chapter six:

I have had long phone calls with Eddie, and he was in Italy with his family on vacation, they usually would invite me. Unfortunately I was in a huge cabin, by a lake trapped with Luka and Jeremiah. Luka is almost a year old now, he must be so confused who his parents are now. First thing it was mom, then we left and now we are raising him. It's gotten to the point people in this town think he is our son, and we just go along with it. This town of Willow Creek is beautiful I quit frankly do not want to leave it yet, but school with start back up in two weeks and it would be my senior year. I remember eddies and I speeches we practiced when we were seven in my treehouse in my backyard planning out our lives. I never knew my life will end up like this engaged at seventeen soon to be a Lunar maiden, taking in my little brother as my son, and fading away from Eddie. I knew I needed him, but going back home to GreenVille will risk a lot, and all I wanted to do is make sure that my mom is okay, and to clear things up with Eddie.

I heard a knock on the bathroom door, and Jeremiah walked in with Luka in his hands and said "we might have ran into a problem". I looked up as I sink into the bubbles a little and asked "what?" "Listen to this!" He then pointed to me and Luka shouted "MAMA!! I wuv you mama!" and he looked at Jeremiah and said "dada!" and hugged him. We both gave a look, in shock-ness. At that moment we realized we needed Jessica, my mother.

After my bath I called Eddie and explaining everything he understood about the vampire stuff, and was scared for my mother. He told me he hasn't heard from my mother for months, and her car is gone. Jeremiah heard, and started to get ready for the long journey that waits ahead. He looked at me and said "I will go alone, he can't kill me his werewolf bite will not kill me because we were birthed by the same mother. Yes the others might, but we both have been eating wolfbane so was Luka. You two will be safe, I will find your mother, and we will all be happy I promise." He kisses me and Luka reached for a hug goodbye. And I listened as he drove away. A tear fell down my cheek, cause I knew something wasn't right with my mom. I know she wasn't going to be okay.

Seven hours later, Jeremiah called me and he told me "Listen, I broke into your house...a...an...and...your...mo...mom...is dead....she slit her wrists...." he said sobbing, and I heard the cops and ambulance outside. I fell to my knees. My chest falling through me weighing me down. My eyes begin to burn, and I begin to feel the pain through my whole body. Luka came over and hugged me. Jeremiah promised me he will kill his brother, once we finished the claim bond. I agreed and we finished it, the final step, was to drink his blood, and I drink his venom transforming into a vampire. We also agreed to turn Luka in the process. Luka will still grow a normal human boy would, but would never age again once he stops growing around 20. That's how the vampire venom works. It coats your DNA to stabilize it as we age and continues it to be young. We have unbelievable strength, speed, and durability.

Life will be complicated I am a high school dropout, Luka will be a homeschooled vampire, and I became a teenage mother. My parents both died in my teens. My best friend is miles away, and I am to be married soon to a vampire king. This is kinda like my pack. Then I realized that my pack will kill Shandor's pack, and he will be lonely. I will personally kill him, for causing my mother to commit suicide. My mother loved me, and she didn't want to give up our location so she ended her life for our safety, now Shandor is plotting a plan to kill me to bad my family is two steps ahead.
