Carnage

[ Third Person POV ]

West Blue

The landscape in which Boris had been fighting was a mixture of blood, body parts, and iced sculptures. Many marine soldiers had simply been killed while Boris had been moving around.

However, Boris slowly lost patience over time. He had been doing way too much to protect a mere restaurant.

"Quickly! Apprehend that man!" One of the Celestial Dragons affiliated to the Figarland Family ordered the Marines.

Speaking of the Marines, they had been slowly waking from the previous explosion of Conqurer's Haki that Boris had let out earlier. Even the conscious ones who froze because of the blood lust began to move a little bit as time passed. 

However, merely doing that wasn't going to be enough to subdue the Storm Dragon.

"Get the Marines on the ship to fire at him. Blow up that damned restaurant if you have to!" The sole member of the Manmayer family ordered the Marines.

Zephyr wanted to stop them from harming innocent civilians but was slammed to the side by Boris, who seemed to have overheard the Manmayer family member's orders.

He immediately appeared right in front of the Marine soldier who was about to contact the ships that had surrounded the island before promptly lopping his head off with a simple swing of his axe. 

Kuzan launched a bunch of ice spears right at him; he was trying to get him away from as many soldiers as he could and keep his focus solely on him. Boris didn't even bother looking before he swept the spears away with a simple flick of his axe. Things had been pretty balanced ever since the start of the battle, and the only reason that Boris hadn't been on the winning side was because he wanted to protect the restaurant that Robin had been in.

However, everything froze like time the moment they heard the roof of the restaurant explode.

He could have flown away with her to get away from them, but he had been feeling responsible for the Celestial Dragons visiting the island. 

The flames from the explosion immediately began to engulf the roof of the restaurant, and the people who had been hiding inside immediately broke through the doors to get away from the smoky roof.

Robin had been following the crowd as well. Her eyes radiated fear as she anxiously moved about, trying to find a safe area to hide in. 

Boris immediately used Soru to grab her before he disappeared along with the girl. Enraging the Celestial Dragon, who had happened to call dibs on her previously.

"Find that girl, now!! I want that girl!!!" The man shrieked as he waved his arms stubbornly.

Kuzan and Zephyr, who had just returned to the battlefield after that slam to the side, had started looking around for Boris. However, they didn't need to keep looking any longer.

Boris soon reappeared on the battlefield, but....something was off.

The normal, indifferent expression that expressed his calmness was still there, but it gave a sinister aura like no other, and they were about to find out just how sinister it was.

Boris' figure slowly began to grow as storm clouds began covering the sky. Soon, the sun had been blotted out, and in its place, lightning and thunder reigned supreme throughout the skies.

 The Marines shifted about uncomfortably as they readied themselves for the inevitable while the Celestial Dragons quickly made their way back to the ship.

"This is crazy! They never said that he would pull something like this!!" One of the Celestial Dragons affiliated with the Donquixote Royal Family remarked.

"All you idiots need to calm down; as long as we can find the girl that he's protecting, we'll have the leverage we need to subdue him," The leader of the group of World Nobles affiliated with the Figarland Family remarked.

Although what they had been discussing had made a bit of sense, it was under the pretext that they would be able to vacate the scene alive.

A loud, baleful roar with scratching noises suddenly sounded across the island. Making everyone on the island who didn't have superior skills in combat shiver in fear. 

The Celestial Dragons quickly turned to the source of the roars that had made them momentarily freeze. Only to find that a three-headed dragon was looking right back at them. 

"W-What is th-" The Celestial Dragon belonging to the Manmayer Family was the first to fall to Boris.

His entire body had been swallowed hole, leaving nothing more than a boot that he had been wearing previously on the ground as a sign of remembrance of him.

"Quick!! Order all the ships to start aiming at the Storm Dragon!! Before he ends up blowing up the entire island!" Zephyr yelled at the phone before lunging at Boris.

He raised his arm and was about to land quite a devastating blow on Boris, but one of Boris' dragon heads immediately caught the arm that Zephyr had been intending to use to attack him. 

"Argh!" Zephyr struggled to pull his arm out of Boris' teeth. However, if he had looked a little bit closer, he would have noticed that the teeth of the dragon had taken a black hue.

The dragon head playfully swung around Zephyr as the other two started blowing up the ships that had been surrounding the island. Marine soldiers died like ants in the wake of the destruction that the dragon heads now brought to the island. 

"Hold Your Ground!!! I'll get Zephyr away from the Storm Dragon, but don't stop shooting!!" Kuzan ordered the Marines before kicking the ground and lunging at Boris.

The head that had been playing around with Zephyr's arm looked at Kuzan before chucking Zephyr right in Kuzan's direction. However, Zephyr's arm didn't budge from the Dragon head's mouth as Zephyr slammed into Kuzan. 

To add salt to the injury, The Dragon head swallowed his arm before opening its mouth and firing an energy beam, engulfing the duo in a large explosion that all the Marines could see.

"Admiral Zephyr! Vice-Admiral Kuzan!!!" The Marine Soldiers were shocked at how their two powerhouses had been dealt with so easily.

Unfortunately for them, Boris wasn't finished with them yet.

The Storm Dragon turned to where the other Celestial Dragons had been retreating to, because of the Manmayer family member's death, they were still in shock at what exactly had been happening.

All three heads immediately turned to the Celestial Dragons before opening all three of their mouths and charging up an energy beam. 

"Hiick!! We need to get out of here before-"

"Run!!!!"

The Celestial Dragons began to run before the energy beam was released upon them. Immediately erasing everyone from existence save for the handsome young Celestial Dragon who had belonged to the Figarland Family.

However, it didn't mean that he had been left untouched. He had broken his wrists falling down because he no longer had any feet. The young man had been lucky enough to jump away right before the blast landed. 

The Bodyguards affiliated with the Figarland Family immediately attended to the young man immediately, trying their best to stop him from bleeding before he bled out.

The Marines on the other hand, completely lost morale when they found Kuzan and Zephyr, both of the men's conditions were uncertain, and they were the strongest forces that they had brought to the island with them.

The Storm Dragon simply raised its wings before lifting all three heads and stared at the heavens, before letting out another baleful roar that despaired anyone and everyone who heard it.
