As I watch him get up, I watch his temperament change, in which he is in a state of confusion. 

As I watch him leave, I decide not to talk to him at this time, as some people I have known in my life.

Went through times like him, where some overcame the confusion they had and moved on further.

While others could not and stayed stuck all their lives. 

I don't know what caused this, but let's see if you can pass this test and clear your mind. To accept you as a candidate, so you can use me as a true swordsman.

As I walk aimlessly, through the streets of Korea I can't help but think about my past life, I had no family until I met an elderly couple who brought new emotions into my life.

As a child I had to work, struggle and survive. I was eager to live, to observe the world beyond my city, beyond my country and more.

Also, I never had that spark that other people had, that emotion known as love, happiness and more.

But that couple gave me that spark that ignited my sea of emotions. Those were happy times until they were gone.

Although I am not a sentimental person and I always knew that all people come to an end.

Those people encouraged me to keep living my life, to be happy, and not to care what others said.

But when they left, I came to feel like a piece of me was going with them.

As I'm sitting in a park, reflecting.

"Hey system, what do you expect from me?" as I wait for the system's response, I can't help but wonder what purpose the system has or expects from me. Really, why out of all the humans or beings that exist it choose me.

But apparently minutes pass and it doesn't answer. Getting ready to leave.

[Does it matter?]

Listening to the system, I also realize that I never talked to the system and always left it aside. Without really questioning whether it was good or bad for me.

"Of course, I care."

I… I don't know… Wait, I never liked those systems in novels that force their protagonists to do things against their will, so not even if this system would save my life or help me.

I would never obey it, if I already died once, what can happen if I kill myself again. But that doesn't mean I'll let it control me, let alone be a murderous madman.

And even if being good and pure is a better thing, I wouldn't do it either. Why I like to help selflessly, but I also have a limit, and I'm not going to spend my whole life helping other people.

"I want to live my life my way."

Opening my eyes looking at the sunset, I realized that all this time, compared to many people, I always had the destiny in my hand, I could do what I wanted or what I wanted. 

And for that I have the system that is the key, as well as the door that can lock me. But if the system only seeks to be my key and give me all the freedom I want without restrictions to do what I want.

What can stop me.

"NOTHING CAN STOP ME" as I scream to the sky feeling free.

"Then I will seek immortality, I will seek strength, so that nothing or no one can kill me. Or I will kill the one who tried to kill me."

[Exactly, whatever you want you can get, stop thinking about what you want or what your long term goal is, just live your current life. You can always change your goals, it may be late, but you can change it].

[Women, friends, adventures, money, power, intelligence or more].

"Yes, I want it all."

[Then look for it, if I'm not looking to stop you, then tell me someone else can do it].

[No one, then do what you want, my goal or rather my existence wants to see how far you are capable of going. We are unique in a different way, but unique, you may not know that].

[But I want to see how far you are able to grow, so don't die, as I won't be able to help you once you die].

"Thank you" as I look at the sunset, freeing myself from all my burdens of what I should or shouldn't do. 

I feel better.

"You're right" getting up taking one last look at the beautiful sunset, breathing in the fresh air of the park. I close my eyes and take a deep breath.

I won't say goodbye to my past life, to my family I had, only that from now on I will have them as beautiful memories, whether bad or good.

After all, from mistakes you learn, I had many mistakes and I don't want to make them again in this life.

Now I have a new beginning.

As I start walking towards the house, I think about the sword, if it doesn't accept me, forget it, but I'm sure it will listen to me when I speak.

Since it does not seek to speak to me, then I will no longer have consideration for the sword.

If before I sought to be his companion, now I seek to be his master.

As I sat in front of the sword for about 10 minutes since I arrived.

"It seems that I don't need to introduce myself, but just in case you call me 'war sword' and it's true, I come from far away looking for a partner who can use me." Replies the sword to the boy in front of him, realizing that apparently the boy knows more about him and his situation.

"Maybe there is only a year or two left, before he comes for me, wanting to take my core as a power source to evolve and go beyond his state. Which is the only thing I think he has to come to me for."

"Knowing that it's too powerful to have to run off in search of another partner who can wield me, you still want to be my partner. One more thing you need to know is that my former partner was the best and the one I had the closest bond with compared to the others I had." 

"Yet we lost miserably to such a creature, with nothing we could do but be helpless." Responding to the boy in front of him, telling him the cause of why such a creature follows him. 

Testing him on whether he is willing to be the companion of his, having a maximum two years of time to face him 

"There seems to be one thing you misunderstood, I no longer seek to be your partner, companion or etc. I seek to be your master, to have you subordinate to me as your master."

"As long as you accept it, I can help you kill the creature that took over the body of your former friend."

"That is my only condition, if you don't accept it then you are going to have to find someone else, but I can assure you that I have more time and confidence. That in the future I will have the strength to easily defeat such a creature."

"Make up your mind." Although, it may not be a good thing to ask him to become my belonged and accept me as his master. But it's better than just being a companion.
