CHAPTER 11

It's been 2 months since Uncle Tony returned from his kidnapping. Obadiah already got the Mark I, and the scientist is building and improving it on sector 16. I guess it won't be long before the Iron Man vs Iron Monger. I am in my dimension creating and modifying The Dominator and changing some of its user settings. First; I don't want to build the Sibyl system. Second; Even though I made the Sibyl system, I am sure that Hydra will do anything in its power to get into its hands and I am sure it will have perfect synergy with Zola Algorithm.

I am also just making two modes, the non-lethal paralyzer, and the lethal Eliminator. The two modes will change depending on the psychological response of the holder and cross-reference it to the pre-stored data and scanned target threat level. This will take 0.2 for the least and the longest is 1.5 seconds. I am planning to show and demonstrate it to Grandpa Alfred this weekend and I am sure he will contact Nick Fury after seeing it.

I design it so that each Dominator will have a maximum of 2 registered holders. This is one of my safety measures, and to milk some money on the people who were going to purchase it. I also added a feature that if somebody wants to dismantle it will release the first warning then if it continues a 5 seconds countdown for self-destruction.

I return to my bedroom and saw my clone and dispelled it. The class already started but I have my clone attend the class. Except for eating with everyone in the house, I have my clone mostly participate on my behalf. The clone can act like me because it's the only clone I conjured.

After having dinner with everyone, I lay down in my bed to sleep and contact Wanda and Pietro through their dreams. They already know me and my first name but not my true identity yet. I also asked their permission to put a mental barrier in their mind. I gave the reason that their situation is prone to be brainwashed. They already know the necessary information about hydra. That hydra is behind the scenes in their country's destruction.

"Wanda, Pietro, how are you?" I said.

"Theo, we are doing good" Wanda replied. looking at me smiling "Brother Theo, I already have decent control over my powers." She then showed me by lifting Pietro above ground with her chaos magic.

"Wanda put me down" Pietro begged. Showing a pitiful appearance to his sister.

Wanda put him down and looked at me like wanted to be praised for what she had done. I walked to her and patter her head. "Wanda you did a good job in improving your control," I said.

Wanda beamed with a huge smile on her face. Pietro looked at the two of them like this place is just the two of them. He felt disgusted by spreading dog food in front of him. He already knew that her little sister has special feelings for Theo.

Wanda already awakened her chaos magic in the Sokovia bombing, and Pietro awakened his X-gene in the experiments conducted on Hydra for him. Both of them were injected with an enhanced body serum.

"Wanda, Pietro, I can get the both of you in two years." I look at both of them, "In two years, your abilities are enough to protect you." I could get them out anytime but in two years I am already 18 years old. I am planning to make them appear as my trusted confidant to the outside world. I am sure that Hydra will not pursue them because if they want the Shield to do their bidding. I am sure Nick Fury will want both of them to be part of the Avengers Initiative, and All I have to do is agree and Nick will do the rest to deal with anybody who wants to move both of them.

Today is Friday and I took a leave of absence from school because I want to show Grandpa Alfred "The Dominator" we are currently in one of the weapons testing facilities of my Parent's company. I handed The Dominator to Grandpa Alfred, Red queen is briefing him on his headset and giving an explanation and instruction about The Dominator. After he finished testing it. I immediately headed to him.

"Grandpa Alfred, how was my invention?" I asked. "Do you think it is possible to use this for the Police Officers? And if possible, I want to have external testing where Gwen's father works."

Grandpa Alfred stared at me for a while. "Theo, do you mind if I borrow this for a while and show this to Michelle's father," Alfred asked.

"I don't mind but why are you showing this to him?" I answered and asked. It all goes according to my plan. SHIELD will recognize me as a genius and hope they give me some work on the development of Air Carrier.

"Yes is possible to give this to the police but it will be easier with the help of Nick Fury. He works in one of the government agencies and it will be easier to pass the inspection on this thing with his help." Grandpa Alfred said.

Grandpa took me home and he leaves again carrying a briefcase with the dominator. I headed to my room and I watched the surveillance video of Grandpa Alfred. Grandpa Alfred headed inside the New York branch of SHIELD. He showed his I.D to the front desk and the branch director got out in the elevator personally welcome him and took him to the rooftop. Agent May is already waiting inside Quinjet and he got in the Quinjet takes off and is on its flight route heading to Washington.

Nick Fury with his second in command Agent Hill welcomed Grandpa Alfred. And they headed to the elevator and the elevator stopped and opened to one of the floors where A bunch of technicians are already waiting and some agents. This place seems to be where they tested their weapons. There is also a lot of monitoring equipment scattered around.

Grandpa Alfred handed the briefcase and there is already recorded instructions and explanations about the device. The Agents started using it and the technician experimented on hacking The Dominator and a bunch of things. But it all failed and passed the test.

General POV

Agent Hill showed a bunch of data to Nick fury. Nick Fury looked at the data for a while, turn his head to his side, and looked at his uncle with a serious face.

"Uncle, Where did you get this thing?" Nick asked.

"Nick, I got this from Theo and he asked for my help if this is okay to be used by the police officers," Alfred replied.

"Theo?" Nick said. And thinking anybody named Theo and he showed a shocked expression on his and instantly his face returned to his serious face. "As in Theodore Mandelli, the kid you raised?" Nick asked.

Yeah, the one I treated like my own grandson." Alfred replied with a huge smile on his face.

"Okay, I will visit Michelle this Sunday talked with Theo on the same day if that's okay?" Nick asked.

"See you this Sunday, I will inform everyone about your visit," Alfred said, "I will also briefly inform Thomas and Martha about your purpose about Theo."

Fury nodded his head and ordered Agent hill to escort his uncle to Agent May and bring him to New York.

Two days later.

Nick arrived at Mandelli manor before noon with a bottle of wine in his hand. He also brought some gifts for his daughter and Theo. The appointment is at lunch which also gives him plenty of time to spend with his daughter and to have a talk with Theo.

They all have a good lunch. Thomas and Nick talked a lot during lunch and after lunch, Nick hang out with Michelle and talked to her for the whole two hours without undivided attention.

Theo POV

I read some novel books in the living room. I just stayed there because I already know that Fury will talk to me. Nick Fury came in with both my Father and mother and Grandpa Alfred accompanied them. It seemed Grandma Kate is with Michelle in her room talking with her.

My Father and Mother are by my side sitting with me and at the side of my, Father is Grandpa Alfred standing. opposite us is Nick Fury sitting.

"let me introduce myself again, I am Director Nick Fury of Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division," Nick said. "I am here for you Theodore about The Dominator you've created."

"Okay, what about it?" I said. With my businessman's demeanor.

"I came here to inform you that our agency would like to order," Nick said. "I am also here to ask if this thing can still be improved.

"The Dominator that I gave to Grandpa Alfred only has been programmed to be at the 50% output in Lethal Eliminator." I said and continued "100% in Lethal Eliminator shoot at the head the target will die if aimed at the limbs it will result in permanent loss of that limb."

"We will order 1000 thousand Dominator," Nick said.

"15 thousand dollars for each piece and one extra battery," I said "I will install a charging station free of charge but I will only install it in one place that is free of charge and I can install an additional 4 stations but with a price of 500 thousand dollars. You can only get a total of 5 charging stations for security purposes."

Nick agreed and he goes on his way. I returned to my room and take a rest and have dinner at the night. I then returned to my room and took the rest of the night.
