Putting aside for a moment the fact that at this moment it is quite likely that I have a part of a god as a new part of my body, I really don't understand what would be my goal in becoming a god.

So, by becoming a god, you're not only tipping the balance to one side, but you're really causing many more problems than you would normally expect, and I'm 100% sure that just because you became a god, many bad things will happen since everything needs a relative balance.
