Chapter 92: Combining Techniques

[A/N: Had quite a fever this week. My entire body hurts. It feels like I am dying. Anywaysss enjoy the chapter and sorry for the delay.]

Law had the new recruits training immediately. Mystique had to study the body structure of different animals and birds and more importantly remember them for when she has to transform into them.

Psylocke was trained in her swordsmanship. She already had some experience with it since she did mercenary work even before Law recruited her. She uses a Katana which she empowers using her Psionic energy manipulation. She could also create her own weapons using it.

Law having the memories of Kisuke had a lot of swordsmanship techniques that he had learned. Some of them which a person without Reaitsu could also use.

He wanted to have both of them trained and ready till the end of year to start doing missions.

The brother and sister duo would have to wait especially Wanda. But Pietro had insisted that he wanted pocket money and thus wanted to do missions. Well, Let him do the chore missions that he always get like cleaning the toilet, clearing the garden, finding a cat, driving away mice, delivering groceries etc.

With his superspeed, Pietro was easily able to complete dozens of them with in the New York City.

Law himself decided to train his templates. He had realised that Trafalgar Law's template did not come with a lot of Roushiki training. Thus he decided to train them on their own on what he knew of them. He already has the basics of most of them down and even used some of them like Soru.

But Soru was just an inferior version of flash step. But Law realised that he could combine these two to make a single movement technique. This was true for most of the techniques and he immediately went to work with this idea.

Hopefully by the end of this, he might increase a percentage of both his templates.

His first job was to find out how he was going to combine both the techniques.

'Let's see, Soru allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. The principle of Soru is to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye. Quite simple. I can already do it.' Law thought before turning his attention to Flash Step or Shunpô.

'In simple words, Flash Step is used to move from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. A small usage of Reaitsu is also required by coating my feet. Now combining them should not be tough. What should I name my new technique though? Flash Soru? Nahh...Ah well, let's just call it flash step V2.' Law started to work on it.

While it might sound like that this movement technique would be useless since he could technically teleport using his Room, there were still many uses to it.

His speed in close combat would rely on movement technique rather on teleportation. Also, he had seen spells in Kamar Taj that locked the space around someone, making them unable to teleport.

Although he did not know whether the spell would work against his devil fruit abilities, there was nothing wrong preparing for such a situation.

Other techniques that Law decided to combine was geppo and the technique that shinigami s used to walk on air.

By collecting and solidifying Reishi beneath their feet, A Shinigami is able to successfully walk on this air and thus able to freely move about in air.

Geppo was the ability to walk on air which was part of the Roushiki. Combining them, Law could create a much better way to fly in the air rather than just walk on it.

'With this maybe I can fly as fast as Thor or Iron man. Well, they rely on external items for their speed so muhhh' Law thought happily as he would eliminate another of his weakness after learning this new technique to fly.

The last technique that Law wanted to learn was Kami e. He did not want to combine it with anything. Kami e in itself was quite flexible.

Kami-e allows users to relax their body and make it take on the characteristics of a piece of paper. This grants the user extraordinary flexibility that allows them to avoid any attacks.

Law also made both Mystique and Psylocke learn Kami e which would prove immensely useful to both of them considering they don't have much to defend themselves from attacks. And well, Law also had an ulterior motive in teaching Mystique Kami e.

Since increasing her flexibility would also help her in bed which would let Law try most of his fantasies. Anyways back to training.

Days passed as Law continued to train and improve on these techniques. The others too kept on progressing and increasing their battle prowess.

'To think I would improve by two percent in both my templates with just training and combining techniques from both the templates.' Law was quite surprised by his progess but none the less happy about it since increasing his templates off late was taking quite a lot of time.
