Nominated

The drama started to airing from today. Little Moon refused to watch the drama as she said it might make her lost interest in writing more scripts. I got a few calls from my colleagues saying the drama was done really well and they expect more from us. While some of my field friends were joking about the secret wedding and asking for a party to celebrate.

"My Moon,"

"Hmmm"

"Some of my friends and colleagues are asking for a party to celebrate our wedding."

"What do you want to do?"

"I think I will have to give them a treat anyway. Because we will be working together in future."

"Hmm what don't we arrange a beach picnic instead of those boring indoor stuffy parties."

"I like that idea, it's relaxing and you don't need over-the-top clothes or compete with another."

"YOu fix the date and time and let me know, I will prepare the food and drinks"

I went and hugged her from behind. Taking her in my arms I went and sat on the sofa with her on my lap.

"Listen, sweety, I know you have good intentions, but this time let's order food from outside with catering service. So you will have time to enjoy yourself. What do you think?"

She thought for a few minutes playing with my shirt button.

"Ok.."

On a sunny day, I arranged the time for the party and got the catering ready for the beach party. Everyone was super happy that they could relax rather than stay indoors with minimum interaction and boring talks. The girls quickly fell in love with Little Moon and they had fun themselves while I entertain the boys with some beers and spirits. They all were blaming me for not having a lavish wedding, so they could have come and show off. But I told them that the view of things from my wife's point of view is very simple. She will never agree to such elaborated events. After explaining to the hundredth time they understood.

After dinner was served, one of my friends had arranged a firework display at the beach. This reminded me of the Ferris wheel and I kissed her in front of them despite her protest, while the others around us cheered.

It's been about a month since our drama has been aired. But we still get tons of positive comments asking us to do another story with a similar vibe. But LIttle Moon has another idea. Her idea was to have alone rich CEO who lives in a mega-mansion in front of the beach sees a girl seated on the bench in front of his room, facing the sea. Eventually, He tells her about his day, even though the girl doesn't say anything at first, she just listens. Shew wants this uncommon combination of characters to build a love story.

At first, I didn't think it will work but after reading the first few chapters she wrote, I realized this could be a hit if we can find the right actors and scenes. I encouraged her to continue writing the book and then turn it into a script.

Lee had been helping me out with the necessary work involving the start-up for the talent studios. We are hoping to call for applications from the beginning of next month. Somehow this plan went to the media and they have made a huge announcement without our consent that created a big wave of enthusiasm among young people.

The talent studio is being built on the thirty seconds floor, with necessary studios for practices, recordings, and meetings. Ease of travel and having all the amenities nearby was a plus point to rent out this entire floor for the talent studio.

"Hmm I have got some good news "

"What is it? "

"come and sit down beside me."

"Wait till I make some tea for you."

She came to me with some tea in her hand and sat down near me. Patiently waited till enjoyed the tea.

"Our drama has gained number one spot for quality, originality and background soundtracks. Because they caught the eye of the viewers. People were really impressed with your story writing skills."

"I am really happy to hear that, Geo. Did you tell brother D about it?"

"I told him on the way home. I also saw a two-page article about us focusing on our collaboration of talents being used to create a vibe in the industry."

It's true, we both have been helping each other to sharpen our skills while our collaborated work was appreciated the field throughout. I admit that we both are able to bring out the best in each other when working together.

"Geo, I got a call from Keith, the famous film director."

"Why did he call you?"

"He wanted me to do a script for his upcoming drama."

"So what did you tell him in return."

"I told him ai will give him a word father talking with you. Have you seen his films and dramas?"

"I have seen a few, they are really something out of the world."

"Do you think I can write such script?"

"I think you can. So give it a try dear." I said tapping on her head lovingly.

That night while I was going through my emails, I saw an important one sent from the film award ceremony.

"Little Moon come here quick"

She must have thought I fell or something she came running fast and almost fell on me. I caught her on time and sat her on my lap while going through the mail.

Our new drama was nominated for several categories including:

- the best title song

- best male vocalist

- best script/storyline

- best supporting actor/actress

- best actor/actress

- beast direction

- overall best drama

- best CG design

Little Moon hugged me tightly while I called Mr.D to share this good news. He was really happy to hear this and I passed this information to the others in our team. Having our first drama nominated itself was a happy occasion to celebrate.
