A larger stage has been set that now allows humans to fight and turn their world in the direction they want, either towards good or towards evil. "Nicos, seemed useless because he has weak and underutilized Spirit root which makes him not to gain entrance into the Spirit Realm, never stopped fighting - he kept on pushing, carving a path for himself even after he had been banished alongside his family to an unknown region that seemed to have sealed their fate. Weathering the storm alongside his entourage as they also play their role in the turning of their world to determine the final winner." Light or Darkness; either good or evil. Only one can be king, both can't seat on the throne. Only one side can be crowned the winner. Which will it be?
Life Lesson with a Melon Seed
They appear in the Spirit Realm, in the same spot they left from leaving the Human world once again. After reorienting themselves, they look around and found Milota sitting on the couch while reading a book and eating melon seed.
"You guys are back." She said without look up from the book she's reading.
"Yes, we are. Isn't that obvious?" Nakita replied her daughter, "what have you been doing since we left?" he questioned.
"Nothing" she replied, "just sitting here on a fancy couch in a fancy suite while reading my favourite book with my favourite snacks."
"Do you care?" she offered the Melon seed to others.
"How does it taste?" Tabitha and her curious cat self asked
"Find out yourself." Milota replied allowing Tabitha to take a handful of the melon seed and put some in her mouth to chew.
"There's seed in it that you need to spit out." Milota said, but it was already too late because Tabitha already chew it all. "Why didn't you say that earlier?" she said feeling wrong
"Welcome to the club. Do you think it is coco pops?" Milota said, "don't just take anything unless you have a clear understanding of what it is, that's a lesson you must not forget." She said lecturing Tabitha. "Here in the Spirit Realm, no one is pure hearted, some people heart is more black than bitumen, everyone is after personal benefits – even close friends and family.
Don't just go around trusting everyone the way you can trust the people you can go into danger headfirst for and who will also do the same for you."
"Wow, where is that coming from?" Nakita said surprisingly
"I have my own encounter when you were not able to enter the Spirit Realm and learnt some things the hard way since you were not there to protect the innocence of your little girl." Milota said
"I'm so sorry." Nakita apologies
"You don't have to worry, I'm here and a better person." She replied him with a smile.
"So what's the next step?" She asked moving away from the glooming memories she does not want to visit at the moment.
"We figured we won't be able to join any Adventurer team or guild without exposing ourselves and secrets and also creating an Adventure team or guild at our current stage is not possible so we conclude that we will train in the wilderness until you advance to Tier 3 since you are close already, three month should be enough for you to advance to Tier 3." Nakita gave her a brief of the arrangement they made before entering the Spirit Realm.
"So you want me to quit my current Adventure team and create another with you after I advance to Tier 3?" Milota asked after understanding the angle they are coming from.
"There won't be any better reunion than that." Nakita replied
"Then let do this." Milota said.
"That's my girl." Nakita replied
"We need to work out a plan, farming resources without being a registered Adventurer is not easy to operate, apart from the fact that we won't have access to uncharted zone and we won't be able to enter any hidden dimension, not forgetting that the resources in the wilderness is not always much or profitable as the ones in the uncharted zone or the hidden dimension.
We will need someone we can trust to help with selling the resources we were able to gather and helping getting some things we need."
Alfonso and Nakita look at each other, after a while as if understanding what the other is thinking "It seems we can only contact Tamika for this purpose."
"Who is Tamika?" Milota asked
"It is the owner of the place we are staying, we met at the gate of Terac City when we entered the Spirit Realm and he helped us with our accommodation." Tabitha replied
"Can he be trusted?" Milota asked
"We don't know. But he is the only one we've met after we enter the Spirit Realm and he also didn't pry into our identity and he seems like the person who has the resource to pull off what we want to do." Alfonso replied.
"Then let coontaqct his and see what he has to say." Milota said.
"Apart from that, we also need to create some time for these two to familiarize with their profession and the Spirit Realm, the usage of Spirit Element and how to control it and also advance their stage at the same time, especially Nicos." Alfonso said
"Madam gave them some skill books they need to practice and get use to, so we need to draft a training regime for the two of them." He added
"It seem you two won't have time for holiday from here on. Welcome to the Spirit Realm officially, where you fight to gain resources and better your life and the Human world with it while also fighting gruesome battle with the Dark force if you want to survive and break free from shackles that limit you." Milota said.
"Nicos and Tabitha shuddered from hearing what Milota said but steel themselves when they remember their promise to their mum.
"Bring is on." They both declare
"I like this." Milota said with a smile, "I hope you will be able to keep that attitude when you are faced with the real ordeal."
"Let contact that Tamika man to know what we will be dealing with here." Milota said as she sat down on the couch she was on before and continue with her book and the melon seed.
"She has really change, heaven knows what happen this past 5 years." Nakita muttered under his breath but Alfonso still heard him.
"Everyone changed including you." Alfonso said
