers, a couple of them letting a small pathway just enough for Wharton to be able to leave the area that's around the crystal Remember to stick to the plan, Wharton! Lmk if you need any help, I'll try to be quick. grins lightly, looking over to the other team with confidence Let's give em hell and win this thing. Wharton stood by his crystal and nodded to Ray. He had thought long and hard on how to defeat Unit 3, and he was sure he would do it. He looked up at the sand giant with the crystal inside of it. "Ok wasn't expecting that." He was mildly impressed. They still had this in the bag though. Seeing as Alan was the one who made the giant sand guardian, that essentially makes it impossible to get to crystal, he'd focus on him, instead of Haruki. He positioned himself to the right. He'd need extra man power though. "Scarecrow." He used his wood magic to create a scarecrow to fight alongside him. With this he was ready to engage. Arthur would be fashionably late as usual.

"Sorry sorry everyone"

he would open his grimoire and nodded toward ray and wharton, as he flipped through the pages of the book he would be ready, he summoned his wind hawk and get on it's back flying into the air.

"Alright let's get this show started!"

Otter would start to feel this weird tickle in his body. He was all set, and ready to do this. It was as if this was what he had trained to do all of his life. He was fighting besides the two guys that he trusted the most. He was certain that they would pull this off, they WOULD win. They NEEDED to win. As he stood behind Haruki, he watched Ray create these steel soldiers. Of course his first thought was; "That was rather unexpected," but he was sure him and he's colleagues would be able to find a way around it.

He'd say, creating a dull bronze ball formed figure around himself. He'd then proceed to fire 4 explosive cannonballs towards the direction of these soldiers, guarding their beloved crystal, and 2 explosive cannonballs towards the direction of Wharton's "Scarecrow."

Not only would these Cannonballs explode when they hit something, they could also explode when Otter wished for them to explode.

While inside of this Bronze Cannon, Otter would let out a little grin, knowing this would go the way they planned. As long as everyone stuck to the plan, he knew they could pull this off, even if they had the odds against them.

This is our last shot - これが最後だ　了解

After seeing the steel army, he would be impressed, nonetheless he was more then sure, that they will pull this off, after all he was with the people he trusted the more, afterall it was NOW OR NEVER.

After seeing that Wharton switched lanes, and was targeting him,and his scarecrow, he got worried,but his teammate and friend, Otter got him covered up.

He would call for Haruki to hold Wharton that, he can move on the front lane, so him and Otter could take care of Arthur,the infamous wind magician. But before doing that

to assist his friend Haruki in some way he decided to make a sand tiger to help him!

He got his grimoire ,and it was shining brighter then ever,sand was bursting out of it,he was ready for this. ꜱʜᴏᴛ'ꜱ ꜰɪʀᴇᴅ ~ 発射されたショット

Haruki noticed the sand tiger and felt a little bit confident... He was ready to take Wharton on... Haruki presently, exploiting the way that this unit 1 good for nothings didn't determine the formation that the enormous giants folks were in, as fast,

Haruki would close one eye, as he was pointing. Practically like an expert sharpshooter rifle. This was truly confounding to the next unit, why? Since once more no magic was coming out, however what they hadn't seen was his other hand, which he would charge his spell,

He would basically bend and curve the spell,

consequently the pointing. Everything was set up, he was battling close by his companions, as he didn't really mind how he expected to win, he will satisfy the conditions.

As a  water bullet  was created and shot, was curved, taking advantage of the gap in the kite shields. They could close it without gaps, but it would need all 8 of the army soldiers, so this was a win win situation. As the bullet would bypass through a shield, Haruki would curve it a bit to the left, almost like the bullet itself changed it's center of gravity to the left, instantly changing it's direction. Since it's magic, it's intelligence (of the guardian inside trying to protect it.) would not be able to protect it, if they somehow find a way they do. But, it seemed almost impossible. Arthur would see the 4 cannonballs coming and open his girmoire, since they sent 3 long range spells all towards his team, he would flip a page and he would summon his typhoon of winds that allows him to swallow up magic's and send it back towards his enemies, he would make a big tornado swallowing the 4 cannon balls all at once and sending them flying back at the sand guardian aiming for its core aka the bronze orb at its center, he would then push the tornado forward sending it on a direct collision course with the sand guardian, while all this was happening he would still be on the wind hawk and he would start flying around the battlefield going  around and around

"you can have these back." Wharton saw as the cannonballs flew at him. He saw Arthur blow the cannonballs back and he grabbed his scarecrow and threw hit up in the wind so it would blow across the battlefield. As the scarecrow was in the air he placed his hands on the ground. "Gavanche Forest!" Braches sprouted out of the ground at rapid speed, wrapping around Alan, completely restricted his movements. This spell is normally a defensive spell but he used it as a restrainment spell. Now that Alan was trapped, the scarecrow came dropping on top of him and it got into Alan's face. If they made eye contact, Alan would be hypnotized and under the control of Wharton. Alan would stop in the middle of his run, he got beyond worried after seeing Whartons attacks, he decided to go for something big,a huge gamble. His  grimoire was ready, with only a few seconds left, he changed his mind, he decided to risk it all with no going back, he looked over to Haruki and said "I've got this" in the nick of time

he decided to use one of his best spells, "Sand Armored Dreadnought Guard"-witht the last amnt of mana he had,he decided to enchance its armor so it can withstand Wharton's attack at any cost,the spell does the followig it summons a giant, heavily armored sand golem that wields a pair of knives with half-moon blades. This spell boasts maximum offensive and defensive strength.

,this spell will not only block the path between him and wharton but also with Haruki.

He would make the guard stay in front of the "forest" destroying it and the man's scarecrow,then making it target Wharton

            「To ∞ and beyond」

What his opponents didn't know, is that he got the feared "Sand beast", and now that he was under 100 mana, he could activate it, and thats exactly what he did, he yelled"

       ❝ARCHEMORE I NEED YOUR HELP!❝

ϟHis body got covered in a deep black, armor, with a scorpion scale pattern.

His mana would get boosted to 3000, Wich left him with a lot of possibilties,in the end he would say to his teammates, "I've got this-アイブ・ゴット・ジス"⏎

The Last Stand

As Otter heard these things going on, he'd jump out of his Cannon. He would see Arthur having caught up his stuff, and then as Arthur was directly above his Tornado, (Arthur just said he was going around and around, never specifying where) he would have his Cannon Balls explode, causing an enormous wind pressure right below Arthur, destroying his Hawk and forcing him to the ground.

"He's all yours now, Haruki!"

He'd say as he started running towards Ray. (By the way, Ray only said that he aimed the rocket launcher and then tossed it away, never firing it) The bullets that he had fired, had hit his cannon, but Otter had jumped out of it, causing him not to be hurt. He would then yell out;

"BRONZE MAGIC: FIVE SWORDS OF FATE 運命の剣"

But he would enhance this A tier spell with 200 more mana, launching 7 Swords towards the crystal, and if they hit, they would either damage the crystal, or take out several of the Steel Soldiers. He would then run closer to Ray, and as he made it close enough, he'd scream.

"WEATHERCLIFF, COME FOURTH!"

The Lightning Spirit would appear on his shoulder, now giving him the mana of 3000, and making him able to do insane spells. He'd quickly switch the pages to the page he needed.

"The End...."

Haruki watched his teammates/friends take them all down but Haruki wasn't just going to be standing there being so useless he needed to put on a show for the audience,

he smiled  and acknowledged the fact that his own friends stepped in his place so he didn't have to die fighting

He saw otter send Arthur falling down from quite a height so he didn't waist any time and immediately dashed to the frontlines of the arena shouting back to Otter and Alan "We Can't Loose Now Boys!"

Once Haruki reached the downed Arthur he smirked then making his grimoire float infront of him before raising both of his hands up

"This is your end Arthur...."

He would say with a smile on his face tilting his head

"WATER SPIKE!"

He created a large spike of water right under him come rising up from the ground before piercing through Arthur ending his Life!!! A miserable ending..yet once more. The world is loaded up with war..with passings, with distress and bitterness, and it will not ever end..as long as people are there, war is there. The battle finished in Unit 3's success. As Otter cut up Ray's head with a lighting cutting edge, blood would grow all around Ray's head, it was a realistic and graphic picture. Then, at that point, Arthur would kick the bucket also, as the spikes penetrate his heart, back, lungs, and that's only the tip of the iceberg. Something would be on Wharton's face..it was..tears. He hurried over to them, as the assault from Haruki (The water bullet) Would obliterate the precious crystal, Wharton got onto his knees, as he shouted in torment, his colleague's lives were lost in battle..as he suffocates in distress. As Alans spell would crush Wharton to death, blood was spread everywhere, as his body was in pieces..he joined his teammates.. Or did he? UNIT 3 HAS WON!!
