Rangiku and Gin were shocked and thrilled about their mentor and as they called her big sister Moriko and her family welcomed them, so much shock that both of them opened themselves to the idea of family and tears in their eyes asked Moriko to accept them as their little brother and sister. Gin could remember his past life which he was never been loved or wanted so when little Rangiku help Gin and care for him, he felt love for the first time in his existence so he swear that he will protect her with everything he gut, and when Moriko take them to her home and throw them a welcoming party and she and her family give them gifts and make Rangiku happy, again he felt the family love for the first time so he vow to himself to protect this family so he would not left alone again. Gin and Rangiku finally find a place that they feel they belong. Moriko take them from orphanage to his house at shiba clan, then she start teach them about spiritual cultivation and craftsmanship as a hobby, and let them rediscover themselves and after take them in different shiba clan facility, Rangiku take the liking of fashion and seamstress so she can make a clothes that she like and Gin take a liking of brewing sake as he was very patient at what he would do, so he enjoy brewing sakes.

After sometimes Moriko come to see me about a problem she having so I invite her and his disciplines to come to my palace, when they are arrived I come and give all three of them a hug and kiss them at their foreheads and welcome them, after the kids come out of the shocks they ask Moriko how she know the shogun, so she smiles at them and tell them that he is her father and if they like could be their father also, with that revelation their mind was overloaded so much that they freeze in their position so we give them few minutes to process the information. In that time Moriko tells me about how a Shinigami in 13 Division Imperial Guards starts to experiment on the residents of soul city and takes spiritual power with the technique that wounded the soul of his victim, and one of his victims was Rangiku. She has to teleport her to her house when Mariko feels the distress of her little sister and after summoning Gin, he tells her what happens to her, so she takes them there so he could see if he could heal little Rangiku.

I was able to heal Rangiku after they come out of shock with my angelic power, but I could see that this experience traumatized her so I spring my wings and come forward to her and take her to my embrace her with my wings and tell her that everything will be ok so let it go, and as a magic word she start to cry and hug me with all her power and tell me she was scared that she couldn't see Gin and her big sister alone and after he was done with her he would go after Gin but she couldn't do anything about it, she was very helpless. I let her to let go of her wary and she cry until she run out energy so she falls asleep in my arms, so I take her to the guest room and let her to sleep it off, I let Gin also in same bed as they sleep together Rangiku start to hug Gin in her sleep with smile in her face.

After we go back to the hall I summon another of my daughters as she is captain of the intelligence division Izumi Shiba. Izumi was one of the best spy masters that ever existed in the whole omniverse, she could change her persona as easily as …. I don't know what to use as comparison, the thing is she could be anyone from someone you expect to be a spy like black widow and the next second she could be intimidating as nick fury and the next second can be mysteries and welcoming as Luna lovegood, she could read people like …. Again I don't know what to use as comparison, she is that good, so she can turn people and extract whatever information there is from them. I personally created a few seals for tracking and surveillance, lessening seal, remote monitoring seal, recording seal and anything she wanted and with that she knows anything there is so I and Moriko summoned her so she could tell us about this Shinigami and why nothing was done about it.

When Izumi enters the hall I welcome her with a hug and kiss like always and let them sit at the table and serve them tea, we begin our talk. Moriko ask her who was the one that wounded her little sister, Izumi tell us that she got the information that each of member of central 46 have their own personal library that put in the information they gather about other member of central 46 and other clan and people of power so they could use this information to further their power and hold in central 46 policy, few decades ago one the central 46 member takes in an orphan named Aizen Sosuke because he show his high intelligence, he start to teach him about politics and strategy and other art of manipulation and deception. Aizen expelled council members so he sent him for further study to the shino academy. After Aizen graduate from the academy he recruited to the 5th division which specials in kido he start to master all the art that available to him but he was not satisfied with information that available to him so he start raid the library of other council member and find out all the little secret they have and use that to raided other clan member, in one of his raid he come a cross of ….. MANEUVERING

After that, comes tactical maneuvering, of which there is nothing more difficult.

The difficulty of tactical maneuvering consists in turning the devious into the direct, and misfortune into gain.

Thus, to take a long and circuitous route, after enticing the enemy out of the way, and though starting after him, to contrive to reach the goal before him, shows knowledge of the artifice of DEVIATION.

Maneuvering with an army is advantageous; with an undisciplined multitude, most dangerous.
