"I am always myself when I'm with you," she mumbled.
"You don't express your emotions," I said.
"What? No, it's not like that. I don't feel much emotion most of the time, that's why."
"Everyone is at least a bit emotional."
"Are you?" she asked, giggling.
"Not much, but at least a bit," I said.
"Well, perhaps I'm a bit emotional too if you put it that way. I mean, you saw me sad and angry..."
"Yes, I saw you sad, angry, frightened, but don't you think people cry at least a bit at times like that? When you were covered in blood that night, you were literally trembling... but there was not even a single tear in your eyes."
"You wanted me to cry?"
"Don't put it that way. I'm just saying that it's not normal. Girls cry at times like that."
