Chapter 4

'Damn, I messed up this time.' I thought as I hid behind a wall, my saxophone clutched tightly in my hands.

I had failed to recognize her since I only received her bounty earlier today, but after that display, I'm almost 100% sure it is her.

'The 75 Million dollar rookie, Unhinged Jinx. That's only 6 Million away from Crocodile, the warlord of the sea.' I thought a little scared, but what I heard next almost had my blood freeze.

"Come out, Mr Captain of the Royal Guard. I want to have a good old talk with you." a playful sweet almost childlike voice said from outside the building and I was definitely sure it was her. But how the hell did she know, does she work with Mr 0, Crocodile?

'No that's not possible, she's coming from the East Blue but then how?' I thought as my mind tried to make all this make sense.

"Come on, this isn't fun. Hmmm....." she said and I could hear pace across the front of the door, "AHA!... How about this? I'll give you 5 seconds to exit the house, or I'll blow it up."

I unconsciously gripped my saxophone harder as I contemplated my options. I couldn't die here, I had to wait for Princess Vivi and escort her back to Arabasta safely.

"5," she said. I could hear the excitement in her voice from here which made me frown.

"4" she continued. 

I sighed as I decided to try and negotiate with her. Since she knows about my identity, I could try to bribe her with money. Since she's a pirate, she shouldn't say no.

"Zero," she said and I immediately understood that she always had the intention of blowing me up. I quickly stood up and tried to break through the wall, but I was too late.

*BOOM!*

My face was now covered with a full grin as I found this situation to be entertaining. 

"I wonder what expression he had when I skipped to zero," I said as I looked at the smoke from the explosion with Fishbones on my right shoulder. For obvious reasons, I didn't fire a Hex crystal-powered rocket but I used an ordinary one.

Throwing fishbone back, I started skipping through the wreckage while twirling Zappers on my right index finger. From the rubble, I could see Mrs Monday's unconscious body, and a little distance away was Igaram. Luckily for him, the explosion had pushed him through the wall to outside the building so he only had some minor burns on his back.

'One piece people have crazy tough bodies.' I thought as I walked to Igaram. As soon as I arrived before him, he swiftly turned around and in a last-ditch effort fired all the guns he had hidden in his curls at me, at point-blank range.

"Igarappappa!!" he screamed desperately.

*BANG!!**BANG!!**BANG!!**BANG!!**BANG!!**BANG!!**BANG!!**BANG!!*

My eyes glowed purple and my grin intensified in that moment as I swerved off to the side while positioning my pistol directly at his head.

*Bang!*

His body relaxed as the life in his eyes disappeared. I really didn't need him anymore since besides him was a very pristine Arabasta Eternal Pose. The poor guy had probably used his body to protect it in the explosion when I was having too much fun to care. If he didn't try that last-ditch effort attack, I might just have left him alive to fuck with the Strawhats and Vivi when they get here.

'Who am I kidding, I was going to do that anyway' I thought as I did a little laugh and pulled out my spray paint. The world needs to know that I was here.

After some good old graffiti, I left the wrecked house to find the Buggy pirates and Alvida waiting for me. 

"Loot whatever you want, I don't care," I said nonchalantly as I walked back to the ship. The pirate's expressions lightened after hearing my words.

Just before reaching the docks, I pulled out Zapper once again and shot twice into the sky at some annoying pests. It didn't take long for a large man-sized vulture and a pretty big otter-like creature to fall onto the ground injured. Without any hold, I blew both their brains out and continued to the ship.

The major thing on my mind right now is my poster that I found on Igaram. I was pretty excited about my bounty since it was pretty high for a first bounty, but I could do more.

'I can't wait for Alabasta.' I thought excitedly.

"In fact, everyone looks like our first Journey is over," said Nami as she pointed in front, where the Going Merry was going.

"Wow!" said Luffy as he smiled at the sight of the Island. His other crewmates also looked impressed since this was the first island they'd been to in the Grand Line.

"Wait, there's smoke coming from inside the island," commented Usopp as he pointed.

"Isn't that the direction of Whiskey Peak?" Mr 9 whispered to Mrs Wednesday. Their expressions were now a little worried but they looked at each other in mutual understanding as they simultaneously jumped out of the ship into the sea and quickly swam towards the island.

"Ohh, they jumped off," commented Luffy nonchalantly before the continued looking at the island.

"Maybe pirates are attacking the Island," said Zoro who didn't care about the suspicious people who had jumped off, but instead, of the smoke coming from the island.

"P-P-Pirates... Guys I think my chronic disease 'Not going on new Island-ngitis' is acting up again." said Usopp who was now shivering, but everyone ignored his comment.

"If pirates are attacking the island, then we need to help them," Luffy said seriously. Thus the Straw hat pirates quickly moved to the source of the smoke on their captain's orders ready for a confrontation.

But they weren't prepared for what greeted them, as they all froze in shock, anger, and some disgust at their first peek of Whiskey Peak.

"Who would do such a thing?" asked a shaken Nami as their ship slowed down at the docks. There were dozens of dead bodies everywhere across the town that were starting to rot, which wasn't good for the smell across the Ghost Town.

On the side of one the the hills was a large drawing of a monkey drawn in glowing neon blue paint with the words, 'JINX WAS HERE!' below it.

"Look there's someone there," said Sanji pointing at the two familiar figures of Mr 9 and Mrs Wednesday. They were standing before the body of a tall blonde man. The corpse had x's drawn on its eyes with the same neon blue paint and beside his head was a poster pinned down by a knife.

Luffy got angry from just looking at the picture on the bounty.

"It's her again.."
