Chapter 10: Enzo

As I am approaching the man I start contemplating.

'Is...this perhaps some ones memory?...'

As Enzo's walking he notices through the Kid's eyes how the world looks amazingly advanced in terms of technology and infrastructure.

'Hmm the Kid and old man are walking to some sort of a security center from the looks of it but..why is the Kid soo scared of the old man?..'

We get inside this security building of some sort and wait in the waiting bay. (N.Y.P.D)

The old man turns and looks back at me.

"Listen Kid you really fucked me over by calling the Cops on me...." says the old man with a dangerous glint in his eyes.

"This not how the real world works....look at what your brother did he shut up and lied didn't he...but you....just had to call the cops. You better play along if you know what's good for you and your brother."

"Bu-But you hu-hurt him..." said the little boy.

"Frank!!" Calls out a man in a Uniform.

"Hey Mike how are ya?" says Frank

"Not too bad. What brings you here today? And is that Enzo?" asks Mike

"Hey Mike.." says Enzo (Kid)

'Enzo's completely surprised..What he has the same name as me...is that simply a coincidence?'

"Wow Enzo you have grown up so big now ahahaha how time flies...how old are you now?" asks Mike

"I'm 10 n-now" replied Enzo (Kid)

"Hahaha that's good how is it staying with Corozzo's?"

"G-good" quickly replies the Kid.

"Hahahaha that's good you and your brother were real troublemakers at the Orphanage hahaha but it's strange to see you all meek and mellow Enzo."

"Anyways like I was saying Frank what brings a retired officer back to the HQ?" asks Mike.

"What I need permission now to visit some of my old friends?" jokes Frank

"Hahahah come on Frank you know I'm just playing with you."

"Actually I need a favor from you..You see the trouble maker Enzo here decided to prank me by calling the cops yesterday on me...I talked to Fred and Jack yesterday when they visited my apartment for a check and it turned out to be a false alarm but they still needed to log the case." Explains Frank

"Yeah no biggie I'll talk to Fred and Jack as soon as they come back from their Patrol." replies Mike

"Thanks Mike I owe you one anyways I need to go to shop for groceries..I'll see you around Mike." says Frank as he grabs Enzo arm very firmly and pulls him along with him.

Just as they both leave a female officer approaches Mike.

"I know Linda..." says Mike as he looks at her.

"Get Fred and and Jack back here as soon as possible and get them to fill me in."

"That Kid used to be big ball of energy Linda I really hope Frank...after losing Arianna isn't up to no good..." says a Grim looking Mike

"But you let the Kid go Mike!! even I could tell the Kid was scared of Frank...and didn't he have a brother as-well? 3 years older than him? Where is he Mike?" asks Linda

"Yeah his name is Marcus...he should be 13 years old now...I just can't see Frank as someone who would do anything bad to them..I've worked with him for 20 years Linda.."

"Yeah with the way he was looking...I don't trust him...you get the report from Fred and Jack I'm going to run some surveillance on both the Kids and Frank." says a determined Linda.

<Scene Break>

<3rd P.O.V>

Enzo is really intrigued about the situation he's found himself in.

'The Kid couldn't be me right. I caught a reflection of the Kid before but I don't resemble him at all...also I'm getting some Major bad vibes from the old man but I cannot do anything at all anyways'

Enzo just gave up for now and starts paying attention to the world he's in now.

There is all sorts of billboards and advertisements and colorful lights everywhere.

{AN: The city is NYC}

As he's walking with Frank he's lost in immersion with all the surroundings for a few minutes.

Suddenly he sees a big electronic billboard showing the pictures of Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and Krillin....he doesn't recognize the rest....

'Wha!!...what does this mean? what is tournament of power? who are all the others?'

Enzo is quite disturbed by what he sees but is soon interrupted by Frank.

"Didn't someone tell you I was a police officer kid? What did you think was gonna happen when you called the Cops."

"Looks like I'll have to discipline you and you brother again soon so this doesn't ever happen."

Enzo (Kid) is seen shivering after listening to Franks rough voice.

Soon enough they arrive at their apartment building and reach their apartment.

Once opening the door Franks quickly throws his keys across on the table and goes straight to his drinks cabinet.

"Go get your stupid brother here you both have pissed me off enough for yesterday and today"

Frank orders as he pours himself a glass of whiskey completely finished it in one swig.

Youngs Enzo immediately heads to his and his brother's room they share.

As he opens the door and walks in he freezes as the horrendous scene in front of him...

His brother Marcus is seen hanging off the Ceiling Fan.

'Ma..MARCUS!!!!' screams adult Enzo as he immediately recognizes him.

"Ma-Marcus..? *sob* Marcus..?*sob**sob*no..no..nononono NOOOOOOOO!"

as young Enzo immediately grabs his brother and seeing no reaction breaks him..

"NOOO!! Markus don't*sob**sob* leave MEE!!!" cries young Enzo as he tries to hold up his brothers corpse and fails to notice a Frozen Frank right near the room entrance in a trance.

"RAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" Frank shouts and charges Enzo in a trance

Enzo in his emotional stupor gets hit right in the head by a whiskey bottle and falls right to the ground.

"ughh" Enzo's eyes almost roll back because of the impact.

'MARCUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!' the older Enzo is also in a complete state of disarray.

"I never wanted this..you two forced me...if you two were just GONE!!!!" Frank charges at Enzo again and starts raining down punch after punch to Enzo's face

*PUCK**Puck* *Puck* *Puck* *Puck* "IF *Puck* ONLY *Puck* YOU *Puck* WERE *Puck* GONE!! *Puck* Arianna *Puck* Would still be ALIVE!! *Puck*"

Young Enzo is barely conscious and hanging on to his life.

'NOOOOOO!!! *HYPERVENTILATE*' Screams the older Enzo who's forced to watch everything.

Suddenly he loses conscious.

<Scene Break>

<3rd P.O.V>

"*GAsp* NOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

Enzo immediately starts hyperventilating again with his head gear on.

*Host's Vitals in extreme critical condition.*

*Forcibly stopping the scan*

*Beep* *Beep*

*HYPERVENTILATE**HYPERVENTILATE*"FRANKKKKKKKK!!!!"

*Extreme Bloodlust detected corrupting Host's Brain*

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"

*Error..Error..cannot stabilize Host. Unknown anomaly detected.*

The Statis pod and head gear completely disintegrate and Enzo is seen standing still just covered in dark red vicious Aura around him.

*Beep*

*Blood Lust (Aura) has been registered as a Unique Skill.*

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!" Enzo screams grabbing his head

*Inhaleeeeeee* *Exhaleeeeeeeeeeee* Enzo is seen inhaling and exhaling to calm his nerves.

*Huff* *Huff* *Huff*

"AI...what happened..." Enzo asks in a extreme cold and deep voice void of any emotions.

*Host is recoomm-.*

"Shut it!! Explain what I have asked you. Why was I forcefully pulled out"

*Hosts Mind and Vitals were on the brink of collapse*

*The AI cannot have the host die on it's watch*

Enzo stays silent to contemplate everything.

"Did you find something wrong with my Brain as you ran the scan?"

*Yes Host. AI has concluded Hosts memory is temporarily sealed. Force awakening the Host has caused that seal to weaken and Host is probably experiencing a small influx of memory unseal.*

"Did you see what I saw? Can you read my memories?"

*Unfortunately no Host. When tried some strange anomaly stopped the AI accessing anything in the Hosts memories.*

*Further tests are required to determine*

*All Vitals are back to normal does the Host fell any discomfort?*

"No..why do you ask?"

*Host has mutated the skill Blood Lust to Unique skill Blood Lust (Aura).*

{AN: Yes this means the blood lust skill is taken out of the passive skills for all reserve hosts}

"I...see...also that's enough with the AI program for now...send me back" replies a grim Enzo

*Host is advised to take further tests of vitals as the phenomenon was very unusual*

"Not necessary send me back now" says a impatient Enzo

*Certainly Host*

<Scene Break>

<3rd P.O.V>

Enzo is seen opening his eyes slowly.

Only 7 seconds had passed on the airship.

The Z fighters were still discussing their plan of getting to Namek.

Goku at the back is immediately seen frowning.

No one except Goku noticed a big change in the Android's aura around him.

Goku kept staring back of the Android's figure after he sensed a dreadful aura for a split second before it disappeared like it was never there to begin with.

The updates will be a bit slower than daily as it's chewing up too much time after my 9-5 job. I'll try to hit at least 3 chapter per week.}

{AN: Only a part of Enzo's memories are revealed right now. Soon enough he will get more curious about his other life and unseal more of his memories forcefully. I play to explore more on this as MC starts getting more stronger Mentally and Physically.}
