i have checked the original fanfic and it has +500 chapters and is updating daily so as long the translator stays regular on his promise then we will have regular chapters daily. Also i have skimmed a bit and didn't see any problems in translation. Translator-san, Why don't you add powerstones, comments goals etc for more chapters? We will get more chapters and you will probably be more motivated this way! Also, is this a ALT account? because there aint much in your bio so give me some social media so i can harass you for more chapters with love!! If you stray from your dao of translations!! One last thing i appreciate you translating for us!!

Great book but looks like the author stopped translation. You guys want me to continue?? If so then from when do I start Ch17 or Ch1?

Not a lot of FF about versatile mage.

The translation is fantastic and the original story is also!!! I love everything but if there is that is lacked it is the lack of description in the story and day to day life. The thing is you can't enjoy this story truly unless you already watched the original series. The reason is that the characters ain't really fleashed out and there is a lack slice of life type of scenes. Life MC saves his lover and family but except for the moment he saves them which is described. Later only a paragraph of three lines is shown to tell that they are gathered togather safely with the girl hanging of him!! Basically it is more like a picture we are given! For which a image will be worth more to describe it!! Basically what i want to suggest is that if the translator is confident then he showed write slice of life type of scenes. Basically a 100 or so words of filler or you could say expand such scenes. Because MC'S father is described many times but he hasn't have a single line of dialogue yet!! Like give us a scene in which he says how proud he is of MC etc!!! TLDR: The fanfic is great for those who have watched the series as things in original are just skimmed over so 5 stars but because of this for non fans this is only 3 stars. Unless the translator like many others edits the novel a bit! Then it will be 4.7 stars at least.

This isn't very popular because the first few chapters have nothing original but it gets better really fast, go 20 chapters in and I guarantee you'll love it.

This is one of the best Fanfic out there. If anyone wants to enjoy the time you can read the fanfic the pace is big too fast but it is good to listen and if you have not read the original work it is bit hard to understand what the story is going on

it feels like the author is summarizing a novel instead of writing one. im really disappointed since there are so few versatile mage novels. i cant even get past chapter one. all these reviews are probably bots

this is all pretty good but at around chapter 155+ there become some racism, when he sleeps with the Japanese girl who wanted to rescue her brother. The Mc tells Zhao Manyan how he was able to sleep with her, the MC says weather its japan or korea they're both slaves to the chinese in their heart. Translator when you get there you might want to skip that part of the translation because your going to anger alot of people.
