Release of the Title Soundtrack

After the post, many had been counting the time and waiting patiently. The next day I told Little Moon about the release of the title track soundtrack. She didn't say much but was asking about the outcome of the post. I said it was positive and many are awaiting the release.

I was expecting a bit more excitement from her. But I didn't get it and I was a bit worried. At the same time, Mr.D called.

"Many are waiting for the soundtrack George. I think the outcome is good."

"Yes, I think so too, M.D. And Little Moon's suggestion to do the blank-only sound version for the first release is a good idea. Many are wondering what it is."

"Curiosity never killed the cat, George"

I laughed with Mr.D for what he said.

"Mr.D. I mentioned about the release to Little Moon, but.."

"She didn't show any response?" asked Mr.D.

"Hmmm.... yes.. do you know why?"

"That's her way, George. She has that ability of not showing emotions even you and I think we should show them."

"oh!"

"She has been like that since the time I have known her. I kind of had to let her know that she should show them once in a while."

"If it's nothing to worry I won't be upset, Mr.D"

"I will catch you tomorrow, to see the progress of the song release."

After Lee came we went to check the CG shooting site and returned home. I asked Lee and the director of the drama to join me tonight so we can monitor the outcome of our soundtrack release. While they discussed tomorrow's schedule, I prepared dinner.

When the time was near I uploaded a post to Instagram sharing the link to listen to the soundtrack. Within ten minutes the link went viral and the soundtrack was listened by many just after the release.

Lee was going through the comments.

"Many say that the soundtrack makes their mind feel blissful and kind of take them back in time to the moment they cherish most."

"Some have started to share their memories too." said the director.

"I will post another reminder to listen and share. Maybe we can add those stories to another version of the song."

"So this will help people to interact with the song and get it reposted."

"That's a great idea. I approve it." said Mr.D who joined us a few minutes ago.

While others were chatting I wondered what would she say. I was waiting for her call. Ted had messaged and said the soundtrack is so popular with his friends they are ending it viral through the university as well.

It was around two am when she called.

"Hi"

"Sorry I didn't call earlier, I was analyzing the comments to understand what people thought about the track." She said in a serious tone.

"So what's your verdict?"

"Many people have said this music takes them back to a memory. But for some this may be a happy memory or a sad one. Many comments up to now are about unrequited love."

"Hmm... I see."

"Out of hundred comments, eighty-five is about positivity and this is a good vibe for the drama."

"So you mean we can predict the drama will be a success?

"Yes..but we'll wait and see. But I think it's better to release the title song with the video and lyrics next week to keep the momentum going."

Lee came to me at that time and said the views of the soundtrack has surpassed five million. One thing I forgot all together was that Mr.D had one or two billboards created with "Listen to your heart" with the link to the youtube channel and the premier day of the song. Star Dust Studio was already reputed around the world. So many gamers have viewed the sponsored advertisements and have shown a lot of interest in the upcoming drama. That was why I saw some comments saying,

"Good Luck in venturing into Drama productions."

"Gaming vs Emotional Drama + Romance. Love the soundtrack, already a hit. Drama, I hope it to be a sweet romance."

"Seems like we won't see games a lot in future, Impatiently waiting for the drama to show up."

"From gaming to a heartbeat skipping a beat. I think we need to calm down and listen to our heart."

"Impatiently waiting for the video and lyrics version of the song. Addictive soundtrack."

Mr.D also called me to tell me about the feedback and he seems happy about it. He also agreed to release the video and lyric video next week. The effort so far is positive.

I also got messages from the crew and the other actors. This was the first time they heard the soundtrack. Everyone likes the soundtrack. And the group chat for the drama also exploded. And everyone wanted to know who is the composer and when will the video and lyric video available.

We had planned to keep the curiosity in and let them know who wrote the lyrics and who created the soundtrack with the release of the drama. I listened to the soundtrack again and I watched the video with the Little Moon. Her expressions in the video take the soundtrack to another level. I was so happy I was able to capture her so well.

I went back to the living room to find Lee and the director fell asleep on the sofa. I let them be and headed back to my room. Still, I was unable to sleep. so I went through some videos and photos of her from my stay at her place. I wish time would fly fast so I can go to her quickly and hug her.

Suddenly I woke up to the sound of the alarm at six am. I got up freshened up and went and woke up other others. As we had to head to the CG shooting location. The site was about two hours away from my home, so we had to leave early. I messaged Litle Moon about the shot today and I made her sure I won't do irrational stunts. She had highly prohibited me to do anything dangerous and even took a written promise from me. I smiled at myself, no wonder love can make you do things you never thought.
