Adam was having a mixture of happiness and fear at this very moment. Why? Well moments ago the droid who suddenly scanned his face came back but it was not alone.

Adam however could care less about this because someone also arrived in a suit of sorts which protected him from the outside elements and when he spoke caused him to develop his current feeling.

"We have confirmed reports of your Sister being infected with a deadly spore and The Imperium will cure her as well as commence a medical check on you to verify if you have also been infected. Refusal will result in charges being brought to you and your sister for the failure of keeping the peace by supporting a possible outbreak."

Adam didn't even listen on after he heard the man say The Imperium would cure his sister.

"You're going to cure her? Hurry then!! I don't care how but save her!" the child's words were pretty much ignored as the man walked into the house followed by a hovering table that had a dome encasing the top.

Even if the child refused he was ordered to take the girl to a quarantine room and the man didn't even bother to wonder what the consequences were if he failed.

Soon another man guiding a similar table walked in and 'requested' Adam to lay down on the table as the dome retracted.

Adam wanted to stay with his sister but he understood that they would be brought to the same location.

Eventually, he found himself being transported in a ship next to his little sister as his focus never left her. Adam could barely hear the men talking to an image appearing on a holo communicator which diverted his focus for a moment.

"We have acquired the two patients... on route to the... Will be arriving shortly..." from what Adam could make out, the men were reporting the current situation to someone he assumed to be in charge.

Time passed as Sara soon regained consciousness and almost panicked as she found herself strapped in a table but as she heard the muffled voice of Adam she began to calm down.

"Sara it's me." she then spoke weakly but due to the dome around her, Adam was unable to hear her in which she soon realized.

"Sara I know you might be confused but the quick explanation would be the Imperium has figured out what your sick with and will be helping you!" Adam's voice caused her to smile. She was tired of always keeping Adam from going out and be himself, he would always stay with her no matter what, and even if she was so young Sara understood that Adam was sacrificing his own childhood just so that she would not be alone.

Time passed once more and they soon arrived at a hospital. The two children could not help but look around as they passed both medical droids as well as other people wearing white coats.

They watched as they were brought into a white room that separated them from the outside world.

Adam then looked around their new 'room' and to his shock, he could see the Archon himself through a window.

He could not help but tap on the dome he was encased within to grab his sister's attention.

"Sara doesn't freak out but behind you is a window and the Archon is standing on the other side of it…" when Sera heard this her eyes widened and tried turning her head just to catch a glimpse but unfortunately she was too weak to do so.

Marcus was currently watching the two patients through the observation window and for a brief moment locked eyes with Adam who then spoke towards his sister.

He then pressed a button as his voice was Broadcasted within.

"I am the Archon and it has come to my attention that Sara was infected with Ascomycetous Pneumoconiosis. To simplify things, Sara I believe you inhaled microscopic spores at some point and this has caused your current predicament. Adam due to your close contact with your sister we will be checking you as well. Don't be afraid as we will be using an advanced medical gel." When the children heard this they could not help but become overwhelmed by emotions.

Sara was overjoyed because her hero who wants to help humanity was personally helping her and would soon be cured. Adam was excited because his sister would soon be able to enjoy her life and not be confined to her bed and be injected with medicine on a daily basis.

Soon, multiple hours passed by. Within these hours doctors in hazmat suits came into the room and proceeded to do tests on both Adam and Sara. Adam was thoroughly examined and scanned only to find that he had no signs of infection. The scans could show detailed images of organs and thanks to this the doctors found that Adam's lungs were perfectly healthy.

Sara on the other hand was in a much worse situation. Her lungs were covered in yellow ulcers with signs of infected tissue spreading slowly. A deeper examination indicated that the ulcers were housing large amounts of microscopic spores and if they suddenly popped her chances of survival would be zero.

Thankfully the serum she was injected with on a regular basis caused the spores to remain docile.

Once the examination was completed, Adam was released but remained outside the quarantine room waiting for his sister.

Marcus who saw this walked over towards him and placed his hand on Adam's head.

"No need to be worried. I promise she would be fine so all you have to do is wait patiently." Adam who only just realized Marcus's arrival calmed down.

The duo just remained silent as they watched Sara be injected with Propofol. This was required because the medical team would need to send a tube into her lungs to flood her lungs with the gel in order to remove the infection.
