The Beginning of a New Journey

Spirit Affirmation Ceremony happens at when an individual is 12 years of age at the earliest and 15 years at the latest. During this period completing the Spirit Affirmation Ceremony at the age of 12 and gaining entrance to the Spirit Realm shows how much talent and potential one has, it shows that with adequate nurturing and resources, the person will be able to attain greater height in the future if no mishap happens. But that does not mean people who complete the Spirit Affirmation Ceremony at a later time does not have potential or cannot attain higher level in the future, it just means the process will be more tedious and extra effort need to be put into every of their journey towards higher Tier. An example is if someone who attain Spirit Affirmation at the age of 12 needs 3 month to advance to Tier 1, then someone who attain Spirit Affirmation at 14 will be need 6 months and someone who attain Spirit Affirmation at 15 years will need 12 months to advance to Tier 1, elixir and fortuitous encounter can hasten the process and reduce the time to advance to higher Tier. Another benefit of attaining Spirit Affirmation at an early age is that it is the most optimal age to gain entrance into the Spirit Realm and improves one Faith power.

During Nicos period of Spirit Affirmation Ceremony, when it was discover that his Spirit root has issues and was unable to achieve his Spirit Affirmation at the age of 12, a lot of resources was mobilized during the three years period to be able to resolve the issue. It has always been a point of grief for Nicos because on his 15th birthday was when they were banished to the Forgotten Region and that has seal is doom and that of his sister. He is 3 years older than Tabitha, and on his 15th year was supposed to be Tabitha Spirit Affirmation Ceremony but because they were banished, she has not been able to perform the ceremony. It has been three years in the Forgotten Region which is still within the ideal period of the Spirit Affirmation Ceremony for her, though it not the optimal year, it is still better than Nicos who is already 18 years old and she has greater potential.

No one knows what changes has occurred internally except Tabitha herself, externally she begins to shed her skin. Her skin pill off like the dried scale of a snake, revealing an exotic skin underneath, shining and looking so tender like the skin of a new born. The Silvermoon family are known for their signature grey hair, though their name implies Silver, but due to the passing of many generation and the dilatation of the bloodline, their gene has become less prominent to the point where they could only maintain a grey hair. But right now, looking at the changes happening to Tabitha, it seems like the Spirit water and the Spirit seed has invoke the bloodline in her and purifies it to the highest level, unlike Nicos who seems to have deviate from the usual trait of the Silvermoon family with his now pure white hair and ocean blue iris, Tabitha hair changed from being ordinary grey hair to complete Silver long hair that reach her waist and complement her spotless fair skin. While everyone was focusing on the changes happening on Tabitha, the Fox Spirit Beast that has been lying gently on Nicos lap suddenly open it eyes and look at the direction of Tabitha curiously and felt drawn to her. The little Fox moved, looking directly at her eyes – more precisely, at the position between her eyes. The star at the glabella of the little Fox shine brightly at this time, forming a connection with Tabitha, the light went out shortly leaving a crescent moon sign at the glabella of the Spirit beast and Tabitha.

Tabitha opens her eyes, exposing a pair of complete black irises that makes people have the feeling of being drawn into the void briefly before changing back to silver irises, the same as her hair. Chloe expression change in an instant but recovered almost immediately which did not allow anyone to notice the changes in her expression. Tabitha laughed not knowing the ruckus she has caused in the mind of the people around her and cuddled the little fox "I know are going to be pals the moment I saw you." She said. "Don't worry, this beautiful lady will take good care of you, you are definitely in best hands." The little Fox settled in the embrace of Tabitha resigning to it fate, who asked it to feel the connection it had with Tabitha. "I think I understand what you mean" she said looking at Nicos and her mum, "there's no restriction between my connection and the Spirit Realm."

"That's good" Chloe said, "but you need to clean up and change while we wait for Alfonso and Nakita."

It was now that Tabitha notice the changes on herself and the pilled skin. "Oops, when did I become a snake and start shedding skin?" she exclaimed while look at herself. She rush to the inner room to clean up and change her wears. Moments later she came out of the inner room, even in those faded cloths her beauty still can't be covered or reduced. Even Nicos looked shocked while Barnabas whistled.

"This young lady has become more beautiful and cannot be seen associating with you two, it will reduce my standard" she said.

Barnabas rolled his eyes and said "don't praise yourself too much, you are not even as half beautiful as Nicos, so what are you feeling proud about"

"That bloke head can only compete with me if she's female and since that's not possible, I'm the most beautiful one here." She said proudly

"You can only be a beautiful girl, we have a beautiful woman and mother here who is the mother of beauty, so we cannot be concern about you" Barnabas retorted

Tabitha was cut off before she can respond "the both of you should stop your childish behavior now, I don't want any distraction" Chloe chide them. Even her have headache sometimes when this two start, they can continue their verbal attack as long as they want if no one stop them. She wonders if they owe each other in their past life and won't rest until one pays the other. Tabitha fumed while sitting down looking at Barnabas with fire splitting eyes. Nicos avoid being caught in a cross fire and focus on Alfonso and Nakita.

As they were waiting for Alfonso and Nakita, Tabitha continue to cuddle the little Fox while thinking of a name for it. The names got exaggerated to the point where Barnabas could not take it anymore and voice out.

"Argh, your naming sense is so awful!" he exclaimed

"Shut up bullock" Tabitha retorted, trying to cover up for her embarrassment by looking aggressive.

"You are busy giving everyone a bizarre name to the point where giving your Spirit Beast a decent name become a herculean problem" Barnabas said smiling at the fact that he was able to see one of Tabitha embarrassing moment.

"Can the both of you keep quiet and not cause a distraction, I don't mind sending you both out to make more space here." Chloe said angrily. Seeing the expression on their mother's face, they knew she is very angry this time and caution their selves though Tabitha is still mumbling some unconventional name, but not one care about her anymore and room gain some sort of peace at the moment.

The next person to complete the change process is Alfonso, though there is no physical changes to him like Tabitha or Nicos, they could feel that he has gone through changes internally, followed closely by Nakita.

"I can now release my Spirit Essence without problem and I can enter the Spirit realm also" Alfonso said happily, not waiting for them to ask. "I feel the same to" Nakita said.

"That's great" Chloe said. With them now been able to enter the Spirit Realm from here, there is a lot that can be done, and reversing the issue of the Forgotten Region can be achieve in due time.

"But I feel like my connection with the Spirit Realm has been reset, though I did not lose my level of ability and my strength is not affected. I feel like entering now will be like just entering the Spirit Realm for the first time" Nakita said trying to feel every deeper changes that happened to him. "I thought I am the only one that has that feeling" Alfonso said, confirming the situation of Nakita.

"That might be a good thing, it means your previous existence has been erase in the Spirit Realm and you will be starting anew with this entrance. This might be due to the place we are, the Forgotten Region cannot to be consider to be part of Human World, and entry from here is akin to another world entering the Spirit Realm." Chloe said. "That's good, we will be able to be out of the radar of some people and grow quietly. Though they most likely would never expect something like gaining entry through the Forgotten Region will occur, but it not bad to have additional assurance" Alfonso said.

"When are we entering the Spirit Realm?" Tabitha asked with sparkling eye. One does not need to think deep to know what she was thinking, but no one is bother to point it out to her that the Spirit Realm is not a playground for children or a place for vacation.

"We can go together and start at the same point, I can also contact my daughter so we won't have to struggle since we are on our own now." Nakita said.

"That's good, I can't wait to storm the Spirit Realm and make everyone know how glorious this young and beautiful lady is." Tabitha said with a proud face.

"Be careful so that the Spirit Realm will not end up storming you instead" Barnabas said from the side.

Tabitha become irate as she glower at Barnabas "will it kill you if you don't try to get me angry every time?" Barnabas shrugged without care making Tabitha feeling more incensed.

Chloe ignore the two of them, looking at everyone with a smile on her face. She as always know it in her mind that thing won't end this way "The Holy One really doesn't leave his own people. It may seems confusing along the way and not make sense, but the way he does thing does not conform with the norms and can't be understand with human understanding." She turned and look at Nicos, she can now put down the burden on her heart after so long, this past 6 years has really been a storming one but now she can rest well knowing things are fine now. She knows he has always blame himself for their current predicament, but she knows in her mind that if she had not made that move then, they will still be struggling and won't have been able to break free the way they are now. All that is left now is to continue to bide time and wait patiently for the big break. "Soar higher Gias, my little phoenix".
