I reached late I thought Miss Luper will call me before going in but to my surprise, she went in and what's more, she didn't even call me nor texted me if it wasn't for Luke informing me that he gonna bring Miss Luper because his date is Miss Luper's friend, I would have waited like an idiot as I walked in I looked over just to find her chatting with someone and when I saw her I gasped it took my breath away she looks so stunning it's the first time I am seeing her like this and suddenly thought of fucking her in that dress came across my mind.

I was trying to get all these thoughts away but then I saw that guy trying to touch her and it looked like she is in a daze is she thinking about something I felt anger rushing all over me I walked past her and yet she didn't notice me so I went behind her and pull her in a hug from behind and I place my head on her shoulder I felt her flinched by my touch it made me happy for some reason, I look at the guy who was looking angry and confused he was about to ask but I spoke first "What are you doing here Wife?" I increased my voice on the last word.

She look over her shoulder and said "I was waiting for you, You texted me you will be late so I was waiting for you Hubby" I like how she also increased her tone on the word Hubby it feels good hearing it from her

The person look at us and spoke "Oh Miss Luper you have been married all along? Why didn't you say earlier?" before I could say anything she grabs my hand which I placed on her waist she holds them tightly and said "Well I wanted to say to everyone but my Hubby said we should keep a low profile you know him right he is a big shot and I am working just as a Team Leader for the company.

I tighten my grip around her waist, even more, to which her body jumped a little and I spoke "Oh really I said that?" she nods in return I laughed and turned her around and look over her to the person and said, "Can you get a hint and leave us alone?" I spoke while playing with the single hair string, which was over her shoulder she looks super sexy in a messy bun and this dress feels like it is begging to be ripped off. The person apologized and went to chat with someone. My gaze fell on Miss Luper she was already looking at me in confusion.

"Mr. Watson this is not like you what's gotten into you?" she asks while trying to escape from my grip I pulled her even closer and tighten my grip even more to which she hissed. Man I kind of liked the sound and I do agree I am not behaving myself tonight "And whose fault is that" I asked her while placing my chin on her shoulder and starts moving slowly the song started so everyone is dancing slowly I look around and found My little brother dancing peacefully with the girl I met in café store I ask Miss Luper. "Hey say, is she okay over there?"

Miss Luper look over as I moved a little and said "Well I think they are fine it takes time for her to get opened up with someone new you see she is an introvert and overall, she is a writer she rarely goes out" I got bored by her talk so I pulled her even closer to my chest I can feel her even better this way "So what about you? Do you open up with just anyone?" I asked her in low voice beside her ears it is more like a whisper.

"Well if I open up so easily you would have known everything about my life plus you would be on my trusted person list" she spoke while smiling it's my first time seeing her smile its surprisingly good "You should smile more," I said without realizing it to which she replied "I hate my smile and I am sure no one's gonna agree with your statement," she said with a fake smile and turned around but before I could say anything someone else came in my side this stupid dance why does it have to change persons my gazes were fixed on her all the time I noticed her dance with every person and then my dance partner was Harper so I asked her about Miss Luper's life but she kept quiet all the time I also didn't force her I quickly finish my dance with her and as I was going get Miss Luper for my next dance she was not there she left the dance floor.

I walked towards Luke who was trying to talk to Harper "Hey have you seen your sister-in-law?" he shakes his head and I hear Harper saying "What where did she go?" she looks all tensed and I saw Luke trying to calm her down, I look around "don't worry I will find her you guys keep low okay."

I walked all over the hotel and when I was walking past the balcony I heard someone fighting it's not loud but it was audible and I heard Miss Luper yelling at someone.
