routine

this is more of an ability then power.

this ability gives the user the ability to do routine in an instant.

basically, if the user trains really hard once the next day he can basically think about doing it and it will give him the result of training the same as he did before and it will happen instantly. (if the user wants to gain more he will need to train with more intensity so it will replace/overwrite the routine)

the user can also use it to rest or eat instantly without the need to sleep or have food.

once the user stops using this ability in any aspect it will forget the routine and the user will need to make another one.

the power that suits me the most, if I were in an anime I don't think I would have the motivation to train (or do anythin)
