All the Pro-Heroes were just sitting back and waiting for someone with a better Quirk to come, this really made me angry since the girl will be in greater danger if the slime takes over her body.

Besides me was a skinny, almost skeleton-like man with blonde hair who was biting his lips and clenching his fist as he stared at the girl in grief.

"I'm sorry… I'm so, so, sorry.."He was trembling and almost in tears, "Pathetic… I'm so pathetic..."

I felt something weird inside the blonde man, but I didn't care that much "It seems that I must take the issue in my hands." I said and started running towards the pink-haired girl.

"Kid! What are you doing? Stop! Stop, you need to wait for a Pro-Hero with a suitable Quirk!" A Pro-Hero yelled at me, but I ignore him and keep running towards the girl.

When I got closer to the slime, I released my spiritual pressure to induce him into a fear-state, the slime didn't move anymore and stared at me with a face full of fear "It seems that one beating wasn't good enough for you," I said with an angry expression and punched one of his eyes making him back a little.

"What are you doing? Runaway, you are gonna get yourself killed!" Shouted the pink-haired girl with fear in her voice.

"Sorry, your eyes were pleading for help and my legs moved on their own before I realized," I said with a smile trying to calm her a little bit. I could not call myself a future Hero if I ignore a person in need. I was quite angry since all the Heroes near were just waiting for someone with a better Quirk, a Hero needs to know how to adapt in order to counter any situation, not just be dependent on the Quirks.

I tried to separate her from the slime but surprising enough the slime keeps sticking to her, it seems that is something like survival instinct like some kind of parasite who knows that if he leaves the host is going to die, If I release more spiritual pressure the people around the area would be affected including the pink-haired girl, also I don't want to show my powers to the public yet since it would be troublesome to explain in a short time. I keep hitting the eyes of the slime for a bit but he still didn't let go of the girl, so I decided to use Kido that is not flashy to end this quickly to avoid putting the girl in more danger.

I put my hand in front of the slime eyes and whisper "Bakudō #10. Inemuri" This Bakudō spell makes the target fall unconscious, but to avoid suspicion I punch him to make it look like I knocked him out and pulled the girl into my embrace at the same time. The slime fell a couple of meters away from us.

*A.N: I know that Bakudō Inemuri doesn't have a number but I decided to just do it.*

Everyone was stunned when they saw the slime fall on the ground and more surprising that a young man in a middle-school uniform was the one that defeated the villain. For a couple of seconds, no one made a single sound but after a bit, all the civilians started to cheer.

"That was amazing the kid only took a couple of seconds to beat the villain"

"I wonder what his Quirk is"

"Maybe he has a body enhancer Quirk, just look how easy he knocked the villain"

"He is so handsome I wonder if he has a girlfriend?"

I heard some of the things that the people were saying but I was quite used to it because in the tournaments the people usually cheered at me but after a bit a heard a voice near me.

"Excuse me can you release me please?" I looked at the voice that said that and I realized that I was still holding the pink-haired girl.

"Ah, I'm sorry," I said as I released the girl from my embrace and take a step back.

I looked at the girl and I must say that she is quite a beauty, she is a short girl with a well-proportioned body, her hair is styled with dreadlocks that reach her shoulder, her eyes are wide and sloped upwards with some notably long upper eyelashes, and her irises are green-yellow with a cross in the center.

"It's okay is not that I dislike it, who would hate to be embraced by a handsome and strong young Hero," She said without blinking her eyes.

"Well, if you say so, hahaha," I said with a nervous smile, it's not like I never interacted with girls but this particular girl was very straightforward. But before I could continue to talk with her a Pro-Hero touched my shoulder.

"Hey kid what you did was seriously stupid, you should have waited that a Pro-Hero with a suitable Quirk came here to make the best decision, and let's not talk about using your Quirk without a license, that by the way, you should know is illegal," said the Pro-Hero very angry.

When he said that he really pissed me off, in my eyes he's only trying to justify the fact that none of the Pro-Heroes present did anything.

"First of all if I had waited for a Hero with a 'suitable Quirk' to come here, that slime bastard could have taken control over the girl body and we don't know if that could have serious side effects on her body," I said with an angry face.

"And second, I did not use any Quirk to fight, I'm Quirkless so there is no way in hell that I used a Quirk if you had taken the time to analyze the slime Quirk instead of sitting on your ass waiting for another Hero, you could have saved the girl even if didn't came here, so Mr. Pro-Hero why you didn't do that? And why should I wait if I could save a person? I said to him, and I wasn't entirely lying since Kido can't be classified as a Quirk.

The Pro-Hero looked at me with an angry face not knowing what to say but before I could say anything another person spoke.

"Hey! don't be rude to the kid, he risked his life to save the girl don't treat him like a criminal," said a female pro-hero that I recognized, she is a new pro hero and made his debut quite recently, her Hero name it's Mt. Lady and she is quite popular.

"Didn't just hear what he said? And even if he didn't use a Quirk he still put everyone in danger, he could potentially make the situation worse"

"Well what he said have some truth and besides nothing else happened so we can let him go with just a warning," Said Mt. Lady

After a while an ambulance came to the scene to verify if there was any injury on the girl or in me, the cops made some questions and verified that I didn't have a Quirk, and that amused everyone here, and some reporters asked me some questions about today. Since everything is solved, and I wasn't in problems I decided to go to mom's restaurant.

"Wait!" The pink-haired girl shouted in my direction.

"Can I help you with something miss…?" I asked quite confused since I didn't know her name

"My name is Hatsume Mei, I wanted to ask you your name" Said Hatsume-san smiling

"My name is Midoriya Izuku, it's a pleasure to meet you Hatsume-san," I said with a smile.

Then she got really close to me and grabbed my hands "Can you give me your phone number, I know that in the future you would be a great hero, so I want to make super cute babies with you!" She said with a wide smile and shining eyes.

At that moment even with all my years of training my brain short-circuited. What the hell! She skipped a lot of steps, in the past many girls asked me out but this by far is the most straightforward one. I need to calm down maybe she means something else.

"Excuse me Hatsume-san, I don't what to have any misunderstanding here, so what do you mean by making 'super cute babies' with me? I asked hoping that this is just a misunderstanding.

"Well, every Hero need gadgets and it seems that you will be a good one I want to make them for you, don't worry about the quality since I would be the best in the world in the future"

I was glad that she didn't mean something else, since it would be weird taking into consideration our age "Okay Hatsume-san here is my number, I hope we get along" I said with a big smile.

"Same here, Midoriya-san"

After talking a bit with Hatsume-san I went to my mom's restaurant and replayed the events that happened early on in his mind.

He could have finished the fight in less than a second but he decided to not use his spear or any big movement, it's very difficult to act like a person without superpowers after 15 years of training them every day, so I need to register that I awaken my Quirk, I could just say that I'm a late bloomer, the oldest person to awaken his Quirk was at the age of 63 years old, so even if it's strange to awaken my Quirk at this age it's not impossible besides I can't hide the tattoos on my arms for a long time from my mom. Also, I notice that even if I have a lot of fighting experience, I have zero experience in rescuing people, so I need to find a way to train in this aspect.

I felt two presence one that is a couple of meters behind me and another that is getting close very fast.

"I AM HERE!"

"All Might-san what are you doing here?" I asked since I was really surprised to see him here. To be honest, after all those years I didn't have any bad feelings for him, and after all, I was asking too much to someone that only knew me for a couple of minutes.

Instead of his usual smile, he had a serious expression and suddenly bowed towards me "I came here to ask you an apology for the things I said before, I told you that a hero needs to put his life on the line, but I didn't practice what I-cought!"

In an instant, All might shrank down and look very skinny as a skeleton as he spits up a lot of blood.

My eyes widened in shock, as I remembered that he was present at the slime incident a few moments ago. But before he or I could say anything someone behind me screamed.

"What the fuck! Who are you!!" Katsuki screamed

The only thought in my mind is that we saw something that we shouldn't have.
