Hamada Hirata is an officer of the police force and partner of Takeshi Mizushima, they have been friends since high school and have been through a lot together having great synergy thanks to Hamda's quirk, He also served as a personal secretary to Takeshi when he was Chief of police, which was also thanks to his quirk.

Appearance: Hamada has spiky black hair and brown eyes, he generally has a very unkempt beard as he doesn't care about how he looks. He likes to wear easy to put on clothes like t-shirts and pants but uses his uniform when he is working.

Background: Hamada comes from a normal family with two loving parents and a little sister, he himself never worked hard for anything, mostly letting life take its course which let him be considered a class clown but somehow reliable.

His classmates took advantage of his quirk since it could help them, but they also hated him since he never held back when using his quirk on them, and blamed him for the results even if they knew they were the ones asking for it.

Takeshi managed to stop this by basically forcing him to understand his situation in comparison to others, eventually, both became best friends even if Takeshi doesn't talk much. This continued until Hamada decided to follow Takeshi on his path to becoming a cop.

Quirk: Hamada Quirk is named [Flawless] and it's an emitter-type quirk, he can detect the flaws out of anything he can see, this includes things such as errors in paperwork, structural faults in buildings, to more abstract concepts, like personality flaws.

The quirk requires seeing the target of analysis for 10 consecutive seconds, after that he will view said flaw. During the process, his eyes will change in color to represent his progress, Blue indicates that he is analyzing something, while red indicates that he is viewing a flaw.

The quirk has a drawback of mental strain, once he finishes analyzing something he will be hit with a wave of mental fatigue equal to the complexity of the subject, this can range from a mild headache from trying to use it on multiple people to becoming comatose for 7 days for trying to find a flaw on a scientific theorem. it also fatigues him to keep viewing flaws.

Hamada has trained his quirk for long enough to not suffer that much mental strain even with constant usage, he is often reprimanded by Takeshi for said thing.

Personality: Hamada is a Lax guy who simply lets things bounce out of him, his quirk had made him look at things with a tinge of cynicism before meeting Takeshi, so now he tries his best at everything and only uses his quirk for trivial stuff like paperwork.

He is mostly going through life with a happy-go-lucky attitude and with not that much care since 'everything has flaws anyways', he is serious and caring when he needs to and mostly hangs out with Takeshi and Aiko as their friend and third wheel.
