The World Tournament! Like Father, Like Daughter!

It was here, it was finally here! The World Tournament was today! I made sure to pick up Mabel before we boarded the bus to leave. Everyone wished us good luck as we departed towards the event.

"So, Father, where'd you get that burn scar from?" Mabel asked.

"Oh, from a serial killer bomber person! He sort of detonated something and it kind of messed me up." I replied.

Mabel nodded and began to talk with Momo. I looked over at Laura who was visibly confused.

"Aly, you're sure we aren't supposed to wear our hero costumes? We were supposed to wear these gym uniforms, right?" She questioned.

I nodded at her, "Yep! That's what Mr. Aizawa told us."

"So, what's the game plan here? Are we gonna run and gun once the tournament starts?" Kaminari announced.

"No, we aren't," I replied, "We're going to stick together in pairs of two. We need to make this tournament at least a bit easier for us. So, don't go off on your own looking for an easy elimination, you could probably be someone else's easy elimination as well."

[1 Hour Later...]

We arrived at a rather large stadium; it was bigger than the stadium that the Sports Festival takes place in! As we made our way into the stadium, I felt as if someone was staring at me, I looked over to my right and saw that someone was! He had a rather interesting look, his hair had been a plethora of blues, purples, and reds. I smiled and waved at him, but I got no response back.

"Huh, tough crowd." I muttered.

As the tournament started, we walked out into a massive arena, the area had been rocky and mountainous, I could definitely see people getting lost in an area like this. We stood there and waited for some sort of signal that the tournament would start. Dozens of drones patrolled the skies above us.

"I guess this event is televised? I'm not so sure if that's a smart thing to do." I remarked.

"Oh, why's that?" Deku wondered.

I looked back at him, "I'm fairly certain people are gonna accidentally shoot those things once this tournament gets to the end."

Without a word from anyone, the tournament started with a loud "BRRRRR" noise. There were shouts and hollers coming from all sides of the arena, then Quirks went flying all over the place. We all stood there and watched the action go on.

"We can wait right here, nobody would be stupid enough to take on 10 people at once, especially right now." Monoma spoke up.

We all agreed and observed the various Quirks from a distance. I watched as people appeared on the bleachers one by one from each team.

"Excuse me!" I heard someone shout.

I looked up and saw two people standing on a cliff above us. They posed rather passionately with each other.

"Prepare to be swooned over by our loveliness!" The girl shouted.

"Don't get your heart stuck in a rut either!" The boy added.

They pulled each other close, "We are... Europe's Loveliest Couple!"

I put my arms down and gave a dumbfounded, cringed look. That was... Something I guess?

"Was that all really fucking necessary? Who the fuck are you?" Bakugo grumbled.

"Of course! You must not be acquainted with our love! My name is Arletta Vanguard, and this is my handsome husband, Gregory Wilks!" She replied.

"Heh... Gregory..." Kaminari snickered.

Gregory pointed down at us, "Which of you believe that your love can hold a candle to ours?"

I looked over at Momo who was already looking over at me, with both smiled at each other and our gaze returned to those two on the cliff. We stepped forward, I cracked my knuckles and grinned.

"You guys might be 'Europe's Loveliest Couple', but you're gonna be dealing with Japan's Power Couple!" I yelled to them.

"Oh? Wonderful! Perhaps you'll be worthy of handling our love!" Arletta smirked.

*THIRD PERSON*

Gregory and Arletta hopped down from the cliff, not letting go of each other's hands. Leonidus activated Gear Three and Momo stood close to him, creating a Bo Staff, readying herself for battle.

"I'm gonna assume that you both have powerful Quirks, am I right?" Alyx asked.

"We don't use my Quirk, we have a unified one, as a symbol of our love!" Gregory responded.

Alyx glanced over at Momo, "They're really driving this whole 'love' shit into the ground, aren't they?"

The two lovebirds held their hands out in front of them. The rest of U.A. stood to the sides and watched. A pink mist surrounded Yaoyorozu & Leonidus, they stood back-to-back and locked their arms together. A bubbling sound was quickly approaching them, a giant heart came flying towards them, Yaoyorozu switched sides with Alyx.

"Counter Burst!" Alyx shouted.

The giant heart deflected back towards whoever sent it their way. The mist slowly lifted, revealing to Momo and Alyx that they were in a completely different area, separated from the others!

"This isn't good! Was this just a trap?" Momo fretted.

Gregory and Arletta appeared from the sky and landed down in front of them.

"My, my! Nobody has ever done that before! It's a shame that we'd have to eliminate you, I can tell that your love burns brighter than the cosmos!" Arletta gushed.

Gregory looked up, "But for now, we bid you farewell, may our loves connect on the battlefield once more!"

The mist surrounded the both of them and they disappeared.

"Hey! Look at that! Easy pickings!" Someone shouted from behind them.

Alyx and Momo turned around to see 5 students racing towards them. Alyx shook his head and sighed as he entered Gear 5.

"Good grief... Just make this easier on us, why don't you!" He shouted.

Alyx held his hand out and generated a gigantic blast that swept the 5 students out of the arena, eliminating them. He shook the Overdrive off of his hand and deactivated his Quirk.

"Wow, that was rather impressive. I guess you did take my suggestion after all." Momo complimented.

"Yeah, you were right about prolonging the tournament, that'd get a little too annoying after a while. Let's go find the others and regroup!" Alyx replied.

While Leonidus and Yaoyorozu were making their way towards the other members of their teams, U.A. had split into groups of two just to find where they went!

"Goddamn it, Alyx! Why'd you have to fucking do that? You could've just blasted those cringey ass lovebirds away!" Bakugo fumed.

"Now's not the time to be complaining, Kacchan! The quicker we can find them, the better!" Izuku replied.

The two rounded a corner and into a group of students from the United Kingdom!

"Well, well, well, what do we have here? It's not wise to be wandering about like this, you could get... Eliminated." The boy smirked.

Bakugo flared his Quirk out of his hands, "Eliminated? Try it, pipsqueak, I'll fucking blow your ass to pieces!"

Before any of them made a move, Mabel jumped into the air from behind Izuku and Katsuki!

"Nebula Rain!" She yelled.

Her fingertips shot off beams of violet-blue light at the U.K. students, pelting them and sending some of them flying! She landed down on the ground in front of them and created a cannon.

"W-Woah! You have Yaoyorozu's Creation Quirk as well?" Izuku beamed.

"Well, yeah, they are my parents after all! My little brother's the only one that doesn't have it, I guess it's got something to do with how Quirks work or whatever." Mabel answered.

Bakugo looked over at Midoriya, "They have... TWO. FUCKING. KIDS?!"

A couple of students got up and charged towards Mabel, Katsuki, and Izuku. Leonidus entered Gear Three after firing the cannon at a student, eliminating them from the tournament. The remaining student hopped backwards and began to charge up an attack that surrounded them completely.

"YOU WON'T BE SURVIVNG THIS! SAY GOODBYE, GIRLY!" She cackled.

Mabel shook her head and sighed, she put her hands to the side, "Good grief... Ka... Me..."

Back over with Alyx & Yaoyorozu, the two had gotten into trouble with a combatant from China! Momo was distracting him while Alyx charged up a Kamehameha of his own!

"Ha... Me..." He muttered.

Although the two were on opposite sides of the arena, it was almost as if they had planned a combined attack! Momo glanced back at Alyx who had fully charged up the attack. She ducked a punch and slammed him in the jaw with a Bo Staff! Overdrive flared from Alyx's left eye scar and Overdrive flared from Mabel's eyes!

"HAAA!!!" They both shouted.

Two huge beams of energy soared into the sky, both attacks eliminated the opponents they were dealing with, but it also caught the attention of a certain purple, blue, and red-haired student.

"What are we gonna do? Did you see that, Elijah?" A girl asked.

"It seems as if that Alyx Leonidus isn't as weak as I first thought. I'll deal with him; I'd like to see just how strong he really is. After all, I shouldn't expect less from the former #3 Pro Heroes' child." Elijah answered.

*LEONIDUS P.O.V.*

"Hey, are you alright?" I asked Momo.

"Y-Yeah, I'm okay!" She responded.

I helped her up to her feet and wiped blood of her face. I healed her and the cut on her face sealed up. I heard footsteps coming towards us in the distance. I quickly turned around and saw Kendo & Monoma!

"Damn, I thought you guys were eliminated! At least now I know my suspicions were wrong." Kendo sounded relieved.

"Okay, now, how exactly are we going to locate the others?" Momo wondered.

Right before we could strategize, I heard someone call out to me. I turned around and saw the guy that was staring me down before in the stadium lobby! There were nine other people with him, I'm assuming this must've been America's team. I walked forward and so did he. We stared at each other and the wind around us slowly whirled around. I smiled at him as I felt the pressure coming off of him.

"I can tell you're strong, say, who exactly are you?" I questioned.

"Elijah Woodrow, and you're Alyx Leonidus. Your mother and my mother were well acquainted back in the day. Glad to see you're doing well." He responded.

I nodded at him and we continued to stare at each other. I heard more footsteps behind us and they stopped. Elijah looked over my shoulder and smiled.

"Seems as if both of our little teams are here." Elijah noted.

"So it seems." I replied.

I activated Gear Five and started to charge up right in front of him. The rocks around me started to rise. My voice echoed around the entire area as my Overdrive aura grew intense and higher. The ground began to shake as I output more of my Quirk until I reached its full power. Elijah actually slightly narrowed one of his eyes as I reached my Quirk's maximum power! The other members of his team watched on in both interest and worry as I continued to charge up.

"RAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!" I roared.

My Quirk exploded outwards in a bright display of energy! I opened my eyes and brought my gaze up to Elijah who was now staring back at me once more. Everyone walked up from behind me as the members of Elijah's team walked up to him.

We all started a huge brawl in the middle of the arena! Elijah and I traded fast paced strikes with one another, we appeared and reappeared around different places in the stadium. Each strike was countered by a block, until I managed to land a blow directly to his face, sending him straight into the ground. I zoomed down towards him, firing down blasts of Overdrive at him. He backflipped out of the way as I landed down onto the ground. He missed a kick but dodged a right-hand strike from me. I wasn't sure what his Quirk was, but it had to have been something strong!

We jumped back into the air and continued our fast-paced strikes. Neither of us were letting up one bit! A dark ball of energy sent my flying into the ground, burrowing me further into it! I burst out of it using Boost Fire at times 40. I rushed back toward Elijah, slamming my fist into his face, and then grabbing his leg. I swung him around and around until I threw him right through a rocky mountain! I charged up a Carving Star Blast and fired it towards the mountain, but Elijah charged right through it, using a shield made of some sort of dark energy!

"Not too bad, Alyx!" Elijah grinned.

"I can say the same about you!" I smiled back.

He disappeared and popped up behind me, whacking me down with a huge fist! I rolled off the ground and rebounded by backflipping away from him. We passed by numerous other combatants as we continued our fight in the air! I dodged a punch from him, causing him to send his fist straight into the ground. I capitalized by creating a Flash Cannon that sent him skyrocketing into a cliff side after I detonated it. He sent fists of his Quirk at me, pelting me several times, sending me flying backwards as well! He burst off the cliff side and darted straight into me, knocking the wind out of me!

I kicked it into high gear by going into Infinite Mode! I'm fairly certain that he wouldn't stand a chance against me now! I rushed him and quickly attacked him with my fists. He dodged every single strike I threw at him! This guy was really good! I went to hit him once more but my body completely stopped.

"G-GRAAAAH!!" I shouted out in pain.

It was like a shockwave of high voltage electricity coursed through my entire body; my hair fell down to its regular state and I collapsed to the ground. I coughed up blood, what did he do to me?

"It looks like you miscalculated, Alyx. I bet you were thinking that my Quirk only damaged you right then and there, but in reality, I can control when that pain happens to you. Those weren't balls of energy; I sent my own neurons to those parts of your body. That's my Quirk, 'Neuron Control'." Elijah told me.

Those dark balls phased out of my body and back into Elijah's hand. I struggled to push myself up, I heard footsteps come towards us, and Elijah's entire team stood behind him. Did they eliminate everyone else?!

"Now, it's time to put this to rest." Elijah declared.

I slowly stumbled up to my feet, my entire body was trembling from the pain, making it really hard to stand. The entire squad flew up into the air and made a line behind Elijah. They all placed their hands on each other's backs, leaving Elijah to raise both of his hands upwards towards the sky.

"I have to hand it to you, Alyx, you definitely are resilient. You have all of our respects, but it's time for you to rest now!" He shouted down to me.

I looked up as a huge ball of darkness was created above Elijah. I could barely move my body, let alone try to use my Quirk at its full power! But I had to do something in order to prevent myself from being eliminated! I took a deep breath and used all of the Overdrive I had left to create just one Flash Cannon.
