' I can't hit him using normal mean. Look like I can only depend on this brush and where the hell I am? ' Aaron glanced around quickly, he doesn't want to lose Kaleigh from his view. All he sees is a complete white void. If one stays in this infinite void for a long time, one could lose sanity.

Kaleigh pointed his finger at Aaron, but this time with black energy instead of red coating his fingertip.

Kaleigh fired without saying a word. Aaron managed to aim to dodge the attack. The black projectile gazed at his arm and it went into the back dot behind him, the dot that is connected to white space and the real world.

As soon as the black energy touches him, his body started to rust. Aaron lifts the brush and hit his wound hard. The black dust get off his arm but the damage was done already.

He can the flesh and white bone on his arm. His blood float in the white space. Kaleigh rushed toward him and kicked his torso.

The force generated from the kick was not strong enough to force Aaron back. Aaron noticed the black dot behind him, he picked up the brush immediately. He doesn't have the time to mourn, ' It hurt. '

Aaron smirked. The pained feeling makes him feel more alive than anything else. ' That is it. I want this fight, I want to gamble my life.'

"Haha." Aaron laughed.

" Why are you laughing?" Kaleigh asked. He has a slight idea why Aaron enjoying the battle. But this kind of battle is not fancy enough in Kaleigh's eyes. ' I need to end quickly. I have not complete mastery over Stage 2 but if I went on, energy will take my life. '

Kaleigh focused on two different colours, which he has not tried before since he does not have the energy or ability to do. Not it is time to bring out the big gun. Black and white.

The energy announced the name into Kaleigh's brain. He smiled. His effort was acknowledged by energy which means he is doing it right.

All of the efforts he focused on his hand were now pointed toward Aaron who is holding the brush like a sword.

They both looked at each other. Neither of them started, Kaleigh knew Aaron doesn't have any means to attack him so he has to make a move.

Kaleigh sighed. " If you survived this attack and win me, you have to learn the technique. This world revolves around conquerors. You don't have any means to step into that realm yet."

" What about you? You are struggling against me."

Kaleigh nodded. " I will admit my lack of strength."

A large impact travelled through to Aaron fast. They are not far away from each other but the attack feels slow and somehow fast. You can't pinpoint the feeling they both getting right now.

Darkness carried by Black colour is wavering their mind.

What about the white? You asked. Aaron put the brush into the black dot and draw toward the attack.

Who knows? The brush can do that. All the energy gathered by Kaleigh entered the black dot. It sucks all the remaining matter like a black hole.

Kaleigh was bewildered. He doesn't know what that thing is.

The white layer crumbled instantly as the black dot commanded. The colour from Kaleigh loses its meaning.

" I lose."

Before Kaleigh could say another sentence, he saw Aaron getting sucked into the dot as well. Kaleigh tried to move his body, he wanted to help Aaron but the stress on his body make him think that all of his bones were broken.

Soon he also pulled toward the dot.

Inside City B.

Thorn is looking at the black dot that appeared in the sky. He is standing in the tall building.

" That is a mess. I don't expect he will use Stage 2 on a newbie." Leo said. His signature red hair loses its colour.

Not just him but all the surroundings or even the whole city lose the colour.

" I heard those old heads sent their second generation," Thorn said with boredom. He can't do anything with it. The clan head is starting to suspect him.

" That is right."

Thorn and Leo both turned around with their technique activated.

The energy they are manipulating is suddenly lost from their hands. It's like the energy is abandoning them.

" I just want to ask a question." A man with a handsome feature smiled. His eyes were charming and capable of capturing any women's heart.

" Who are you?" Leo yelled.

" And." Leo's head falls from his body, he doesn't even know what take his life.

The headless body falls and blood dripping. Without warning, the body disappeared into thin air.

Thorn saw all this, he tried to run away. Energy doesn't listen to his words at all. He knows that the person in front of him is not human. Even if he is human, he must be someone who achieved an Energy contract.

His body is shaking not from fear but from instinct toward strong predators. The man clapped his hand. " Great. An intelligent person. Do you know where the light is?"

Thorn shook his head.

" Seem like I ask the wrong question. Sorry about that you must be scared." The man laughed quietly as he taunts Thorn.

" Do you by a chance encounter a person who awakens energy?"

Thorn immediately pointed at the dot in the sky. The man looked at the dot.

Disgust. The man feels the most disgusting aura. Seem like he is not the only one who agrees with this statement. The energy around him was dancing.

" No. He is not the one. He is trash. Pathetic piece of shit. No even compare to shit, I will happily acknowledge that shit carried more purpose than him."

As he said, the light energy distortion from the west doesn't go unnoticed. The man looked in the direction where he feels love.

His vision suddenly changes, a girl with a cute ponytail is holding the phone with a concerned look. " Found her. Our hope. Our love."

The man disappeared. Thorn dropped down immediately. He is panting catching his breath. His mind is losing, he's going crazy.

" Ha. Ha. Death. Destruction. War. Hope. Love. Peace. Breaker. Vanisher."

He murmured some words unconsciously. The information entered his head. He grabbed his head, he bang his head on the cement.

It hurt so much. He doesn't know what is happening in his surroundings. The pain is overwhelming.

The dot emitted a destructive ray of the beam to the ground. Vaporizing the ground, the whole city turned into ash in a matter of seconds.

A few seconds later.

All the innocents were lost in a matter of seconds just cause they were in the way of Aaron and Kaleigh's fight. How would they feel about this destruction they cause?

One would certainly feel guilt.

Other? Nothing. He is not human like the man said earlier.

On the ground filled with blood and soil, a hand emerged. Thorn's punched himself out of this mess. He stands up with a broken leg. He looked around, and all he saw was a flat surface. His sense picked up a few life forms but they are declining at the alert.

Thorn from a few seconds ago would freak out but he is different right now. He just saw many things in a matter of seconds. He looked up, the dot is nowhere to be found.

" War is coming," Thorn murmured.

A bird chirping, a loud howl along with a crazy echo. All is a mess.

Light entered his eyes. At first, it is hard to see but slowly he is getting used to it. Kaleigh covered his eyes with his hand.

' Green. 'he thought. ' Look like I am in the forest. '

" You wake up?" A sound comes from above.

Kaleigh looked up. He saw Aaron sitting at the brunch. His eyes were looking at a certain distance from here. Kaleigh quickly takes a fighting stance.

" Stop it. Don't use energy." Aaron yelled quietly. His face is filled with worry, he seems like he has seen a lot of different things.

The ground shook as an earthquake hit. A large tree was thrown in their direction. Which was reflected by Aaron's kick. He doesn't use energy only uses his physical strength.

He runs in the opposite direction where the tree throws at him. Kaleigh was dazed, as things happen so fast. He doesn't have time to process.

Aaron said. " Run but don't use energy."

Kaleigh who doesn't have any information decided to follow Aaron. As they both run, the earthquake slowly dies.

But Aaron doesn't stop. After an hour, he stopped at the cave.

" Finally, I arrived." Aaron laughed as he lay down on the ground.

Kaleigh tried to cool down by laying on the tree. His knees sold him out. He falls. The ground kisses his face.

He turned around and like Aar, he lay down.

" Where the hell is?" Kaleigh asked.
