The home and training ground of the Masters of the Mystic Arts.

It was founded as a place for sorcerers to train and control their powers. People often come here after being physically and psychologically broken or damaged. Once healed, they can choose to join the Masters of the Mystic Arts or return to their previous lives.

Kamar-Taj also houses grimoires with dangerous spells. Despite this, the warnings come after the spells, not before, a practice common in the rest of the world.

At this moment, many apprentices of the Mystic Arts are training under the watchful eye of Yao, also known as the Ancient One, the Supreme Sorcerer, leader of the Masters of the Mystic Arts.

She has defended Earth from mystical threats for millennia, but for the first time, she faces a dangerous dilemma that could cause many problems for her satisfaction or not!

Yao noticed Tony Stark's disappearance almost two years ago, and after that, the future of this world became completely obscure.

She used the Time Stone several times to glimpse the future and saw nothing.

Now, Tony Stark has finally returned to this universe with a level of power that should not be possible and with the protection of the Counter Force itself. She could also sense his connection to the Throne of Heroes.

'Damn you, Zelretch! You'll pay dearly for this!' Yao thought angrily. She appeared as a woman around 40 years old, with fair skin, bald, and blue eyes, wearing a sort of yellow robe.

Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on the perspective, she discovered that it was Zelretch Schweinorg who caused Tony Stark's disappearance.

From what Yao knew, Zelretch was a mage who uses the second magic called Kaleidoscope, which allows him to observe and interact with Parallel Worlds. He uses it frequently to travel through parallel worlds and timelines.

'I think it's better to observe Tony Stark before making a decision, but I need to prepare for the worst,' Yao thought, worried.

She knew that Tony Stark's unique presence would attract unwanted attention from dangerous beings and worlds, but he could also be the greatest version of their allies to protect Earth from threats, which she knew would arrive sooner or later.

Two Years Later

[1989 - SI Headquarters - Los Angeles, California – USA]

SI was laying the foundation to enter new markets, surprising many people. It wasn't an easy mission, but they were doing it in a fascinating way. No one ever imagined that SI would one day manufacture anything other than weapons!

A year ago, SI underwent a very important internal change.

Howard Stark appointed his son, Tony, as the new CEO of SI. He was still involved with SI, but the main decisions were now his son's. Everyone was skeptical and perplexed by this decision, and many protested against it, but it was to no avail! Howard stuck to his decision to appoint his son as CEO of SI.

He also revealed that most of the new projects underway at SI were his son's ideas, which took many by surprise. After all, the projects had incredible potential!

It didn't take long for Tony to change most people's opinions with his plans for SI, which almost immediately bore fruit. He invested in several projects for SI's R&D Department, which were literally ecstatic. Tony also created new R&D divisions such as Stark Robotics, Stark Mobile, and Stark Technology.

These divisions gave scientists and engineers the opportunity to further explore their work and develop for the betterment of the world.

He made it clear to everyone his interest in changing the company's public persona and strengthening its foreign interests. He also announced the globalization of SI in the coming years.

SI quickly earned billions thanks to Stark Electronics providing practical and commercially viable consumer electronics, a highly advanced console, and new games, and Stark Medical providing updates on medical equipment. Stark Medical was also gathering scientists from around the world to help people and make new discoveries.

Another division that gained prominence was Stark Aegis, producing protective equipment for police and military, communication systems, non-lethal weapons, detection systems, and so on. They were also developing prosthetics for veterans. This division closely collaborated with Stark Technology, Robotics, and Medical.

Tony recently announced the creation of the Maria Stark Foundation, which would be a program to help fund schools and young prodigies in their education. He also took the opportunity to honor his mother, who was quite emotional.

SI still had several ongoing military contracts, but now its weapons and equipment were tracked through its own private GPS system to ensure that no SI technology could be leaked to terrorist organizations.

Tony was reviewing some important SI documents with his two stunning and beautiful Secretaries and Executive Assistants: Diana Prince and Kara Kent.

Diana a 25 year old hot babe, with fair skin, long, straight black hair, and blue eyes. And Kara who was younger than Diana at least 4 or 5 years between them, with tanned fair skin, long blonde hair, and blue eyes. Both were wearing suits that accentuated their perfect curves.

Diana and Kara are survivors of a universe that was destroyed. They survived thanks to a dimensional magic, which was the last resort to save the universe from destruction.

Unfortunately, this magic seemingly failed, and since they were near where the dimensional magic was performed, the two were thrown through numerous universes and ended up in this specific universe, Earth-19999-X.

Tony Stark found them, helped them and created new identities for them to live in this world peacefully for now.

Diana was the last of the Amazons from her universe. She was the Princess of Themyscira, the famous Amazon Island, and was a superhero known as Wonder Woman.

Kara Kent was a Kryptonian and was also a superhero known as Supergirl.

Their relationship with Tony is currently professional and friendly, but it seems it won't take long to evolve into something more intimate, judging by the recent glances and occasional flirting.

Nearly two hours passed before Tony, Diana, and Kara finished dealing with the paperwork. The three of them sighed with relief when it was finally done.

"Well... So far, everything is going according to my plans... Soon the 'Cold War' will end, and I can advance this world's technological level. I can't stand so much paperwork anymore!" Tony thought.

He also plans to take advantage of the end of the "Cold War" to establish himself in the world and take control of his own country to avoid being a "hostage" to politicians. He might even create an artificial flying island or colonize a planet in the solar system.

At this moment, Tony doesn't want to advance the technological level of this world too quickly to avoid problems. 'It would be very problematic to deal with a likely Third World War!' he thought.

There was still the damned HYDRA hidden in the shadows of the world! A war could be the perfect moment for HYDRA to cause many problems and regain its influence.

To safely advance this world's technological level, the end of the "Cold War" was necessary for the world to prosper.

Tony also feared that Atlantis or Wakanda might take some hasty action upon noticing the world's technological development.

These two nations were hidden from the rest of the world for good reason, but there were people in these nations who did not like "outsiders" and wouldn't hesitate to use their technological advantage to crush other nations back to the stone age.

--------------A Few Hours Later--------------

[Chaldea and SHIELD Base – Antarctica]

A huge base was built in Antarctica with highly advanced technology, capable of completely monitoring the Solar System through a secret network of satellites established a few months ago.

This base is protected by a powerful energy field, which can withstand attacks from cosmic beings and remains invisible to the rest of the world and certain entities.

This base was initially intended for exclusive use by Chaldea members, but a "special division" of SHIELD agents gained a section in the base and access to some very interesting things.

The SHIELD agents were selected by Peggy Carter herself, Director of SHIELD. Only she knew of the existence of this special division.

Of course, this happened after all HYDRA infiltrators within SHIELD were identified and arrested.

The base also houses a powerful "Iron Legion," consisting of hundreds of humanoid robots controlled by JARVIS, FRIDAY, and ULTRON, Tony Stark's three advanced AIs. The latter two were created recently and are still learning from their older brother, JARVIS.
