SOMETHING STRANGE

The next morning,the girls decorated the Christmas tree and were quite happy with their work.They had breakfast and sat down to do the homework they got during their holidays.Eve had suggested on doing it first and go for a walk later.

After about an hour they both were done and went on their long exhausting walk.On their way they visited the park that they used to go to.They saw few children playing hide and seek for some time.Then the girls met some of Fays friends and finally came back home.

It was about lunch time when the girls came home.Both of them lazily said that they didn't want to cook lunch.But then they remembered the Spagetti they had left in the freezer the day before.

After having lunch the girls sat down and watched T.V till it was night time.After having dinner they went to bed.

The next morning Fay was woken up by Eve saying,'Fay,get up I have to tell you something'. Fay got up and asked what the matter was and eve replied,'There is a strange smell coming from the living room.Lets see where it is coming from'. With that Fay and Eve went to the living room trying to trace the smell.But suddenly someone rang the doorbell.They went to see who it was.

'Oh,hello Mrs Lockheart. What brings you here'?Fay asked.'Oh,dear I had made a few cookies in the morning so came here to give you girls some as your parents aren't home either'.Mrs Lockheart said. 'Thank you so much'.Fay said smiling.'Why don't you come inside'.She continued.'Oh,no dear I have work at home so i'll get going'.

She gave the box to Fay and left.'Looks like now we have some dessert to eat today'.Eve said.Then the whole day the girls were cribbing about how their day was so boring.

The next day the girls woke up and freshened up.They went to the living room and noticed something.'Oh my'!.'Fay exclaimed.'The smell from yesterday has gotten even stronger'. 'Yeah,it smells like rotten fish'. 'Okay today, we gotta find from where this horrible smell was coming from'.

After a few moments they finally found out from where the smell was coming from.

THE ORNAMENTS.

'What is causing the stench though'.Fay said for the tenth time.'Maybe there's something inside the ornaments'. Eve replied.This put the girls into crazy thoughts of what could be in there. After a few moments of silence Fay said,'Lets see what inside'. 'What!No'.Eve replied.'What if there's a really bad surprise for us in there'.

'Well there's only one way to find to find out'.Fay said going towards the Christmas tree.She picked up the ornaments and went towards the basement.'What are you doing'?Eve asked following her.'Lets take them to the basement so there won't be any mess in the house'.

Fay and Eve entered the basement and switched the light on.It buzzed loudly and was quite dim.Fay put the ornaments down and picked one up.It smelled horrible and she was dying to know what was inside.Eve went a little farther away from Fay.

Fay raised her hand and dropped the ornament.It landed on the ground with a crash.The smell got even worse.Fay stood frozen to her place.Eve went over to see what Fay saw that made her speechless. But when she saw what was lying on the floor with broken ornament pieces made her eyes widen too.

THERE WERE HUMAN PARTS SCATTERED ALL OVER THE FLOOR.
