Proficiency is exactly what it says on the tin. The percentage changes depending on if the skill is upgradable, if it is upgradable with two abilities with one locked then they will only be able to reach 50% proficiency until the other one is unlocked or if they have five abilities that they can upgrade to unlock with only one available then they will only be able to get 20% efficient in the skill before they have to unlock the next ability.

Unique skills are skills that can only be possessed by one person for reasons such as:

-Being the last of their race.

-They are the only being that is able to do it.

-They have it in their bloodline (once parent in possession of it dies)

Mixed skills are skill that were made on the foundation of other skills. They have a percentage of how well mixed it is that effects it's conditions. You can mess around with the way the skills are mixed to have less conditions.

Multiple skills are skills which have multiple abilities attached to them that must be unlocked. These are rather common as unique skills as they would most likely be all the inherent abilities of their race or bloodline. But if they are not from unique skills then that means that the one who holds it has many similar skills that can interact and evolve each other and has the power and knowledge to make them interact and evolve. The only people who have multiple skills like this are the extremely powerful people or the people who have used the inheritance orbs of these strong people.
