Killing It

Percy held Annabeth's hand as they watched the massive army of monsters and giants draw closer. They had reached Athens in record time after being picked up by the Argo II.

Their brief trek through Tartarus had been strange with how little enemies they had seen. Now that they saw the enemy forces they couldn't help but wonder if all the monsters and slain enemies had somehow escaped and joined with Gaia without their knowledge.

Lena had informed them that Blake had gone down to Tartarus to rescue Selene a while back and in doing so had thinned out the herd of monsters.

Even with the amount the new King of Olympus had killed the enemies were still greater in number. Thankfully the gods had finally gotten off their asses and were now standing with them in preparation for the battle.

"I'm scared Seaweed Brain." Annabeth whispered.

Squeezing her hand he replied; "I am too Wise Girl…"

The growling and shouting could be heard even with the enemies still so far away. Lena and Selene stood at the front of their gathered friends and allies.

The two goddesses looked at the enemy side with unconcealed worry. Not for themselves but for the few demigods that were at their side.

Learning that giants could only be killed only through the cooperation of demigods and gods had made them realize that they didn't have a choice and that the demigods would have to fight.

"Let's just hope that Blake gets back soon."

"He's been gone for months Lena, I'm worried about him."

"He's powerful Selene, frighteningly so. I'm willing to bet my new bow that he's gotten sidetracked by something ridiculous."

Selene chuckled despite the tense situation. "That's a fools bet."

Just then a roar pierced the sky and everyone looked up only to see a massive black dragon descending on their position. Normally they would have panicked but the dragon was very familiar.

"Tiamat?" Selene called out.

The dragon shrunk down and transformed into a girl wearing some rather intimidating armor. The girl crashed into Selene's arms with a grin.

"Mother! Aunt Lena."

The demigods felt their moral rise with the arrival of the dragon. The Olympians in their midst looked at each other in confusion before shrugging.

"Where have you been?" Selene asked the dragon.

"Father was… preoccupied with family. He just arrived back at the Greek camp. He's currently fighting Orion and another giant. He sent me here to help on your end."

"I have some words for him when we get back." Selene growled.

"As touching as this is, the giants are getting closer." Hades spoke up.

Tiamat grinned, "Then let me thin their numbers for you."

They could only watch in shock as the girl transformed into her dragon form again after jumping into the air. The dragon grew in size until she dwarfed even Typhon.

Tiamat flew towards the enemy army and began to shower the monsters with black flames. The giants were unfortunately unphased and continued their march. Still, countless monsters were immediately turned to ash by Tiamat's flames.

"I can feel the heat of those flames from here." Poseidon muttered.

"Let's just be glad that she's on our side brother." Hades replied having heard the sea god.

Percy watched in awe as Tiamat burned the monsters to ash. The demigods cheered when nearly all the monsters were destroyed leaving only the giants.

"This really raises our chances of making it out of here alive."

"You can say that again." Said an equally shocked Annabeth.

[Scene Break] (POV Restored)

I snapped my wings closed when I spotted the towering giant. Grinning like a deranged madman I dove straight at the giant with Sky Scorcher.

The spear stabbed right into the giants head making him scream in pain. Unfurling my wings again I used them to spin my whole body around twisting Sky Scorcher's blade around in the giants brain.

The giant's eyes rolled to the back of his head as he collapsed onto the ground with a loud thump. I yanked the spear out and flicked it to my side cleaning it of blood. The other giant, growled at me and I smirked.

"One down, one to go… try not to disappoint."

"Who are you." The giant snarled at me. The various monsters got ready to pounce.

"Since you asked so nicely, I am Blake Corvinus, King of Olympus and Primordial of Creation."

The giant visibly paled, he shook his head and sneered at me. "You lie, you are not Zeus."

"Lord Orion, we should pull back." A gorgon hissed at his side.

"Orion eh? No I am not Zeus, clearly you haven't kept up with the news. Allow me to enlighten you."

Sky Scorcher turned into the Elder Wand, the giant smirked at the unassuming looking stick. The smug look on his face slid right of when I vaporized nearly half of his army with a single spell.

The eldritch blue flames of Protego Diabloica making shadows dance eerily on my face. Screams rang out from the rear of the monster army as my hellhounds tore into their ranks.

Orion's eyes widened in panic. His grip on his bow tightened as she knocked an arrow into the string.

"Like I said, try not to disappoint."

Orion charged at me, kind of strange considering he had a bow at the moment. The giant swung his bow like a baseball bat to try and smack me. Sky Scorcher blocked the strike effortlessly. I frowned at how weak it was and sighed.

'Sometimes overwhelming power is just so boring.'

Pushing his bow away I slashed at him with my spear, he dodged the spear but wasn't prepared for it to turn into a sword mid swing and fly at him with a mind of its own.

While Orion was busy fighting my flying sword I turned my attention back to the remains of his army. My hellhounds had done quite a number on them. What little of them were left was trying to flee.

"Can't have you guys running off now." I muttered.

Using my bootleg Gates of Babylon move I skewered them with swords that I shot out of my inventory. A moment later they all got shredded by the void.

The only sounds left in the battlefield were my hellhounds howling in victory and the clashing of steel as Orion tried to fight my animated sword. My sword eventually got Orion to turn his back to me and I seized the opportunity to send hundreds of metallic feathers into his exposed back.

Orion screamed as he was impaled by the feathers. Dismissing my wings I summoned Dark Sister back to my hand as Orion fell to his knees.

Around me the demigods had started coming out of the camp to watch the one sided slaughter, cause that's what it was. Calling it a battle was out of the question when I razed the entire army with very little effort.

There was a flash of silver as Artemis teleported into the camp. She looked at me first and I waited to see her reaction. Thankfully whatever my girls did to her must have fixed her.

"Lord Corvinus, what are you going to do with him ?" She glared hatefully at Orion.

"Nice to have you back Artemis, first,' I stabbed Dark Sister into Orion's back driving him into the ground. "I'm preventing him from running off. Then, I'm going to erase him from the very fabric of reality." I finished by conjuring a ball of condensed power in my hand.

Creation powers were bullshit, I could make just about anything with it and the only limits was my MP.

'I have to find a way to get infinite MP.'

Skill Creation Unlocked

Skill Creation (Lvl. Max):

Using your powers over creation you can make skills that you can use. You can only create skills that aren't unique to an individual or a genetically gained skill.

(Ex. You can not create a Sharingan skill but you can create a skill that allows you to copy different abilities.)

'Not bad… I'll look into it later.'

I turned my attention back to Artemis who was still glaring at the pinned Orion. She seemed too consumed in her hatred of Orion to notice that I was waiting for her answer.

"Artemis? Would you like to have a moment with Orion?"

She finally looked up. "W-what?"

"Would you like to take some time to beat the shit out of Orion before I go ahead and erase him from reality? Fucking hell, pay attention woman."

She blushed, "Yes, please. Thank you Lord Corvinus."

'I really need to talk to Selene and Lena about what they did to Artemis. She seems much tamer than normal.'

"Alright,' I dispelled the orb of destruction magic and started to walk away. "Give Artemis some space guys. I'll be in my cabin if anyone needs me."

Walking off after I summoned my weapon back from pinning Orion, I ignore the various looks of shock that the surrounding demigods sent my way.

There were even a few Satyrs and Nymphs loitering by the tree line. I stepped into my cabin and glanced at Nyx who was lounging on a couch supporting her pregnant belly.

"I take it the battle went well?" She asked.

"Disappointing really, my new powers turn the battle into a one sided slaughter." I responded.

"Oh? Was power not what you wanted?"

"Don't get me wrong, power to do whatever I want is amazing. But I have a feeling I'll be really bored since there won't really be a challenge anymore."

"You're still a fledgling primordial Blake, there are still plenty of people stronger than you."

"Obviously, but those people are either asleep or too far removed from everything to really involve themselves."

"You could always create your own universe."

"And do what?"

Nyx shrugs, "Mother used to enjoy watching her creations run about."

"Sorry I'm not into voyeurism."

She giggles. "I don't mean it like that, I mean watch them grow and transform. Surely you felt some pride watching your children grow, it will be just like that."

"I guess… Luna and Aurora didn't really have normal growth rates."

"You mentioned that, they must have been adapting to their godly genetics."

"They were conceived before I was even a god much less divine in nature."

"Then perhaps it was a quirk of your race be for your accession?"

"Probably, I'm not sure. They'll probably be just as mad as their mother though. I did disappear for several months and now I'm coming back with another pregnant woman."

Nyx smirks, "I didn't ask you to get me pregna-"

"As I recall you did exactly that… now if you excuse me I'm going to go find them. Feel free to make yourself at home here. I'll pick you up once Gaia has been laid low."

I teleported away before she could sidetrack me some more and appeared in a battlefield… well not really. A majority of the demigods were just kind of standing around.

Tiamat was flying around doing strafing runs on monsters keeping them occupied while the Olympians fought the giants with a handful of their demigod children. I spotted Selene and Lena side by side fighting hordes of monsters. Making my way over as casually as I could I blasted a cyclops into bits of gore with a flick of my wrist.

"What did I miss?"
