"Yeah,I think you're right.We are aiming for clear dungeon near this village.It's name Lame Cave."

What a unique name.From it's name,the dungeon probably have weak monsters and with cave entrance.

"From the name,you can know,the monsters aren't strong.Lame Cave Dungeon has 5 floor.From 1st floor there are slimes monsters,2nd floor are bats monster nest,3rd floor are goblin nest,4th floor are kobold den,and 5 floor is Boss Floor.From what we heard,the Boss is Goblin King.Each floor like a maze except the first floor,so we need to find the door to go to next floor.Luckily we have maps from the adventurer who clear this dungeon before."

So the dungeon has 5 floor.Each floor is like a maze,with door to lead to next floor.Each floor has monster inhabitated.And the deepest floor is Boss Room.This is small information that I know.

For the monster I can describe it.

1.Slime is jelly-like monster,they usually attack with their body/spray ridiculous liquid from their jelly

body.The effect from liquid is various,like acid,poison,adhesive effect or smell liquid to attract the

monster.

2.Bat monster is like bat from my previous world,but this one is aggresive.So they will attack you

when they see you.

3.Goblin is monster like human version with ugly face,and green skin as their trademarks.They

usually shorter than adult human.Usually use rag to hide his crotch.

4.Kobold is monster that have appearance like a lizard with green skin like goblin.Sometimes the

adventurer spot this monsters and wear a cloth like human.

5.Goblin King is monster with the appearance like Goblin but have a huge body and strong

power.His weapon is a great Club/Sword.

So Alan's party only managed to 4th Floor so far.I don't mind helping them.Beside I can get money,I can leveling too.A win-win solution.

"How about it Vin?"

"I feel gratefull when you invite me to dungeon."

"Yosh,we get all we need to conquer the dungeon.Tommorrow we will meet here at dawn okay !!""

"Do I need bring something like food?"

"Don't worry,we will prepare everything like I said.We really looking for tommorrow Vin."

"Yeah.I will meet your expectation."

"See you tommorow."

"See you."

After saying that,they leave the shops.

It seem we forget about Bernard here.

He still don't trust me before,so I wonder what is his opinion right now?

"So what is your opinion about the duel?"

"I think,you're capable for fighting.I already trust you."

"Is that so? But I feel you don't trust me before."

He flinched.

"But I don't blame you,sorry for causing much trouble."

"No need to apologize,I feel guilty to doubt you and force you duel.So here the money."

When Alan told me want to buy the magic stone for 100 copper coins,he pay it to Bernard.But when I count them,there are 150 copper coins.What's happen?

"You can take them as bonus from me and Alan's party.With that you can book a room at inn right?"

"Oh yeah,so can I book room at inn even I still child?"

"As long you have money,but still I worry about you brat."

"So what will you do to help me?"

"Let's stay at the same inn as myself.You can save your money for now"

He intends to accompany me.

"Thank you."

So i decided to wait in the shop until Bernard's working hours end.

He also told Robert about the matter today.After that Bernard bring me to an inn with name :

Cozy Inn.It has 2 floor and quite big too.

"Hello auntie,I want to book a room for this kid."

"Oh my,who is he?"

"He is an orphan,and don't know anything yet.He attacked by monster in the forest yesterday.So Robert let him stay over in his house before."

"I see,what a pity.But we don't have a vacant room right now.How about you share your room with him Robert?"

"Uhh,If that's case,it can't helped.Vin you will stay with me."

"Okay uncle."

"Oh my,he calls you uncle."

"Geez stop it,I still young you know !! "

I want to retort him,but I swallowed it back.

After that,we go to 2nd floor,and enter the room in front of the stairs.Apparently there are 6 room each floor.When we enter the room,there are 2 single bed here.And a cupboard.Such standard room.

A lot of people can't afford to buy a house,because it's expensive,so most people stay at Inn.Even they can build house,the quality is worse,so they choose the simple method.

"You can sleep here Vin."

Bernard speak while pointing one bed.

"Thank you Uncle.But I want to take a bath before sleep."

"You can use water well behind this inn."

Man,I wish the shower is invented in this world.I don't want to take a bath when there a possibility get seen by anyone.

"Got it."

Even so,I have to do it albeit unwillingly.After take a bath,I came back to Bernard's room."

"Get rest soon.Tommorrow will be hard you know."

"Yeah."

I put all my thing on the bed side table.I already trust him.

1.He has a quite good reputation among the customer.So I doubt he deceived me

2.I already know his identity,so even he want steal my belongings,I can find him.

3.I can feel he is very kind person.I won't bragging about my ability,but I already see a lot type of

people before.So I can sense it when they have a motive for approaching me.

Tommorrow will be my first time to dive in dungeon.I'm kindda curious what will it look?

Because back on earth,there are no dungeon and magic.

Both of my body and mental was exhausted,so I decide to sleep early.

Bernard POV

I looked to the boy who sleeps in my room.He looks defendless when he sleeps,but his face still serious.Maybe he fake his sleeps? No,from the breathing,he already in deep sleep.But making that face even when sleeps.He is quite unique huh.

I still remember when I encounter him today.Robert bring him to the shop and introduce him to me.

He say he needs help to sell his magic stone.But from my opinion,he don't have fighting abilities to do that.It seem he has injury on one his eye.He bring a sword too.But even so,I couldn't help but doubt it.

When he take out all magic stone and goblin ears,I noticed something off.He has storage pouch which rare for kid to have,unless they're noble.I decided not to touch that topic because I thought he has his circumtances.I asked him about his level and he mentioning it easily.It feel like he has some confidence about it.

So I told him how to sell his magic stone and the price.But again,he suprised me.He can do arithmatic too.Usually people who can do arithmetic is get special education,so this people is a merchant or noble.I wonder who is his real identity?

So I decided to ask few questions to him.But he managed to find out my intention.In fact I had worry about this kid get bullied when he come to dungeon alone.He is too valuable after all.So let's make him stay here for longer time.

If he can stay here any longer,I can investigate him.I told him about dungeon and ask him if he want tom come to dungeon.I already have a party that suits with him.It's Alan's party.They are C Rank adventurer,but I think their power already on B rank.They can't advance to next rank,because they're don't clear a dungeon yet.

I must be carefull not to exposed my real intention here.Because he is very sharps.When I introduces him to Alan's party,he got denial from them.So I suggest a little test for him.

I use his magic stone to make him don't have any choice than to accept the test.

I want to know to what extent his ability.

And then,the duel begin and he managed to block and evade all Alan's attack.Alan's has Assaulter Role,which made him dominant in term of strength,but even so this kid can block all his attack and evade it with narrow margin.It seem he learn about fighting before.

But suddenly Alan stopped in the middle of fighting.I don't know what happen,but the kid not waste the chance and managed to defeats Alan.He win only use buff on himself and his technique against opponent that older and stronger than him.He say he use sun light to blind Alan for a moment and use it to make a gap and defeat him.

What a genius.

I've decided,I want to observe him.I make him to stay with me in the same room.I glance to the boy belonging.I remember the sword he used on the battle.It's katana.Katana isn't sword you can got easily,unless you have a lot of money.

Beside the storage pouch and katana,he even can do arithmatic and have a good ability to fight.Who on earth is he?

Such question come repeatedly,but I can't think the answer.So I decided to sleep.

Still,he trust me huh.He left his belonging like that in my room.

Not bad.At least I can observe him very close from now.

Time to sleep~~
