Beginning [Part 1]

The moment the middle-aged man appeared behind Xu Yue, her eyes suddenly narrowed, before suddenly turned around and letting out a punch as she used her other hand to take out her sword from it's sheath.

Suddenly, the arm of the middle-aged man, whose fist was about to strike Xu Yue, suddenly fell off.

In merely a fraction, now with speeds far beyond that of the middle-aged man, Xu Yue flashed around him, causing countless sword scars of all sizes to suddenly appear on his body.

But even so, Xu Yue was not able to truly crack open the defense of the middle-aged man, as the numerous wounds on his body suddenly disappeared, at the same time the middle-aged man suddenly grew out a new hand at that very moment.

Thankfully though, the time it took for the man to heal gave Xu Yue some time to launch a more powerful attack.

Merely a fraction of a second later, Xu Yue's sword reached her opponent's neck, slicing through it with ease and cutting his head off.

Immediately after that, Xu Yue retreated as the headless body of the middle-aged man let out a punch, only, this one was much different than the one before it.

Suddenly, the fist appeared in front of Xu Yue's face, smashing into it and sending her flying at an incredible speed.

Thankfully, Xu Yue quickly regained control of her body a moment later, having been thrown out only a few thousand Li away.

'His physical body is not very strong,' thought Xu Yue as she stared at the middle-aged man in the distance, although she had been sent flying, the vast majority of that attack was created using the Dao of the Fist, not pure physical strength.

Just as Xu Yue was about to jump into the fight once again, she suddenly had a bad feeling.

Only a few moments after that feeling emerged, a small boy suddenly walked up to the middle-aged man, before staring at Xu Yue for a few moments.

Even though the boy did not have a cultivation base that threatened Xu Yue, being at the Major Trancendance Realm, Xu Yue still felt extremely weird as she looked at him.

"You should go, if you fight against her, you will die," said the young boy as he turned his head towards the middle-aged man.

"Yes sir Apostle," said the middle-aged man as a portal suddenly appeared behind him, allowing him to leave.

Even though she could chase the middle-aged man, Xu Yue did not do so, rather staring at the young boy before her with a frown on her face.

Suddenly, a space crack appeared behind Xu Yue, prompting her to walk into it.

Only, as tried to step into the space crack, Xu Yue discovered that she seemed to be completely unable to do so.

As such, Xu Yue turned her attention back to the boy.

Just as the boy was about to try to convince Xu Yue to join him, a voice suddenly appeared inside his mind.

'Kill Her'

The moment that voice resounded in the mind of the young man, he disappeared, before appearing in front of Xu Yue.

...

Looking at the young girl in front of her, a frown appeared on Xu Lanfeng's face, prompting her to suddenly cut the False Immortal cultivator she was just fighting into tiny pieces.

Suddenly, Xu Lanfeng placed the black sword she had been wielding into her spatial ring, as she took out a white sword from the sheath at her waist.

Without any warning, Xu Lanfeng appeared behind the little girl, who seemingly was only at the Major Transcendence Realm.

As she swung her sword towards the little girl, Xu Lanfeng did not seem to be in any particular hurry, but even so, in only a fraction of a moment, the sword passed through the body of the little girl, leaving no wounds behind

Suddenly Xu Lanfeng disappeared, as everything behind the little girl suddenly disappeared, being completely annihilated from existence.

Xu Lanfeng then appeared a certain distance away from the little girl, with around half of her torso missing.

'That was too fast,' thought Xu Lanfeng as she stared at the little girl, although she could barely sense the punch that the little girl had thrown, she could definitely not dodge it, especially at point black range.

"That was a good sword, very strong," said the little girl as she stared at the healing Xu Lanfeng with no particular expression on her face.

Suddenly, the little girl, appeared in front of Xu Lanfeng, letting out a punch toward the latter's face.

Seeing this, Xu Lanfeng suddenly stabbed her sword toward the little girl's head, knowing that she could not dodge the punch.

Just as the little girl was about to dodge the attack, blood splurted out of her chest as a spear suddenly stabbed her from behind.

As such, she was completely unable to dodge the sword strike, allowing it to pass through her head, once again leaving no injuries.

But just as Xu Lanfeng was about to launch another strike, the little girl suddenly disappeared, appearing several million li away.

"Fellow Daoist, are you injured?" asked a middle-aged man as he suddenly appeared next to Xu Lanfeng.

Seeing that the Elemental Daoist, the oldest False Immortal from the Holy Land of the Five Elements had appeared next to her, Xu Lanfeng breathed a sigh of relief.

"Thank you fellow Daoist, if not for your help, I probably would have been seriously injured," said Xu Lanfeng, staring at the little girl, who was still not far away from them with a cautious expression on her face.

As she was speaking, the huge hole in Xu Lanfeng's torso began rapidly healing now that she had time to focus on it.

"The Fellow Daoists from the Yin-Yang Temple and the Hangming Temple are also fighting someone?" asked Xu Lanfeng as she suddenly sensed some vague auras several regions away.

Hearing that, the Elemental Daoist nodded before turning towards the little girl standing not far away with a frown on his face.
