After giving them a few minutes I start emitting my demons' sins power and after letting them experience all the sins they start to remember and again I start emitting my own spiritual energy and they use that energy to ascend through internal spiritual cultivation. Some of them start to constitute a mask but with help of me and others make the mask crumble. The first one that reached the crystallization stage was kanji.

After I teleport us back I again start and teach them spiritual energy control, sensing, and all the hollow techniques that they could learn. I give them a few years to gather themselves for the next stage.

In this five years that we wait for them to consuetude with their new power they discovered something about interaction of their hollow and Shinigami as the hollow takes an avatar of their past life body with same attitude and their Shinigami power take avatar after their desire of future and if I am right the Quincy power will take avatar as their present self so after combining their power (past, present, future) they will be at full potential. Second must of the hollow power like cero is changing the property of spiritual energy so after they have perfect control over their spiritual energy they start make a different cero as in different color and property as fire, water, etc. another discovery was hollow high speed healing, as they find out because hollow didn't want to change and grow so they freeze their composition of their body and when a change accorded, the body automatically undoing it to the freezing state. So they made a technique that freezes and unfreezes their body and before they go to battle they freeze their body state and after that they will unfreeze it so they can train and grow. As for the movement technique they combined two hollow and Shinigami technique which is the Shinigami technique is very powerful at the start and the hollow technique is very fast at the during the movement and from what I know the Quincy technique is very versatile at the maneuver, so this combination is very fast at going straight line between point A to point B. and combination of the three technique is best all-around movement.

Another discovery was in the seal department, as after they experiencing negative spiritual energy they find out how much energy is there so they design a seal that take all the spiritual energy in the negative emotion in the air and convert it to natural spiritual energy, after installing this seal all over the soul city we observe that crime rate of the city reduce to the minimum and make people more happy when they didn't have negative emotion and we use the generated energy to renovate and expand soul city.

The other thing that happens in the time after the Yhwach war was Yamamoto officially build the 13 Division Imperial Guards (Gotei 13) in as he called it soul society, on the short note I don't know why he call the soul city government, soul society as if it means something which is it didn't and except him and now his follower no body calling it, that even central 46 not calling it soul society, as the soul city is democracy in his mind and forget about the great noble clan and minor noble clan (central 46) and soul king and his royal guard (zero division) and me as shogun and my immortal army, so yeah it like he live in his own fantasy. Anyway 13 Division Imperial Guards was founded with Yamamoto as a head captain. He starts and recruits new souls to his academy and to different divisions. I have to summon him to my palace so we can talk about his power and duty in 13 Division Imperial Guards, I have to tell him that because of the seal that placed in the different realms and build of realms gateway no soul could move between realms so no hollow will go to the human or soul realms and any new hollow that created in the human world will be his responsibility and only purification of that soul is, so he cannot meddle in the living business and any judicial wanted soul city criminal is my responsibility so if one of his Shinigami become a criminal he did not have responsibility to apprehend him. The soul city and other worlds are also my responsibility so he cannot send his Shinigami to, unless I command it. Another of his responsibilities is protection of minor noble clans and new noble clan members and property. After the talk he wasn't happy at all again.
