"Tell me, Leon...where are you from on Earth?" Faylen asked.
"I'm from a island named Heavenly Bay. It's not as heavenly as people make it sound. My father lost his life there." I sighed and sat on the grass.
"You did mention something during our game that was interesting...'I have no problem seeing my father again early' is what you said. How did he die?" Faylen sat in front of me.
I looked at the ground and my left eye twitched. I grunted a bit then I closed my eyes. "I couldn't explain it to you even if I could. All I can say is there was blood everywhere, but there was no body to be found. All there was left was his necklace."
Faylen looked at me and looked at the necklace around my neck. She saw it shine as the sun ray hit it. "It's a beautiful necklace."
"It used to be my mother's, but she died upon giving birth to me. She left this necklace with him to remember her by. It was me and my dad for 21 years. I wish...I knew what happened to him." I sighed and opened my eyes. "I wish I knew why they did this to me."
Meanwhile at the Gates....
"I can't take this anticipation anymore! I need to check!" My friend said and entered the gates and a cold gust of wind blew. She froze and tried to turn back but a barrier stopped her.
"What the hell..?" My other friend said. "No nah let's get out of here!"
"Yeah! Sorry you're on your own Amy!"
The two ran off leaving Amy on her own. She looked afraid and turned around to look at the Forest of Beginning. She walked into the forest and was afraid. She walked around for a bit then saw a light and ran to it. She was rejoiced to see the light and ran through the forest. Her eyes widened when she saw the area she was in.
"Where...am I..?" Amy asked herself and saw a kingdom full of demons.
She shook her head and ran back into the forest and looked around for the starting point.
"I wanna go home.." Amy panted and ran into a direction she thought she came from.
She began to tear up and looked around. She was merely going in circles until she inevitably got lost. She backed up into a tree and hyperventilated. She sniffled.
"I'm sorry Leon...I'm so sorry.." Amy held her head and sat on the ground. "We should've left you alone.."
Meanwhile back with me and Faylen....
I had my eyes closed and meditated. I opened one eye and saw Faylen effortlessly channelling her aura around her body. I huffed and closed my eyes again, growing impatient.
"Calm your nerves. Channelling aura isn't easy, not even for me." Faylen opened her eyes and her aura disappeared slowly.
"Come on, you do it so effortlessly." I said and opened my eyes to look at her.
"I still have much learning to do if I truly want to master my aura. I'm always enraged so controlling my aura isn't as easy as you think it is. To even channel your aura, you need to focus on releasing that aura out your body." Faylen said. "Focus your energy to the center of your body and release that energy."
I closed my eyes and exhaled then began to focus. I focused my energy to the center of my body. Magic particles began to float around me. I grunted and my aura began to surge to the sky wildly.
Ikeshia opened her right eye. Feno opened his eyes and looked at the direction of the aura. Faylen grunted and looked at me surprised.
"So much...too much..!" Faylen said.
Lightning surged around my body. I panted and then my aura vanished. I held my head and panted slightly. I looked surprised and saw Faylen walk to me slowly. She crouched on one knee then held my shoulder.
"Your aura...how much pain do you hold within yourself..?" Faylen asked.
"Pain..? What do you mean?" I looked at her.
She just stared at me then stood up. She stepped back and sat in front of me. She shook her head then took a deep breath. "Next up is controlling how much aura you release from your body. Your emotions come to play big time in this."
I nodded then calmed my nerves then took a deep breath, focusing my energy. After calming my nerves, my aura calmly appeared around my body and Faylen smiled at me. I opened my eyes and my blue eyes shined a bit.
"Good. Good. Now we will train like this for a couple days. We gotta make sure you can do it consecutively and not lose control." Faylen stood up.
"Wait that's it?" I asked.
"For today yeah. I still have work to do." Faylen answered then stretched. "We are training like this tomorrow and the next day then we will move forward."
"Ah. Alright then." I smiled then my aura vanished and I stood up.
We walked back to Old Wellspring and I went to Myrrh's house.
"I'm home!" I announced then took off my shoes and placed them by the stairs then closed the door.
"Ahh! Welcome home, Leon!" Myrrh hurried out the kitchen with an apron on and smiled at me. "I was just about to prepare dinner! My Goddess, it feels like we are a married couple! Fufufufu~"
I blushed and looked at Myrrh then hurried into the living room. I sat on the couch and turned on the TV. Myrrh giggled and went back to the kitchen.
"What do you want to eat, dear?~" Myrrh asked from the kitchen.
"P-Please don't call me dear.." I said and blushed more.
"Aww come on, we live together now~" Myrrh giggled.
I blushed and shook my head. I mean Myrrh is really cute. Her snow white hair and her purple eyes...Her slender body, c cup breasts. She was one of the most beautiful elves in this village.
"I'm just gonna make some Deep Fried Abyss Crows and for dessert some Banana Dragon Pudding!~" Myrrh smiled.
"That sounds delicious." I said then stood up to go to the kitchen.
Myrrh was cooking and her elf ears twitched then she looked back. I peeked over her shoulders then she giggled. She let me watch then grabbed my hands and wrapped it around her waist. I blushed and she smiled softly.
"I've always wanted to do this with someone. I always watched Human TV Series and married couples always did this. I wanted to try this but I live alone. I'm happy to finally be able to act like a married couple with someone." Myrrh giggled.
I looked at her and smiled softly. I gave a small chuckle and she giggled softly.
"Well well, you really do work fast." Feno chuckled as he watched us.
I blushed madly and let go of Myrrh quickly. We both cleared our throats and closed our eyes. Feno laughed softly and walked into the kitchen.
"I knew letting you live here was the best decision. Also I came by to steal Leon from you for a quick minute." Feno looked at us.
"O-OkAy! DinNeR wIlL bE reaDy whEn yoU cOme bAcK!" Myrrh's voice was shaky as she was embarrassed.
I nodded and followed Feno. We walked to the fountain where Ikeshia was sitting. I looked at them and Ikeshia stood up and walked to me.
"You awakened your aura. I can sense it within you. It's powerful and I can sense the ability to wield more than one element." Ikeshia smiled and crossed her arms.
"The reason we called you here is we want to explain how this world works. The Game of Lust has been updated. The Queen of this region named Elvania told us about it. Well she told us by texting us. The Goddesses have added a rule in the Game of Lust.." Feno had on a serious face.
"The Goddesses added the rule, males can not host games anymore. Only females can host games either if they want to mate with a man or if a man wants to mate with them." Ikeshia said.
"What? That's dumb." I said.
"That rule only applies to certain females though, fortunately. That rule applies to important figures as Princesses, Queens, Dungeon Bosses, World Leaders, Dark Lords. The Game of Lust is very different with those kinds of people. You must prove yourself in a series of games instead of one. It's like a Trial." Feno crossed his arms.
"If you plan on trying to slay important figures like them, you will have to increase your magic abilities. Until then, you're fine." Ikeshia smiled.
"Wait isn't Myrrh a Princess?" I asked.
"Nah, she's named a Princess because of her attitude. She's just a normal citizen like us." Feno chuckled.
I nodded and looked at them. I heard my stomach growl and Feno chuckled. I blushed and they let me return home.
"I'm-"
"Leon! Welcome back!" Myrrh ran towards me and bounced up and down. "I set the table for us~ Come on let's eat dinner!"
I looked at her and chuckled then closed my eyes. "Alright...Lets eat dinner."
"Yay!" Myrrh smiled.
Meanwhile in the Forest of Beginning....
Amy woke up from her sleep, hearing footsteps. She stood up quickly and saw a man in a mask, walking to her.
"Another lost soul...Hmph. I'll lead you back to my village. You're lucky that I found you. You would be another wandering spirit trying to find the beginning of your new life." The man said and sighed, turning around.
"Who are you..?" Amy asked.
"My identity is not important. If you must know my name, I go by Ailas. I traverse this Forest, searching for lost people like you so I can prevent the transformation." Ailas said then adjusted his mask. "My Akasugan reveals hidden paths that normal people can not see. Just follow me."
Amy looked at him then hurried behind him and followed him. She kept close to him as they traversed the forest to reach Old Wellspring.
