CHAPTER TWENTY THREE

Justin walks into the lee family mansion,the maids welcoming him on his arrival,their long time Butler thought very old still has the strength of a 40 years old man instead of the 50 years he is ,comes to welcome Justin in,

"young master welcome home",

"you too mr choi,where is mother "

"she has gone to her monthly meetings,but the chairman"

referring to Justin father

"is in his study,he ask me to bring you there on your arrival"

mr choi the butler says ushering Justin to mr Lee's office, after mr lee approval to enter his office on the second knock did the butler excuse himself and Justin walk in, walking in Mr Lee didn't bother looking up probably expecting to see Justin at the given time,mr lee lived up to his expectations one could see that when young was eye catching don't get me wrong mr lee still looks eye catching, looking like a man of 46 years at his 57 years of age some even thought he was in his forties, mr and mrs lee was one of the most richest beautiful couples, looking younger than friends of the same age, mr lee looking like he spent most time in the gym when young ,Mrs Lee thought 56 and was a former newscaster looks like a ex run way model no wonder they had a son like Justin, people still wonder how a family could be so perfect no one knew that there was more to what meet the eye,

"won't you have a seat or are you planning on standing all day"

mr lee says as he sign some papers not bothering to look up, which Justin did after some time past mr lee asked for 2 cups of coffee to be brought into his office,after the coffee has been served mr lee dropped what he was signing and walk over to the sofa seating on the only single seat in his office, while Justin sat in one of the double seat

"Justin,I have been updated on your progress at school so far, even if you still have a lot to improve on, your mom and I have decided that it's high time you move to the next step, your trainings are over"

"I have no idea what you mean"

"I have decided that from tomorrow onwards you are to resume at the office"

"I don't get it, you are asking me to quit out of the blue"

"I am not asking Justin I am merely informing you,by tomorrow a new president will be appointed to the school, your office is already cleaned up and ready",

"but I didn't tell you that I am going to work in the office,I am not going to work anywhere but the school"

"shut your mouth Justin,do you expect me to train you with all your degrees in business and let you work in the school, coming out as one of the best students in your class"

"it doesn't matter , father,I have the right to make my choices,I am old enough to make my own decisions"

"are you?",

mr lee asks as he walks to his desk

"because last I checked you are now in korea, and in korea my rules boy, you might be a lee but deep down you are just a weak little boy",

picking up a brown paper bag mr lee walks back to Justin

"between me and you,do you think I don't know the reason why you insisted on staying at the school",

throwing the paper bag at Justin which he caught

"open it son",

opening the paper bag Justin saw different pictures of Kim na-ra,the night he stayed in front of her house, pictures of him ,Kim na-ra and his sister all coming out of her apartment, basically picture of him and Kim na-ra since he got back

"father,did you try to get someone to trail me?"

"not try son,I did trail you, Justin do you expect me to leave my son out in the open without any form of protection and reassurance, you might be older but you are just a kid in the eyes of tycoons so it's up to you,no need to tell you what you already know ,do as I say or someone else will pay for your trying to disobey me"

after having their meal which they also prepared seaweed for in-su ,Kim na-ra and her sister helped in washing the dishes while her brother's girlfriend helped clearing the leftovers,her mom,dong ju and in-su in the seating room,in-su showing dong-ju all the amazing gifts he received for the tenth time, instead of Justin, without thinking the second time Kim na-ra pack some meals with her leaving the house

"kim na-ra where are you going"

her mom calls out after her

"mom ,dong-ju, you all ,I will be right back if I don't get back on time help me put in-su to bed"

"but where could you be going when dong-ju is here"

not responding her mom Kim na-ra says to dong-ju

"I really need to do something tonight,we can meet up tomorrow if you want "

Kim na-ra says to dong-ju giving him a peak on the cheek

"thanks you for coming it means a lot to in-su and I"

tired and exhausted Justin walks into the house, firstly taking a large drink of water, noticing the covered made meal arranged on the table, Justin then walked back to the sitting room when he notices someone fast asleep on the sofa,it was kim na-ra,moving closer to her Justin bend down to look at her beautiful face, kim na-ra slept like an angel, looking peaceful in her sleep, smiling Justin was about standing back up when he felt a hand hold his left hand,Kim na-ra slowly opens her eyes, smiling up to Justin,her smile taking his breath away

"Justin you are back"

kim na-ra says as she sat back up

"I am sorry,I slept off,I brought some food and also cake,I was thinking we could eat together and celebrate our son's birthday"
