(This chapter is pretty much an information dump regarding Psyker abilities so if you know everything regarding it you can skip this chapter.)

Marcus could be found within an open field, the field was covered with green grass with trees located within the distance.

Further off into the distance, Marcus spotted a Fury-class Imperial interceptor he arrived on in which was surrounded by droids as well as SN-21.

Soon enough Marcus activated a Holo-communicator allowing SN-21 to appear as a blue hologram.

"Commander, everything is set up on our side. Recordings are ready to begin at a moment's notice. I would also like to inform you that the public execution will commence in six hours." Hearing this caused him to nod and in turn, spoke.

"Alright, go ahead a begin the recording devices." Marcus then closed his eyes and started recalling everything about Psykers.

'Common Warp powers include your basic energy-projection attacks, commonly taking the form of lightning or fire. Manipulating the emotions of minds of other beings who have a presence in the warp, which can take the form of inspiration, fear, confusion, or even full-blown mind-control.' He paused as this ability would require further experiments, Marcus was unsure if this ability would even work in this universe as his Psyker powers originated from the God-Emperor and not from the Warp itself.

'manipulating the perceptions of others, for influence or concealment, the next ability being Illusions, and constructs. Direct manipulation of the psychic presence "soul" of others, like attacking or trapping into objects. Bending or breaking normal physical laws like gravity, entropy, or conservation of momentum.'

Marcus could already understand that even with such basic descriptions it was not a simple as it sounded but then again he only recently acquired the powers.

He then started with simple abilities such as energy projections while droids remained on standby. Marcus then focused his mind and imagined himself shooting a concentrated beam of fire.

Unfortunately, the 'concentrated' beam turned out to be more of a wide-ranged 'flamethrower' that incinerated everything within a fifteen feet radius.

However, Marcus was not satisfied with this.

"What's the use of such an ability if I end up killing all my allies within its range?" Saying this only caused him to dedicate more time in regards to training his newfound powers.

He then began making his way towards the interceptor as droids began dousing the flames out.

With nothing else to do, Marcus continued to brainstorm about his powers while walking. Psykers could also perform actions of Biomancy which had Marcus exited.

'Blood Boil, by reaching into an enemy's body with their mind, a psyker can rapidly accelerate their pulse and blood pressure to lethal levels with the end result being the victim's heart and brain exploding.' Marcus could see the use of such a powerful ability in the middle of a battle. Causing Chaos and Disorder in the middle of a decisive battle could make or break someone.

'Choke, through a simple gesture a psyker can reach out with their abilities and close the windpipe of their intended victim thus choking them of their breath.' a full-on copy of Vader's favorite ability, Marcus just smiled at this.

'Enfeeble, a biomancer can drain the vigor of their enemy thus making them feel weak and incapable of acting.' a counterpart of Force Drain and Life Drain, Marcus even decided to test this ability on his prisoners and see how far he could push its limits.

'Endurance, Reaching into the essence of allies, has the ability to knit together bones, heal flesh, and vanish fatigue.' healing his soldiers mid-battle is an absolute godsend. Then again his powers come from the God-Emperor so it's technically true.

'Haemorrhage, Focusing on the mind, a psyker can reach forth and sets the inside of his enemy aflame. Within moments, the victim's blood boils and bursts into flames.' could be used as a torture technique but then again Marcus has medicine for when he needs information out of someone.

'Hammerhand, through this power, a user can harden the flesh and skin of their fist thus hardening tendons and strengthening the muscles of the arm which enhances their physical strength.' He could have sworn that he had seen this ability in a 'cartoon' about pirates or something but enough about that.

'Life Leech, The Psyker rips the life force from his enemy, harnessing the stolen essence for himself.' direct counterpart of force drain, using this to rejuvenate his injuries during combat could save his life and any ability that keeps him from an early grave is welcome wholeheartedly.

'Regenerate, a psyker with the appropriate knowledge can reach into the very cells of their target and begin knitting together flesh and bind the wounds through their mental abilities alone.' Marcus just smiled as this was possibly a gate to immortality, over time cells age which causes damages to the cell and as they continue to multiply the damages only stack up. If he could manage to repair his cells he could live forever unless he is killed by physical means.

'Smite, Lethal bolts of a bio-lightning leap from the Psyker's fingertips, ripping their foes apart.' Sith lightning acquired.

'Storm of Lightning, this psychic bolt of bio-electrical energy can leap from a biomancer fingertips which can jump from victim to victim.' Chain lightning, oh poor clones and stormtroopers...

'Warp Speed, The powers of the Immaterium flow through the Psyker, heightening his speed to supernatural levels and allowing him to run at a speed where he appears at a mere blur.' Marcus started to see a trend of warp abilities having a distance relationship to the force counterparts.

Soon Marcus arrived at the ship and thus began making their way towards the execution grounds to prepare his 'guests of honor'.

This was only the beginning, with this action he would have a reason to inform his citizens to prepare for war. The Jedi invaded Imperium space so it was only fair that he would be allowed to invade the republic!
