grants the user improved senses that can grow with practice

the user can evaluate anything he sees, hears, tastes, smells and touches

taste- the user can know any attribute to things he tastes, for example: 5% salt 10% poisan 75% potato

smelling- the user can know attribute to things he smells for example: 96% air 4% toxic gas

touching- the user can know history of things from touching them for example: touching a gun to know how it was made or who used it.

hearing- the user can hear the speed, strength and trajectory of anything that he hears for example: knowing where a bullet will go from its gun sound or the sound of a bullet traveling through the air

seeing- the user can evaluate the strength of people or durability of objects by looking at them for example: the user will instinctively know that someone is about 2x stronger than him by glancing at him

the user cant comprehend evaluating something that is out of his league, for example when someone is much much stronger than the user or a bullet moves too fast for the user to hear/see.

the user can improve it by training his evaluating speed and thinking speed

when reaching the powers max potential the user can pretty much see the future, he will know where the ball will land in Russian roulette because of his awareness and amazing senses, the user will know who, what and why things will happen.

by having 'evaluate' the user can not only grow in strength but also in the five senses thus improving: prediction, learning rate and awareness (pretty much Sharingan but in all the 5 senses)

basically, the power to evaluate anything by using the 5 senses, tell me what you thought, I wanted to make more of a passive power to help the user grow faster, but also makes sense.
