For the next stage of giving power to my people they have to reach the crystallization stage in both internal and external cultivation then they have to reach their full release in their Shinigami and hollow power so I give them time and tell them when they ready I give them their last power in person, so from time to time when one of my people was ready for acquiring there last spiritual power they will come to me and I give them the Quincy power and teach them all the technique that they could learn. This process takes about one hundred years, but at last they were ready for the last step, which is combining all their power and building a single avatar that represents their past, present and future. I gather them in the main hall of my palace and seal the hall.

The whole process was time consuming and slow, it took about four months to finish, but when they finished it was eye opening for the sheer amount of power they possessed. If I want to reference it with someone in the original timeline then the Ichigo when he was at the last battle of blood war arc, should have the three spiritual power second stage and didn't even combined them only made his power in the harmony state so in comparison of total power my people have about million times of Ichigo spiritual power, I am standing in front of my 112 sons and daughters with that much of power. After making plans for next world we come to the conclusion that it is better that we have more people so they nominated all their subordinates so we have around 52,000 people and from my branch clan we could bring about 13,000 people so in total we have to training around 65,000 people and ready them for our next adventure in the quest of power, healing and self-discovery. The only one that wasn't thrilled was Kanji because his mind was on his mother, so I reassure him that until then we will find him and I may know that she will come to soul city around year 1998 so he didn't have to wary, with that he join his sibling in excitement and planning of future.

Years come and go and the problem is that Yamamoto makes kanji handle it and only I go for ceremonies and meetings and give everything else to kanji to take care of. There was a wedding in the Kuchiki clan and another treason that I handled myself. In this past year as we get near the time of story line the people of main cast or their ancestor show up one after another, from my own clan Isshin Shiba was introduced to me after his father branch clan head talk about how his son was lazy and unmotivated to be next clan head, so he run away from clan and join in the 13 Division Imperial Guards first time in the shiba clan. Isshin was the father of Ichigo so I didn't prevent him from joining and supporting his decision, so from then on he looked at me as the elder brother figure in his words "you are not like the clan other old guy." So with little help from me in the his training he achieved his full release so Yamamoto give him the position of 10th division, but all that responsibility for his people make him to just flustered so he just give up in becoming stronger and just do minimum and lazing around and make his vice-captain Rangiku Matsumoto and third seat Toshiro Hitsugaya do all the paperwork.

Rangiku Matsumoto was one of the kids that came from one of my clan orphanages and one of my daughters, Moriko Shiba, took her and his best friend Gin Ichimaru under her wings. When Moriko come to see me and tell me that he fined this two kids in orphanage that she like to mentoring, I congratulate her and give her three medallion that shape of shiba clan logo and a tree in front of it, because Moriko power is tree nature and forest plants. I put a few seals on them so Moriko can sense their whereabouts and health, she even could teleport them to herself or teleporting herself to them in the emergency. She was so happy that I was supporting her and she can finally be like his big brother kanji so tell all our family and they help and put together a party for her kids with cakes and presents for their welcoming and start of their discipleships under their sister Moriko. WEAK POINTS AND STRONG

Military tactics are like unto water; for water in its natural course runs away from high places and hastens downwards.
